Nice hosts! Perfect position, steps away from subway and bus. Very close to Arc de Triomphe, also easy to take public transport to each attractions. Totally safe for a single traveler. Hosts are helpful and friendly, offer suggestions for restaurants and transportation. Recommend it to everyone who wants a nice stay at Paris!

Guy und Fadia sind bezaubernde Gastgeber, wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt, die beiden haben sich immer sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Es war wunderschön ihre Geschichten zu hören und sich von ihrer Erfahrung inspirieren zu lassen. Es ist definitiv nicht selbstverständlich was sie für ihre Gäste machen. Die Herzlichkeit, das Zuvorkommende, ihre Geschichten und noch viel mehr haben sie uns ins Herz schließen lassen. Wer eine schöne Zeit in Paris verbringen und gleichzeitig eine authentische Gastfamilie kennenlernen möchte ist bei den sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich kann jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen diese Erfahrung zu machen, uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es bei jeder Gelegenheit wiederholen. Vielen Dank den beiden.

Accueil très sympa, le ++++ de ce logement, sa situation exceptionnelle à 5 minutes à pieds du Louvre, du métro St Germain des Prés, un quartier très sympa. Petit bémol, dans le même espace, 2 petites chambres l'une au-dessus de l'autre. Prévoir des boules quies si vous êtes dans celle du bas. En revanche, la chambre est cosy et impeccable.

A perfect little spot to stay just down the hill from Monmatre, with easy transit or walking everywhere. We found great shops, food and espresso nearby. We were greeted by a friend of Anne's, who also told us about interesting happenings around town that we wouldn't have otherwise found out about. Anne's home is a wealth of light, art, and books -- with an outdoor space to take in a view across the rooftops. It's much as you might imagine an artist's loft in Paris. We slept very well. We would stay again given the opportunity and are grateful for the hospitality!

나탈리는 우리에게 미리 우리의 도착시간을 체크하고 환영을 해주었습니다. 파리의 다섯밤을 책임져준 숙소는 우리가 더 즐거운 파리 여행을 할 수 있게해 주었습니다. 나탈리가 준비하는 아침은 우리의 하루를 즐겁게 해주었습니다. 세탁기와 건조기 사용도 가능합니다. 가까운 지하철역은 우리의 목적지를 더 쉽게 이동하게 하였습니다. 파리를 여행하는 여행객들에게는 많은곳이 엘리베이터가 없다는 점은 미리 알고갔기 때문에 문제될게 없었습니다. 고맙습니다. 나탈리.

Es nuestra segunda visita a Paris, el lugar está en un 7mo piso, cuenta con elevador, lo cual es un alivio si considerabas subir las maletas. El departamento cuenta con una pequeña cocina y comedor muy funcional, la habitación tiene lo necesario y es muy espaciosa. El retrete y la regadera están de forma independiente dentro del mismo departamento , lo cual es muy práctico. No lo dispusimos , pero cuenta con calefactor. Aymeric fue muy amable desde nuestra llegada (que fue algo tarde por cuestión de que se descompuso el tren que nos llevaría del aeropuerto hasta el metro) además, nos ayudó con nuestras maletas en resguardo el día de nuestra salida , ya que tendríamos un par de horas libres entre el check out y nuestro vuelo. Le agradecemos mucho su apoyo y explicación. Esperamos volver muy pronto nuevamente. :) No duden en hospedarse con él.

What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!

I feel very comfy at Alain’s place also the neighbourhood is very convenient to know the city, its closure to the metro it’s very helpful Alain is always there to help you and answer your messages really fast, the breakfast was very good, I highly recommend to stay with Alain

This place is a Paris GEM! You can't beat the location - just steps away from the metro, cafe's and restaurants. Our bedroom and bathroom were clean, bright, and comfortable with everything provided to make us feel welcome and right at home. The hostess was just delightful! Awaiting us each morning was hot coffee and warm croissants! And the view from our bedroom window! Wow! There are no words to convey how magical it was to lay in bed each night and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle - and awaken the next morning to see it again. It was like a dream. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay - it was one of the highlights of our first trip to Paris. A heartfelt thanks for making it so special, Gary & Susan

This is a perfect place with a great location, room amenities, and Catherine's kind hospitality. I had a problem at Gare du Nord and my check-in was delayed until night, but she was very caring and welcomed me kindly. The location is in a quiet residential area and it takes only about 10 minutes to Montparnasse, making it very convenient for trips to the suburbs or sightseeing around Paris. The room is very clean, spacious enough, and had stylish lighting and interior design. Catherine is very friendly and caring about many things. she prepared a hotel-quality breakfast every morning. This Airbnb stay became a very nice memory for us.

We loved staying in this quiet apartment, and particularly appreciated the communication and kindness we received from Martine and Karim. The welcome treats, as mentioned by everyone, go a long way to helping establish yourself in the area, and we had no problem buying groceries nearby and preparing simple meals to supplement the high costs of eating out when we needed. The small kitchen has a lot going on if you look :) When my wife loved the apples Martine supplied and asked where she could buy more, a small bag appeared on the doorknob the same day. The apartment is perfectly located for long walkers like us (we saw most of Paris on foot from here), or just jump on the Metro nearby when you're tired. Highly recommend!

파리 여행오는 한국인분들,, 여기 예약이 가능하다? 일단 예약부터 하셔요!!!! *이 숙소한줄 요약: 안전하고 깨끗한방+보안 짱짱+맛도리 조식+최고의 호스트 파리 지하철은 계단이 많고 에스컬레이터가 많이 없다고 해서 걱정했는데 이 숙소 근처 지하철역에는 엘리베이터+에스컬레이터가있어서 큰 캐리어 들고 이동하기 참 좋아요 그리고 베르시 지역 자체가 길도 깨끗하고 신도시 느낌이라 저녁 늦게 여자 둘이서 돌아다녔는데도 안전했어요!! 그리고 이집 청결도,향,침구 모든게 호텔급입니다,, 방이랑 욕실/화장실 모두 깨끗하고 침대 완전 푹~신해서 누우면 꿀잠 자요 마지막으로 호스트분이 진짜 친절해요 그리고 매일 아침 신선한 과일과 빵으로 아침을 준비해주셔서 든든하게 먹고 하루를 시작할수있었어요 장담하는데 파리 최고의 호스트입니다 저는 파리와 사랑에 빠져서 또다시 파리를 오기로 마음먹었고 여기 숙소를 올거에요 ㅎㅎㅎ 완전 강추~~~~해요

Do yourself a favor and book this Airbnb now!! Hélène and Jérôme were fantastic hosts and provided great local recommendations (our favorite was Le Marceau) and daily fresh baked goods delivered each morning. The views are SPECTACULAR - a Parisian dream! We booked this flat for our honeymoon and can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Paris. The unit is very well thought-out and put together, very luxurious from the well-stocked kitchen to the blackout shutters on every window. We loved the neighborhood - not touristy but very walkable to the Tour Eiffel, Arc de Triomphe, Seine, and many more attractions. We highly recommend staying here!!

Nous avons séjourné chez Isabelle avec un couple d'amis et avons particulièrement apprécié le fait que chaque couple ait sa salle de bain. Endroit paisible, literie confortable, bon accueil et flexibilité concernant l'heure d'arrivée..nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

C'est la deuxième fois que je loge au Centre Ahimsa, la première fois dans la chambre Nacre et l'expérience est toujours aussi agréable et conviviale! La chambre dans laquelle j'ai logé (Nacre) était très pratique, propre et confortable. Exactement, ce que je recherchais pour un voyage professionnel! La cuisine et la salle de bain étaient partagées entre 2 chambres et avec ma colocataire, nous avons cohabité dans d'excellentes conditions et dans un respect mutuel (discrétion, propreté,...). Et c'est cet état d'esprit qui fait justement la force du centre Ahimsa! J'en ai profité pour réserver un massage avec Eya. Et j'ai passé un très bon moment et une très bonne nuit! Merci! Eléonore est toujours au top en termes de bienveillance et de réactivité. Encore une fois, merci à toute votre équipe et à bientôt!

L'appartement est confortable et il est possible de manger sur la terrasse à l'abri de la serre chauffée. Isabelle m'a donné de bons conseils de visites, dont le parc des Sceaux à proximité à pieds. J'ai passé un très bon séjour et reviendrai avec plaisir.

Karine a fait tout ce qui était en son pouvoir pour nous assurer un séjour confortable. la chambre impeccable aux petites attentions, tout était parfait. Nous serions ravis de séjourner à nouveau ici Et ce que j’ai vraiment aimé, c’est la gentillesse et l’accueil du chat Je recommande💯/💯.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez David ! La maison est propre, confortable et idéalement située dans le 20e arrondissement, à quelques minutes d'une station de métro, ce qui est parfait pour explorer Paris. Le quartier est agréable et animé, avec quelques commerces et boulangeries à proximité. David et son conjoint sont des hôtes chaleureux et réactifs, toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et y reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain voyage à Paris !
