This was a great place for my family to stay just outside of Paris! It’s very easily walkable with everything within 10 minutes of walking! The home was big enough and we loved having an outdoor space!

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié les 2 nuits passées dans le logement. Malgré mon arrivée tardive, Axelle a faire le nécessaire pour que je puisse accéder au logement. Le logement est super! fidèle aux photos et à la description faite sur le site. Couleurs chaudes, décoration simple mais bien inspirée et de très bon goût. Le plus, c'est le parking privé et gratuit. Enfin, on est à quelques minutes des transports collectifs et à une demi heure en voiture de Paris. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir dès que l'occasion se présentera.

Tout est parfait dans la maison de Paulo. On a tout adoré. Il est rare de tomber dans des endroits si propres. Très chouette endroit, très bien décoré, très bon matelas. Vraiment tout est parfait. En plus on dispose d une place de parking. La boulangerie est tout près pour le petit déjeuner. L endroit est tout près de la gare RER ( pratique pour visiter Paris) mais est ultra calme. Un vrai coin de paradis. Communication ultra facile avec Paulo. Ca fait longtemps qu on loue des air B&B mais c est de loin un des meilleurs. Merci Paulo! On espère pouvoir revenir un jour!

Paul’s home is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the fireplace and the thoughtful curation of books, art and vinyl records. Every detail invites you to relax and unwind. The garden is also very special. Paul is a very kind and generous host, and I’m grateful for his help and recommendations. I’d return to Paris, not just for the city, but to experience the stay at his home all over again. Thank you.

Quiet apartment in a quiet (but convenient) part of town, a block away from Buttes Chaumont Park, which is a really lovely and peaceful place.

great time at Charlotte’s place. very clean and very private. we felt extremely safe in this neighbourhood. close to at least 3 major metro stations (less than 10 min walk). very peaceful and quiet side of town with quick access to the hustle and bustle. would definitely do it again!

Loved our stay at Julie’s. The apartment has lots of lovely touches & is very spacious for 2 people. Having the piano and the beautiful giant couch was my favorite part. The view at night was amazing, you could see the lights of the Eiffel tower. The location is walkable, lots of things around, & yet still feel peaceful. Julie communicated well & made us feel welcome through our correspondence. I would definitely recommend staying at Julie’s.

Excellent séjour chez Franck qui nous a accueillis chez lui. L'appartement est superbe, calme et confortable et à 2 pas du métro, idéalement placé pour visiter Paris. Franck a été super réacif pendant tout notre séjour et nous avons eu le privilège de le rencontrer avant notre départ. Mention spéciale aux décorations de Noël 🤩. Merci mille fois si nous avons une adresse à recommander pour loger près de Paris ce sera là!

A perfect Airbnb experience from first booking to stepping out of the apartment for the last time. In the run up to our stay Alain and Eric sent us very comprehensive instructions about arriving at the apartment and how to access everything. Eric was on hand to meet us and gave us a tour of the apartment, showed us how everything worked and offered us some recommendations for the local area. The apartment itself was a wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and well equipped and the eclectic decor and artwork definitely made it a cut above any hotel room! The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! There's a very peaceful and private garden wrapping around two sides of the apartment. It's incredibly quiet considering it's in a busy city centre location. Outside of the main tourist areas, there's still lots of eating places on the doorstep and some great delis, supermarkets and bakeries. Public transport easily accessible to get you to the main sites. 100% recommend!

Mon séjour chez Mélanie s’est très bien déroulé. Le logement était propre et agréable. L’hôte a été réactive et attentionnée, et le lit particulièrement confortable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus plaisant. Je recommande vivement ! 👍

Cet appartement est magnifique et a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Situé dans un quartier calme et typiquement parisien, il offre un cadre idéal pour découvrir la ville. La ligne 1 du métro, juste en bas, rend les déplacements très faciles. Proximité de supermarché, boulangerie et restaurants.L'appartement est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le salon est spacieux et lumineux, la chambre est chaleureuse et confortable, et la cuisine est entièrement équipée. La terrasse est un véritable joyau, avec les rayons du soleil matinal qui créent une atmosphère magique. L'ascenseur est très pratique, surtout pour les bagages. Les hôtes, Françoise, Léa et Sacha, sont adorables, attentionnés et compréhensifs. Grâce à leur gentillesse, nous avons pu arriver plus tôt dans l'appartement en raison d'une situation particulière, ce qui a facilité notre séjour. C'est le plus bel appartement où j'ai séjourné à Paris. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience inoubliable.

Judith and Cédric are the definition of super-hosts, highly responsive and you're unlikely to find a warmer welcome to Paris! Unfortunately my spoken french is no where near the level I wish it to be, however I was reassured to know that Judith and Cédric speak very good English and both had a great sense of humour to go with it. (Even when we managed to lock ourselves out!) The apartment itself was a joy to stay in, very clean with nice big windows throughout to let in good amounts of natural light and spacious. But most importantly it was very quiet and this couldn't have been a greater relief after 8-9hrs travelling by car from England, you wouldn't think you're in the central Paris! The local area is very walkable neighbourhood and you have a well stocked Carrefour at the end of the street for groceries. Also Canal St Martin is only a 5 minute walk away as well as a Metro station. All in all, a very delightful visit and would happily stay again!

Logement très propre à 2 pas du métro qui vous amène directement au centre de Paris . Quartier calme et le plus non négligeable une place de parking en sous-sol.. La literie est top , tout est parfait pour une personne seule ou un couple . Je pense y revenir si je dois de nouveau me rendre sur Paris.

とても静かで過ごしやすい家です。Enzo-sanは到着した日にお水やコーヒーなど買い揃えてくれてとても親切です。テレワークで部屋で過ごす方や自炊する方にはピッタリです。今まで20区内に拘ってAirbnbを利用してきましたが、この家はほぼ16区なのとボーヴェ空港やCDGにもタクシーですぐなので便利です。 素敵なホストです。皆様におすすめします！
