Staying at Maguy's Airbnb was a wonderful experience. From the start, we were welcomed with a hot meal and a bottle of wine! Throughout our stay, we enjoyed fresh-squeezed orange juice, and handmade cakes, muffins, and served fresh fruit. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and bright with natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets smelled so fresh and clean. The bathroom was spotless, with the sink and shower heating up quickly. Maguy was very friendly, talkative, and used a translation app to communicate. She gave us great tips and advice. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk to a transportation hub in République. Despite some graffiti and a diverse mix of social classes, the neighborhood was safe and bustling. A short walk away is "Du Pain et des Idées," one of Paris’s best bakeries, and is a must-try. My mom and I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Maguy's Airbnb for its warm hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location!

Guy und Fadia sind bezaubernde Gastgeber, wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt, die beiden haben sich immer sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Es war wunderschön ihre Geschichten zu hören und sich von ihrer Erfahrung inspirieren zu lassen. Es ist definitiv nicht selbstverständlich was sie für ihre Gäste machen. Die Herzlichkeit, das Zuvorkommende, ihre Geschichten und noch viel mehr haben sie uns ins Herz schließen lassen. Wer eine schöne Zeit in Paris verbringen und gleichzeitig eine authentische Gastfamilie kennenlernen möchte ist bei den sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich kann jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen diese Erfahrung zu machen, uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es bei jeder Gelegenheit wiederholen. Vielen Dank den beiden.

Sylvia and Maël were lovely, very helpful, respodning very quickly to messages in the whole process of booking, pre-arrival, during my stay. They put a lot of effort for their guest to feel like home and be well informed - they sent me pdf guided book they made with all the tips, recommendations about Paris and their neighberhood which is amazing! They are such a friendly people! the location is wonderful - in the heart of Paris, perfect for sightseeing. I would definetly consider to coming back on my next trip to Paris

Anne’s place is so well located for everything we wanted to do and see. We walked everywhere, starting with Gard du Nord to the apartment on arrival. Bus journeys are so easy though, both bus stops and Metro nearby. Stacks of great places to eat in the neighbourhood too. The apartment is comfortable and full of character. Anne was away this week but the delightful Nathalie was there to help with anything we needed and we had some great chats. I would recommend this super place to anyone and hope to be back one day. PS we couldn’t get the internet working with Anne’s ID and password, not sure whether details were wrong, but it didn’t matter as we had so much to do.

Accueil chaleureux, Nathalie fut disponible pour répondre à nos questions dès le départ. Près de la Bastille, métro, resto, etc. Je recommande.

Un emplacement exceptionnel, au calme et proche de restaurants et de la basilique, dans un quartier piéton. Une chambre à l'étage avec toutes les commodités pour être à l'aise. Et surtout, des hôtes très accueillants, qui m'ont aidé dans le choix de mon itinéraire pour rejoindre Paris à pied, et avec lesquels j'ai pu discuter culture théâtre et évasion. Une très belle rencontre, que je recommande très fortement.

Isabelle was proactive about my arrival and flexible in my check in. The location is private, yet a quick walk to bus, train, restaurants, and grocery store. Garden is beautiful and we chatted wonderfully. I was just an great stay and nice time.

좋은 숙소였어요! 사진 보다 정말 넓고 파리 느낌 나는 에어비엔비 가고싶었다면 이 숙소의 부엌 뷰가 제격입니다 ..ㅎㅎㅎ 욕실은 조금 구식이지만 사용하는데는 문제 없습니다! 그리고 무엇보다 너무 친절한 호스트 기분 좋은 여행이었어요

I feel very comfy at Alain’s place also the neighbourhood is very convenient to know the city, its closure to the metro it’s very helpful Alain is always there to help you and answer your messages really fast, the breakfast was very good, I highly recommend to stay with Alain

We spent five magical days in Laurence’s beautiful, authentic Parisian dream apartment. The view and the light in the apartment is spectacular. We loved the decor with all the details, books & beautiful furniture, as well as the old wooden floors and the high ceilings with decorative design. The balconies were perfect for enjoying the view and the lively vibe of the streets below. The kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment was overall very clean & comfortable, and the bedsheets were high-quality. The building is old and has a charming vintage feel. The location is great - less than 10 mins walk from the airport train and 15 mins to Louvre or Notre Dame. You can see the Eiffel tower from the nearby bridge, which is just 5 mins away. Highly recommend choosing this apartment ❤️

This place is a Paris GEM! You can't beat the location - just steps away from the metro, cafe's and restaurants. Our bedroom and bathroom were clean, bright, and comfortable with everything provided to make us feel welcome and right at home. The hostess was just delightful! Awaiting us each morning was hot coffee and warm croissants! And the view from our bedroom window! Wow! There are no words to convey how magical it was to lay in bed each night and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle - and awaken the next morning to see it again. It was like a dream. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay - it was one of the highlights of our first trip to Paris. A heartfelt thanks for making it so special, Gary & Susan

Já fiquei aqui duas vezes e penso voltar sempre que tiver de ir a Paris. Apartamento bem equipado com tudo o que é necessário para passar uma temporada mais longa. O Philippe é muito simpático e agradeço muito o pequeno-almoço que inclui pão e croissant a cada manhã. Senti-me em casa.

This is a perfect place with a great location, room amenities, and Catherine's kind hospitality. I had a problem at Gare du Nord and my check-in was delayed until night, but she was very caring and welcomed me kindly. The location is in a quiet residential area and it takes only about 10 minutes to Montparnasse, making it very convenient for trips to the suburbs or sightseeing around Paris. The room is very clean, spacious enough, and had stylish lighting and interior design. Catherine is very friendly and caring about many things. she prepared a hotel-quality breakfast every morning. This Airbnb stay became a very nice memory for us.

Rien à redire sur la qualité de ce petit appartement tellement charmant dans un quartier des plus agréables de Paris. C’était vraiment parfait ! Beaucoup de goût, de simplicité et de confort. Des équipements très fonctionnels. Un environnement enchanteur dans cette ruelle paisible aux allures de village. Et surtout un sens de l’accueil et de l’hospitalité qui déborde de petites attentions et de générosité. J’avoue que cet hébergement correspond parfaitement et en tout point à ce que j’attends. Un seul mot : GRAND MERCI à Martine et Karim. Je reviendrai ! 🥰

파리 여행오는 한국인분들,, 여기 예약이 가능하다? 일단 예약부터 하셔요!!!! *이 숙소한줄 요약: 안전하고 깨끗한방+보안 짱짱+맛도리 조식+최고의 호스트 파리 지하철은 계단이 많고 에스컬레이터가 많이 없다고 해서 걱정했는데 이 숙소 근처 지하철역에는 엘리베이터+에스컬레이터가있어서 큰 캐리어 들고 이동하기 참 좋아요 그리고 베르시 지역 자체가 길도 깨끗하고 신도시 느낌이라 저녁 늦게 여자 둘이서 돌아다녔는데도 안전했어요!! 그리고 이집 청결도,향,침구 모든게 호텔급입니다,, 방이랑 욕실/화장실 모두 깨끗하고 침대 완전 푹~신해서 누우면 꿀잠 자요 마지막으로 호스트분이 진짜 친절해요 그리고 매일 아침 신선한 과일과 빵으로 아침을 준비해주셔서 든든하게 먹고 하루를 시작할수있었어요 장담하는데 파리 최고의 호스트입니다 저는 파리와 사랑에 빠져서 또다시 파리를 오기로 마음먹었고 여기 숙소를 올거에요 ㅎㅎㅎ 완전 강추~~~~해요

Nous avons séjourné chez Isabelle avec un couple d'amis et avons particulièrement apprécié le fait que chaque couple ait sa salle de bain. Endroit paisible, literie confortable, bon accueil et flexibilité concernant l'heure d'arrivée..nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous sommes restés une nuit pour aller voir un match de rugby au stade de France. On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux niveau emplacement. Il est vraiment à côté à 2 min à pied vous y êtes ! Maria et son frère sont des personnes adorables ! Il est sûr qu’on reviendra !

David is a wonderful and attentive host! Our room was very cozy — we felt right at home. We could freely use the kitchenware, make coffee, and eat in the lovely living room. Special thanks for the opportunity to do laundry. The house is beautiful and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay in Paris. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Nearby, there is a metro station that provides easy access to both the train station and the city center.
