This was the perfect apartment loft for a stay in Paris! I would definitely recommend. Clean, nice, and great location. We loved the early check-in time! I wish the check-in time was the standard for every Air BnB.

Matthieu's loft is beautiful, lots of natural light and no vis a vis, modern and tastefully decorated. I travelled with my teenage daughter and she slept on the mezzanine, thus having her privacy. The neighbourhood is more for locals, the restaurants around (very good!) had very few tourists, sometimes only my daughter and me 😂 Matthieu is soooooo kind and attentive, he gave us a lot of good advice. The title of his airbnb biography: a stranger is a friend you haven't met. Matthieu you have new friends in Switzerland. And we will definitely come back to this beautiful loft!!!!😊

Sylvain a été très réactif dès le premier contact, via la messagerie, avant même la réservation ! Nous sommes restés bloqué dans les embouteillages... j’ai donc prévenu Sylvain que nous arriverions avec du retard, il a été très compréhensif et m’a même dit de ne pas stresser. Nous le remercions pour son empathie...C’ est une qualité assez rare de nos jours et qui mérite donc d’être soulignée. Le logement est très bien placé, près du Canal Saint-Martin, dans un quartier de Paris authentique. Nous avons pu faire beaucoup de visites à pieds, balades le long du canal, Les Buttes de Chaumont, le Centre Pompidou etc. Le loft est très agréable à vivre, avec tout le confort nécessaire et une déco trés sympa, au calme avec sa petite cour très verdoyante. C’est trés appréciable de rentrer dans ce petit cocon après une journée dans Paris! Nous avons apprécié le grand choix de vaisselle, la cuisine est sublime. Nous ne pouvons que recommander le loft de Sylvain qui est un hôte trés accueillant

En smuk, ren og indbydende lejlighed der perfekt matcher beskrivelsen. Gode senge, fine badefaciliteter. En serviceminded vært. Et dejligt kvarter, tæt på supermarked, gode restauranter. Tæt på flere metrostationer. Den perfekte ramme om et parisophold.

Όλα πολύ καλά, ήμασταν 5 άτομα και το διαμέρισμα μας χώρεσε πολύ καλά! Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός, οτιδήποτε τον χρειαστήκαμε ήταν πρόθυμος να μας βοηθησει! Ήσυχο μέρος, άνετα κρεβάτια. Το μόνο που έχω να παρατηρήσω είναι ότι δεν έπιανε καλό σήμα, τουλάχιστον στο διαμέρισμα που ήμασταν, πράγμα το οποίο καμία φορά μας δυσκόλευε να αναζητήσουμε πράγματα που θέλαμε να κάνουμε, και να επικοινωνήσουμε με τους δικούς μας. Παρόλα αυτά ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά!

We are a multi-generational family of nine, ranging in age from five to eighty-one. All seven adults and two children had a wonderful stay. Emmanuel was very helpful as we planned our trip, giving us information about places to eat that would take a large group, and providing an extra bed in one room (so 5 year old could sleep in with her parents). Everything one might need to make meals was available in the kitchen. The living area is spacious and the dining table was big enough for all of us. This Airbnb is located in a very residential neighborhood, but close to shops, cafes, two metro lines. We walked to Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler. For us the location and the accommodation were ideal. We would chose this place to stay again.

We lived staying at Claudia's flat. It was a great base to explore Paris from, being on just a metro ride away from all the central areas. Claudia was a great host, providing clear instructions on check in, house instructions and local area recommendations. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in all directions from the flat. The flat is really well prepared with all the basics you'd need - charging ports and travel adaptors, kitchen utensils and pans, combi microwave and hob (really helpful as we cooked from home a few times) and toiletries.

Karim and Sonia's place in Charonne was absolutely divine. We felt right at home, and the kids and us absolutely loved the quirky 70s decor, Star Wars and pop culture icon themes, so many books and art, it was right up our alley. Not to mention that the beautiful alleyway (passage) was so inspiring and the area gave us a real true taste of hipster vs. classic Paris. Lots to see, very central, great cafes and places to eat, and stores galore. Absolutely loved it. Karim is an incredible host, so friendly and helpful, and Sonia and her family are truly beautiful and inspiring. It really was a home away from home and we will definitely return!

I absolutely LOVED my stay. I went on a solo trip, I felt very safe and the location is just perfect. There are loads of shops, cafes and restaurants literally just outside the door and easy access to the metro to explore the rest of beautiful Paris. If you're vegan - there's a fully vegan patisserie only 5 minutes away! also a vegan shop / cafe nearby. the apartment is stunning - very relaxing and perfect for a couple / solo traveller. obviously the sauna and jacuzzi really make the place special! I was allowed to drop my bags off earlier than check in time, which was super helpful. all communication was quick, friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying at this apartment, I can't wait to go back again!!!!!! 🥰

Place is as described. Lots of space despite we had two adults and two children ages 12 and 8. There was a queen bed, a twin bed and a twin bunked bed. About 8 minutes to/from a Metro line 5 station. A couple of grocery stores nearby metro station (Aldi and Carrefour City) as well as a kebab restaurant. Washer and Dryer are also available. Vladik was flexible with our check-in and allowed us to check-in early and instructions were provided in advanced. Location is also in a quite neighborhood area. We walked late night (after 9PM) a couple of times and seems to okay. Thanks Vladik for hosting it was a great stay!

Stunning home in a perfect location. Vinicius and Ana were extremely responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment. Rare to find something on the ground floor. Great for my parents to not have to go up and down stairs. Exactly as described. Easy to self check in. Owner was very responsive to any and all questions.

Richard was the most incredible super host I have ever dealt with, and his loft in Paris was my favorite of any place I have stayed! The loft is a 15 min walk to Notre Dame or Louvre, but is nestled in a wonderful non-touristy neighborhood with locals and amazing restaurants. The loft is very quiet, within a building and past a courtyard. Beautifully appointed with artwork, 2 separate beds (door closes for one) so lots of privacy. And the common area is spacious and relaxing after a long day of walking the city. Roomy bathroom with shower (and washing machine!). A sizeable kitchen if you feel like cooking, but also large refrigerator for all your yummy leftovers. Richard communicated great pre-trip, personally met us upon arrival & showed us around the local area, sharing history and great recommendations. During our 2 week stay, if we ever needed him, he would respond within an hour. And he personally ensured we got to 2 different train stations when departing Paris. Incredible!

Veros Wohnung war toll. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und in einer tollen Umgebung. Vero hat uns Tipps für Restaurants und Café in der Gegend gegeben. Die, die wir ausprobiert haben, waren großartig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Vero hat unseren Aufenthalt und vor allem den Check-out sehr angenehm gestaltet.

This place is lovely! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I would tell anyone to stay here with full confidence that their expectations will be exceeded. The location is superb and easily navigable.

Vorig jaar stond dit appartement in onze toplijst dus dit jaar weer bezocht. Wederom top. We voelen ons echt thuis bij binnenkomst. De woning is gelegen in een levendige buurt maar daar merk je niets van: de woning is gelegen aan de binnenplaats. Dit jaar ook gebruik gemaakt van de beamer voor het thuisbioscoopgevoel. Ook ontdekt dat buslijn 96 stopt voor de deur en je direct naar het stadscentrum leidt. En bedankt Emile voor de heerlijke koffie!
