4th arrondissement : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et entre amis dans les cabanons. Les logements sont spacieux et confortables. L'environnement est calme et reposant. Le passage du train à proximité n'est pas très dérangeant car il n'y a pas beaucoup de passage le week-end. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans le logement proposé par Mathieu.

Robert und Anne-Marie haben mich sehr freundlich zur Schlüsselübergabe wie verabredet empfangen. Ich erhielt Informationen zu den verschiedenen Geräten und Tips für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die beiden haben mir sogar 2 schöne Weinflaschen überreicht. Für mich war die Lage ein "kleines Paradies", oben in den Bergen in Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe mit einer traumhaften Aussicht über das Meer, genau das, was ich zur Erholung brauchte. Trotzdem waren Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto (es gibt auch einen Bus) schnell erreichbar. Ich würde hier auf jeden Fall wieder zurückkehren.

Très jolie petite maison, propre et bien aménagée. Impeccable lorsque nous sommes arrivés. La terrasse avec la piscine est un vrai plus ! Et le lieu est très calme, quasiment sans vis à vis et passage, ce qui est parfait pour se reposer et se détendre 😊 Merci à Dany pour la petite vidéo explicative de l’emplacement exact du logement ; qui se situe dans un chemin discret. Dany est également présente et réactive pour échanger. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

We were a family of 10 including two young children, Sylvain’s property worked perfectly for this, allowing my daughter and her family the freedom of the annexe whilst the rest of the family were in the main house. The garden was a huge bonus for us with young boys who wanted to play ball games and run around it was perfect. Not forgetting the large pool which was where we spent most of our days as it was very hot! The area is very peaceful and yet a bus stop at the end of the road takes you into Aix-en-Provence within minutes for about a euro each. The property is very well equipped for everything really and if we needed anything Sylvain responded almost immediately. Thoroughly recommend!

Veronique was helpful and prompt in communication. She shared great tips for the region's hiking and food, and was pleasant during the stay. The airbnb was clean, comfortable, and perfect or me dog was an enclosed (high) ence in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The jacuzzi felt private, surrounded by trees in a calm atmosphere and was perfect after a hike! I wish I'd stayed longer and would in the future! This was much better, calmer, and quieter than if I'd stayed in a tourist town. Milles mercis Veronique !

Très bon séjour dans cette belle maison. Les hôtes étaient accueillants et réactifs. La mère de Vincent nous a même accompagné faire des courses en arrivant car nous n’étions pas véhiculés. Merci à elle.

Si vous cherchez un appartement design et épuré passez votre chemin. Si vous cherchez un appartement spacieux , style maison de famille à l'ancienne, c'est parfait! Grand salon, 2 vrais chambres, cuisine, SDB, WC à part et un vaste hall. Et il suffit de traverser la route pour faire un plongeon à la plage des Dames.Le hôte Annie est très sympa, arrangeante, présente juste comme il faut. On a passé un très bon séjour!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; Bernard and Annie were great company and pointed out amenities/restaurants etc . Location perfect for us with plenty of good walking over, sometimes, rough terrain. Accommodation was on a steep sloping road - which might not suit less able visitors, but worked for us Bernard speaks no English, so we enjoyed speaking French with him. Perfect hosts - lovely weeks holiday. Naya - the pointer dog - was friendly !

Passage éclair (une seule nuit) dans l’appartement de Anne mais tout a été parfait : propre, lumineux, bien placé, calme, bonne literie, et bonne communication avec Anne !

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement absolument magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnel. Une vue incroyable sur Marseille et les montagnes. Merci Coline pour ce petit coin de paradis très calme!

Appartement très agréable, fonctionnel et avec vue magnifique. Bien aménagé assez d'espace pour que mon fils puisse jouer. Espace cuisine bien équipé. Seul petit point négatif, les places de parking, pas forcément une place de dispo. Le reste a été parfait, dure de partir un vrai petit cocon.

Très bel appartement cosy chaleureux lumineux avec un balcon aménagé très appréciable pour les petits déjeuners ensoleillés. Grand confort ( tout est neuf, lit immense et douillet, propreté impeccable, proche des transports et des commerces ) Communication facile avec Amer qui est un hôte très réactif et très sympathique Un des meilleurs logements Airbnb que j’ai pu tester !

Wir fühlten uns in der stilvoll eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl. Der Aufenthalt in La Ciotat war super!

Appartement très propres, moderne et spacieux. Présence de Clim pour les grosses chaleur. Hôte réceptif aux demandes et très sympathique. Nous avons passer un très bon séjour dans ce logement.

Thomas is a very good host. He is really responsive. We arrived by train, which was delayed, but Thomas was flexible and waited for us. He is really friendly and cares about guest experiences in Marseille. The location of the apartment is amazing. It is close to the beach and many other attractions. Exploring Marseille from this location was perfect. The apartment has all the conveniences and fantastic outdoor terraces. It was a good place to return to after many hours outside in the sun. We did not really cook, but the apartment has a fully functional kitchen. It is exactly as described on airbnb. This was our first rental of someone's home. The concept of being in someone's home gave me some worry about which items we could use, but Thomas was always very responsive and helpful. My kids enjoyed our stay here. They fell in love with Marseille. I think the location of this apartment and the feeling of being at home contributed to this.

Excellent séjour chez Christelle, tout c'est tres bien passé. Rien à re dire sur le logement, tres propre avec une vue magnifique.

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement de Thierry. La vue de l'appartement, la qualité des services, la localisation ont grandement participé à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous ne pouvons que recommandé chaudement ce logement, ou tout est fait pour passer d'excellentes vacances. L'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien, le lit king size dans la chambre parentale est très confortable et la vue imprenable. La terrasse est un gros plus, c'est tellement agréable d'avoir cet espace supplémentaire privé.

I had a wonderful stay at Gwendoline’s beautiful apartment in Marseille! The space is stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated. The rooftop terrace is definitely a highlight – unfortunately, the weather was a bit mixed during my stay, so I couldn’t enjoy it as much as I would have liked. The location is perfect: peaceful, yet close to everything. Gwendoline was a very attentive host, always easy to reach and helpful. I’d love to come back – hopefully with a bit more sunshine next time!

Holy wow - that view! The apartment is comfortable, well appointed, and well situated but the wow factor is the view of the mountain and beach. Overall we were very happy with our stay and appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts during arrival and when a window broke due to unconventional wind. Just a quick walk to town while being perched up above was a great experience for us.
