4th arrondissement : locations de vacances avec sauna

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en amoureux. Déconnexion totale. L’appartement est très lumineux le jour, avec un changement total d’ambiance possible la nuit tombée , grâce à ce plafond éclairé de Leds dont on peut choisir la couleur et ainsi se créer l’ambiance nécessaire à l’instant T. Le hammam est juste génial. Tout l’équipement est haut de gamme et classe.On sent le souci du détail. La propreté et le rangement sont parfaits. Nous viendrons repasser un moment dans le logement de Thomas lors de notre prochain séjour à Paris.

Wow! Berengers place was better than described, just simply stunning, well appointed, comfortable, peaceful and PERFECT...even bird song first thing in the morning. Couldn't want for anything more and would like to have stayed longer. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans l'appartement de Jean-Michel à Paris ! C'est parfait pour deux ami(e)s proches ou un couple, offrant confort et intimité. L'appartement est bien entretenu, chaleureux et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour relaxant. Le quartier est un véritable trésor – calme, charmant et très agréable à parcourir à pied, avec de jolies boutiques et cafés à proximité. L'accès au métro est rapide et facile, ce qui rend les déplacements dans la ville très pratiques. Jean-Michel a été un hôte fantastique, réactif et accueillant. Fortement recommandé pour ceux qui veulent découvrir Paris dans un quartier authentique et tranquille !

Feifei var allerede inden indtjekning meget imødekommende. Vi fik lov at tjekke ind 1,5 time før det angivne tidspunkt. Vi blev ved ankomst vist rundt, og følte os meget velkomne. Lejligheden var præcist som i beskrivelsen og på billederne. Der er en mappe med diverse nyttige oplysninger. En dag hvor det regnede, skrev Feifei at der var paraplyer, som vi bare kunne bruge. Lejligheden er med alle de ting man skal bruge, heriblandt slippers, opvasketabs, kaffe mv. I området er en masse restauranter og butikker - og ligger i et roligt område, hvorfra det er nemt at komme til Paris med tog. Hot-tub og sauna er et ekstra plus.

We had an amazing stay Bertrand’s loft, he was very communicative and helpful during are our whole stay even up before arrival. The trip to paris wasn’t that bad for the space and comfort it’s well worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at La Quinta! We stayed for three weeks with our 17-year-old son over the Christmas period. The apartment is beautiful and functional, quiet, and has amazing views. Elisabeth and Manuel are terrific hosts, super friendly, and very helpful. They offered us flexible check-in and check-out which very much appreciated and even greeted us on arrival with a dining table dressed for breakfast with fresh pastries as we arrived early. The main house and the garden are magnificent and the proximity to shops and transport makes it one of the best Airbnb we stayed in.

Paris Airbnb Nicole is a super host! Her place is spectacular and far exceeded our expectations. The airline lost our luggage and we struggled with the language barrier. Nicole was very helpful in getting our luggage delivered to her place. We frequently travel using Airbnb and so far she is the best host we have ever had. She met us at the door and gave us a tour of her beautiful place and even gave us wine and snacks. She was so thoughtful and checked on us several times. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment is breathtaking! We especially enjoyed breakfast each morning on the private roof overlooking the Paris skyline. Each morning we walked to a bakery and got fresh croissants and pastries. There is also a Lidels right next door which was very convenient. The metro was only a five minute walk. The apartment had incredible Parisian charm! If you come to Paris and don’t book this place, you are making a mistake!

Je suis davantage habitué aux hôtels qu’à Airbnb mais ce logement vient de m’offrir une parenthèse enchantée au-dessus de Paris ! J’ai offert à ma femme ce dont elle a toujours rêvée : s’endormir face à la Tour Eiffel. C’est l’expérience Airbnb Ultime ! C’est le logement parfait pour un séjour à Paris ! Suspendu dans les nuages la vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur tout Paris. Tout est encore plus beau que sur les photos !!! L’autre trésor de ce logement: Sa magnifique terrasse. Nous gardons des souvenirs unique grâce à cet endroit: le café du matin ou le verre de vin au coucher du soleil, avec Paris qui s’illumine sous vos yeux. Ici, vous aurez l’impression de flotter au-dessus de la ville, comme dans un cocon dans les nuages. À l’intérieur, l’appartement est tout aussi exceptionnel. D’une propreté irréprochable, décoré avec pureté et d’un confort absolu, il offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir comme chez vous. Chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé.

Wir waren während der Fashion Week in dem schönen Zimmer bei Ana. Es war genau richtig für die Zeit. Die Metro ist um die Ecke, die Gegend ist sehr entspannt und nette Cafés direkt um die Ecke. Die Stadt ist in wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar. Ana war immer sehr hilfsbereit und super gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Easy check-in with helpful instructions. Great amenities if you are staying for longer than a few days. Recommended!

Oliver is a wonderful host! His videos made it very easy to find his place. He is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. This was my first time to Paris, and as intimidating as it might seem, Oliver made it very easy. His place is surrounded by great restaurants and very close to the subway (3-5 minute walk). This is so helpful if you want to go out exploring different parts of the city. The view from his place at night is spectacular. I would definitely recommend!

great apartment, exactly like pictured. very nice balcony, bedroom, kitchen, living room etc. has all the things you might need for cooking, etc. very clean, bed was very comfortable. geraldine was very responsive, let me check in early, etc. the only negatives would be, make sure to get the wifi info beforehand, the outer gate is tricky lol its on the left side, and after putting in the code it makes no noise haha. also the street can be a little loud in the morning, but there are earplugs (and eye masks) available :). lastly, beware that the bathroom, very nice, has a tub with a hand sprayer, but no actual shower, very european. just so you know. but overall, great place!

Maxim house was perfect for our family christmas gathering - super comfortable and well located. We felt right at home and couldn’t ask for better attention :) thanks again!

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

A little piece of heaven, quiet and peaceful. The hosts were outstanding, met us on arrival and helped with our luggage, the family were very polite and helpful. Magali took us around the accommodation. Aircon in both bedrooms which was a lovely treat. bottled water and beer in the fridge. The little boat across the river to the accommodation was so nice and a great experience. It was easy to find your way around the area. There is a local outdoor swimming pool with diving boards which was nice. €5. per child and €8 per adult, this was a great experience too! all in all so nice to find this little gem of a place and would recommend it.

Nous avons été agréablement surprise par ce magnifique loft, rien ne manque, pleins de détails et déco qu’on a pu découvrir pendant tous le séjour, hôte super accueillant rien à dire nous avons vraiment adoré passer du temps la bas, nous hésiterons pas a y retourner !

Tres beau logement. Super pour de retrouver entre amis ou en famille. Proche de la ligne de metro 8 et tres calme. Je recommande!
