Superbe petit studio, très confortable, cozy et très bien situé

This charming apartment was the perfect home base for our family of four, including two teenagers, during our visit to Paris. The layout was ideal, with two bedrooms, a kids' room with bunks, and a cozy living area where we relaxed after exploring the city. The unit is quiet and set back from the street, ensuring restful nights. The highlight of our stay was the vibrant Marais neighborhood. A grocery shop right outside the door provided essentials like freshly-squeezed orange juice, and a nearby bakery became our go-to for coffee and pastries. The same street offered specialty shops for wine, cheese, and other treats. The location was incredibly convenient, with a Paris Metro station less than 10 minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host’s communication was excellent. This apartment exceeded our expectations—a hidden gem in the heart of Paris. Highly recommended!

great & unique place to stay in. my sister & I were very comfortable and Matthieu is very sweet and was accommodating for everything we needed. Matthieu was helpful throughout our trip, we would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The studio flat is in a great location- a quiet street and you walk a few minutes and you’ve got everything on your doorstep. Fantastic bakery, supermarket and great restaurants. the proximity to the canal makes it a very special neighbourhood. The flat is very cozy and decorated with thoughtful vintage furniture. Silvain was always reachable and the most wonderful host. He made sure we had the best stay. We can highly recommend this place. Merci beaucoup ✨

Catherine’s flat was perfect for our stay- roomy, central to so many places, close to the metro, wonderful restaurants and markets right down the street. Catherine was incredibly generous and friendly; she was very responsive during the booking process all the way through check out. Can’t say enough about our stay at her apartment- highly recommend!

Gilian is a phenomenal host! He is very responsive to messages and had a great city guide to answer our questions before we asked. The apartment is as described. Clean, and cozy. It is in a prime location with the subway nearby, and many local restaurants. I prefer this place as it was not in a touristy location making it authentically French. Noise was minimal. We only heard people walking up and down the stairs. Which is normal. Neighbors were friendly when we ran into them. Felt very safe. The neighborhood comes alive at night. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back.

We are a multi-generational family of nine, ranging in age from five to eighty-one. All seven adults and two children had a wonderful stay. Emmanuel was very helpful as we planned our trip, giving us information about places to eat that would take a large group, and providing an extra bed in one room (so 5 year old could sleep in with her parents). Everything one might need to make meals was available in the kitchen. The living area is spacious and the dining table was big enough for all of us. This Airbnb is located in a very residential neighborhood, but close to shops, cafes, two metro lines. We walked to Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler. For us the location and the accommodation were ideal. We would chose this place to stay again.

We lived staying at Claudia's flat. It was a great base to explore Paris from, being on just a metro ride away from all the central areas. Claudia was a great host, providing clear instructions on check in, house instructions and local area recommendations. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in all directions from the flat. The flat is really well prepared with all the basics you'd need - charging ports and travel adaptors, kitchen utensils and pans, combi microwave and hob (really helpful as we cooked from home a few times) and toiletries.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Margot's lovely home in Paris with our family of four, and it was truly a delightful experience. The house was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for everyone to relax and unwind after our daily adventures in the city. The comfort level was top-notch, with cozy furnishings and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The charm of the home was evident from the moment we arrived. It beautifully combined traditional Parisian elegance with modern conveniences, making it both a practical and enchanting place to stay. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the wonderful sights Paris has to offer. Our host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. We felt very well taken care of. Overall, this home provided the perfect setting for our family trip, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Paris.

We spent an amazing 3 weeks in Paris, in large part because we stayed in Richard's apartment. Prior to our arrival any time I emailed him, he immediately responded, even with a 6 hour time difference! The apartment was actually better than I expected. It was perfect. Unlike another reviewer, we were easily able to take back to back showers with very hot water! The location was amazing, a one minute walk to a major Metro station. The neighborhood borders on Le Marais, which quickly became our favorite area in Paris. There are countless charming restaurants that we could easily and safely walk to at night. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful two bedroom apartment.

I had a wonderful stay with my family at Vero's place. The loft was exactly as described—stylish, comfortable, and located in a lovely neighborhood. Vero was incredibly friendly, always communicative, and provided great local recommendations, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Everything was well thought out, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Christophe e Caroline sono stati fantastici: purtroppo abbiamo avuto numerosi problemi con i nostri voli di arrivo a Parigi e loro sono stati disponibili, flessibili, comprensivi e accoglienti, oltre ogni aspettativa! Noi avevamo organizzato una riunione fra sorelle, dopo diverso tempo di distanza e la casa così luminosa, accogliente e piena di personalità è stato un elemento protagonista delle nostre giornate. La cucina è attrezzatissima, con ogni possibile utensile o elettrodomestico si possa aver bisogno. Per finire, elemento non marginale, è assolutamente silenziosa, ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte. E' una casa fantastica, la consiglio caldamente!

This place is lovely! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I would tell anyone to stay here with full confidence that their expectations will be exceeded. The location is superb and easily navigable.

Sindel has thought of everything! Amazing home, AC/heat, elevator, TWO bedrooms on either side of the flat, adorable decor, and all the details of home (coffee, wine, chocolate, ooh la la). She thinks of everything! She’s an amazing person and host and is easily accessible for information. I will definitely stay here again. Also she has an IG page so you can follow her and see updates about the community and video walkthroughs of the flat. Highly highly recommend!!!

What a beautiful place…just awesome! Denis is a great host, so helpful, kind and thoughtful, and the loft is top tier! Super clean, luxurious space. Easy transport bus right outside the door, 20 min to Paris… The price is so affordable for such a great space! I would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to coming back again!

Sylvie was a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and very flexible! She and her husband are some of the kindest people I’ve met, and I truly enjoyed our conversation. The room is well-equipped, offering great value for money, and comes with a private bathroom. The apartment is located in Puteaux, and is a 10-15 minute walk from Esplanade de la Défense station, which provides access to central Paris in about 20-30 minutes.
