Abano Terme : locations de villas de vacances

Ein wunderschöner Ort für ein großes Familientreffen für Groß und Klein. Es gibt einen großen Aufenthaltsraum mit anschließender Küche, und trotzdem die Möglichkeit sich einen Stock drüber im eigenen Apartment auch mal zurückzuziehen. Wir hatten Anfang September noch sehr warme Temperaturen von über 30 Grad und das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage (wie in der Ausstattung auch angegeben). Das sollte man evtl beachten, wenn man Hitze nicht so gut verträgt. Es gibt in den Schlafzimmern Ventilatoren, die wenigstens die Luft zirkulieren lassen.

Sehr schöne Anlage und tolles kleines Schloss. Einrichtung alt aber sehr funktionell. Die Heizung funktioniert nur im Obergeschoss, deshalb war es im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche sehr kalt (Oktober). Insgesamt gelungene Unterkunft etwas ausserhalb, aber sehr schön ruhig und dennoch gut gelegen um in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto nach Padova zu gelangen.

Harika bir ev sahibi🌸 Ev çok temiz , eşyalar kullanışlı, odalar iyi tasarlanmış, yaz mevsimindede harika bir konaklama yeri olur. Tavsiye ederim 🎭 Otooarkının olması bizim için büyük avantaj oldu. Adaya geçis çok kolay 53E otobüsü ile gidebilirsiniz. Otobüs dönüştede evin önünde bırakıyor. Bu yüzden konumda 🤩 harika

We had a great one night stay. The place is very spacious for a large party and the rooms are super clean. Riccardo is a great host and provided all the necessary details to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno, la villa è ideale per visitare i dintorni e per ospitare un gruppo numeroso. Noi eravamo 4 famiglie con bambini ed è stata un'ottima soluzione, ottima anche la disposizione delle camere e il fatto del bagno privato a disposizione di ogni camera

Het huis is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip naar Venetië. Het staat in een zeer rustig straatje, heeft een eigen parkeerplek voor de deur en het omheinde tuintje is zeer veilig voor een hond of kinderen. Het huis zelf is comfortabel, schoon en compleet. Iedere ruimte heeft z’n eigen airco wat een zegen was tijdens ons bloedhete verblijf. Om de hoek van de straat stopt om de 12 minuten een tram die je direct naar Piazzale Roma brengt: ideaal! In de directe omgeving zijn eetgelegenheden maar ook supermarkten te vinden. Maar uniek aan dit verblijf is de verhuurder. Gastheer Claudio is een ware super-host! Hij spreekt zowel Engels als Italiaans, is ontzettend vriendelijk, toegankelijk en behulpzaam en staat direct voor je klaar als je iets nodig hebt. Vraag hem bij aankomst zeker om tips want als kunst- en cultuurliefhebber weet hij je alle highlights van Venetië te vertellen. Claudio vindt het zeer belangrijk dat het z’n gasten aan niets ontbreekt. Een echte aanrader!!

Our stay at this home was a wonderful experience. The home is stylish and modern, with terrific amenities for a family. We were especially appreciative of the baby-friendly features such as baby gates, children’s items, and changing station. The location was serene and allowed for wonderful day hikes.

The place was wonder itself with 200 % satisfaction. Olga was very kind and responded quickly. All he rooms, kitchen, furniture, equipment was clean and with high standard. Thanks, Olga!!

We had an absolutely fantastic vacation in this amazing house . It’s modern, clean, comfortable, well equipped and well laid out. It was also very well air conditioned, has very spacious 4 bedrooms and great 2 bathrooms. The property is stylish, it’s exactly the same as shown in the pictures ! Our kids loved the pool ( warm and clean water )! The location is perfect to reach local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, as well as nearby cities, we also loved the privacy it gives. Communication with the Host both , before arrival and during our stay was prompt and helpful. Thanks again for an amazing stay ! We would definitely highly recommend this beautiful house to others .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elena's place. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Elena's hospitality was outstanding—she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She even insisted on cleaning the house herself so we could enjoy our vacation to the fullest. We appreciated her prompt communication and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Thank you, Elena, for making our trip so memorable. pros: place is large and accommodates large groups very well. very convenient to local shops and stores. Quick drive to historic Venice. very quiet and safe area. con: key situation takes some getting used to, can't unlock gate without shutting power off to entire place. having to remove electrical keys means no ability to charge electronics while not there. and one group of people can't leave with key, and keep power on at home.

Leone et Francesca ont créé un havre de paix pour rayonner dans la région de la Vénétie. Leur maison, un ancien moulin a été restaurée avec goût. La chambre est joliment décorée et la literie est très confortable. Super petit déjeuner salée-sucrée. Excellent accueil. Nous y retournerons ! Merci beaucoup Leone et Francesca. :)

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

The villa is very large and has a rustic charm to it. We had a large family gathering and it was perfect. A lot of space and the garden/yard is massive. The deck and table outside just off the kitchen was great especially with three young children. Surrounding area is wonderful and the villa fits perfectly in that context. The proximity to Padova and Venice is a plus too. Our host was always very kind and very responsive. Easy check in and check out. It was a very nice stay for us.

Très grande maison spacieuse, extérieur immense laissant pleinement la possibilité de circuler même si on est nom reux. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l’écoute. Maison bien située pour se rendre aux différentes villes voisines.

Villa Mila is cozy. Old and charming building with a lot of history. Many bedrooms and many social spaces indoors and outdoors. Fully equipped kitchen with good working surfaces. The place is lacking air conditioning but the thick walls and the shutters made it possible to have a comfortable stay. Alessandro is very helpful and replied to my questions within 24h. I would happily stay there again.

House and pool were wonderful. Great time had by all and we were perfectly situated to visit Venice, Lake Garda, Vicenza, Verona, Bologna as well as other places. Claudia very helpful and made sure everything was just right for us. Would highly recommend.

Abbiamo scelto questa casa per la sua posizione isolata, ottima per un addio al celibato. Nonostante il periodo ideale per godersi tutti i servizi offerti dalla struttura sia più primavera-estate, la casa è perfettamente godibile anche di inverno grazie agli ampi spazi (sia interni che esterni) ed al riscaldamento a pavimento che non ci ha mia fatto patire il freddo. In conclusione consiglio fortemente di soggiornare in questa struttura, anche per gli host che sono stati molto disponibili per le nostre esigenze di check-in e check-out.
