Great place, nice and clean. Communicative host, super friendly!

This was a great little condo with amazing views in a nice, central, walkable area of Surrey. It has a nicely equipped little kitchen. I do most of my own cooking and there were a few kitchen accessories I was missing so I asked Tina about them. She was more than happy to accommodate and had them all delivered within a half hour. It's a small unit but has two bathrooms which was a nice feature. Washer and dryer in-condo were great too. I had the chance to use the onsite gym a few times. It's a good basic facility. The building is very secure. Pay close attention to Tina's detailed instructions about unit and underground parking access as I found it a little tricky at first but got the hang of it in no time. Overall great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Harvy is a great host who is proactive reply our questions, the condo is clean, it is very suitable for family as there is a park next to the condo which my kid always go there.

Mason’s place was a cozy apartment and perfect us as a couple. The check-in instructions were incredibly clear and we didn’t have to ask for anything as everything went smoothly. The amenities are a nice add-on as well.

Jeffrey is an awesome host. Highly recommended as his place is very private, with secured parking and has all the amenities you can think of. We had a long haul travel from Asia and his bed was comfy that wa are able to sleep, soon after a 16 hrs air travel. Thanks Jeff

This was a great place for our two small families to stop overnight on a road trip from Portland to Whistler. We would have been happy to spend more time there! It was very spacious and our late night check in was a breeze. Super friendly front desk, easy to find, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a large relaxing common space provided everything we needed.

New West is a wonderful neighborhood in Vancouver, but the lodging options are limited. I would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in the area. Easy access to public transport (station is in the bldg). Restaurants, grocery, pharmacy & liquor store are all in the same block. The best part though is the breathtaking views from the balcony.

Great location.... not far from any thing and very close to Skytrain for travel into Vancouver. Went to Canucks game and didn't have to walk much to get there when using sky train.

Justin the host was exceptionally good. He was very responsive, and kind. Everything was as described. Food, coffee, and grocery store was within walking distance. My family had fun staying at this place, and we definitely will stay there again.

Coco’s place is absolutely amazing! Super clean apartment, with two bedrooms. Instructions are very clear. She’s also very accommodating and easy to talk to. It’s super close to the metro and has a bunch of restaurants nearby. But the mainly the place is awesome and well maintained!!

Beautiful home with stunning views. Location was perfect with a lot of stores nearby that were walking distance & the sky train station was right outside as well. Friendly host, quick response when we had questions. Definitely would book this spot again! Thanks again for the lovely stay.

The host has utilized a significant portion of the storage space inside the apartment for their personal belongings, limiting available storage for guests.

Excellent, short family stay. Cottage had everything we needed, even stuff not described in listing. Neighborhood is lovely and quiet and safe. Shared amenities, pool, etc are excellent, including a brilliant toddlers playroom which isn’t mentioned anywhere but is a saviour on a rainy day. Helpful host. Would recommend and stay again.

'Hollywood North' is a bit of a misnomer - the home is much more classic, warm and comfortable, with owners who provide timely and helpful communication and assistance. 'West Coast Charm and Grace' might be more descriptive. The cost of the accommodation, though not unsubstantial, was well worth it. We were a group of 9 adults from 2 branches of one family who meet every Thanksgiving to reconnect. The bedrooms, the bathrooms, the 2 living areas, the dining room, the outdoor terrace, the swimming pool and hot tub, the gardens, and the very impressive kitchen all served to make the holiday one we will cherish. Everything you need to make the house your home was supplied - inspired us to stay in and cook as a family a vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner! In short, a beautiful home and great hosts in a lovely setting. Could not ask for more.

Staying here was one of the best vacation decisions I've made. We were a party of 5 (myself, partner, and a 4, 6 and 12 year old). There was more than enough room. The place perfectly matched the pics. When it came to communication and timeliness of responses, Angela was lightening fast. She was so professional, and nice and helpful. She went so far as to do some basic needs grocery shopping for us since we got in so late on night 1. To walk into the place, stocked with milk, cheese, bananas, fruits, etc because she didn't want us to worry at that hour was really a step that went above and beyond. Plenty of fun toys for the little ones downstairs which was a real life saver. The area of the house in north Vancouver is esd access to the highway and everything seemed just a few short minutes away. Cozy working fireplaces, chef's kitchen, fully preloaded TV and Xmas decorations....we basically left home to come home. Thank you Angela, it was a trip to remember and your home was perfect.

Tom and Vivian are great hosts! Their place is beautiful, spacious, clean and has all the required amenities. They were very responsive, kind and super helpful. I’d highly recommend their place and will definitely book again when we visit Vancouver.

Wonderful stay at Michael’s cabin! Very cozy and just a quick walk to the lake! Just as described! He was very easy to chat with and accommodated our needs! Will definitely recommend and stay at again!

Tu is by far the best host I have ever interacted with. She was quick to respond to all my queries. The house was even better than the pictures the kitchen was amazing a chefs dream. As for the master bedroom, it was big and spacious walk in closet beautiful ensuite bathroom shower and tub. The other rooms were perfect for the kids they really enjoyed their stay as well. And the beds were so comfortable.This is by far my best Airbnb experience and was worth every penny. When it came to checking out it was easy. My flights were late I asked if we could stay an hour or two past check in and Tu promptly messaged back saying stay until 4 pm. Just amazing Tu’s place was 5 star property and host. We cannot thank you enough.

Had a fabulous time with family and friends. everyone had ample space and felt very comfortable. I had asked for the pool to be heated during our stay, when we arrived it was apparent that it was not. I messaged Navleen and he took care of it right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy to get inside, comfortable home with a responsive and accomodating host. It Is a suite so there is another suite attached to it, this limits noise and playing of pool after 10pm. The only time we were in the house was after 10pm so we didn’t get to play much pool. Surrey is 45 min to an hour from downtown, so not ideal for the adventures of what the city has to offer, as it takes a while to get to any destination. Other than these things it’s a nice comfortable place with AC and everything needed to cook a meal. I would stay again depending on what area I am going to be visiting in the future.
