This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

The place is very conveniently located. Very easy to find and minutes drive away from great restaurants and grocery stores. There is a park right across the street. The bedrooms are street facing, but it is quiet at night. The amenities are complete and thoughtful. Great experience!

We loved our stay in Fitzroy, and were delighted with the house - which exceeded our expectations in many ways. It’s a brilliant location for all of Fitzroy and surrounding areas, with so many choices to eat, shop and the wonderful public pool right on the doorstep. Kali was incredibly helpful and allowed us a late check out which we were very grateful for!!

Chandi's place is in a great location and we had access to everything we needed. She was a great host and was very helpful when needed. Would stay there again in the future if looking for a place in that area.

Convenient and well appointed. Perfect for our stay in the area. Shops nearby, and beach too.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

Good location right next to Southern Cross train station. Outstanding view. Pics and amenities all match profile and description perfectly. Nice to have the washer/dryer combo in the unit.

John and Jeane were both up at 1am to greet us with tips and hints. we'll appointed unit. plenty of ventilation and light. lovely views day and night. pS4 with lots of games. pool and gym. parking. nice walk to flinders station and cbd.

Chian's apartment was super clean but also had lots of little personal touches which set it apart from other similar styles which can feel a bit sterile. the views from each room were stunning and loved the fairy lights in the evening. The location was perfect for us...close to the city if you wanted 5o walk or a quick tram ride to shopping and CBD attractions. The South Melbourne Market is also close by which had fantastic places to eat on the Sunday morning. Highly recommend and would stay there again. 👍

We had such a great stay at Tikali’s place. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and the building had great amenities (loved the pool!). The location couldn’t have been better; right near parks, which was perfect for our dog Buffy, and within easy walking distance to the city. It was the ideal base for our Melbourne trip, and Tikali was a responsive and thoughtful host. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

Such a beautiful place. We felt so looked after with everything that had been pre-provided for us. The space was so quaint and sweet, and we felt right at home. The bathroom was so clean and everything had been so clearly explained. Donna made sure we had everything we needed, and was very accomodating and lovely. Felt absolutely spoilt with some little easter treats left for us in the sitting room ✨ So lucky to have been welcomed into the guesthouse, I will definitely keep it in my mind for future stays!!! We had an amazing experience staying at Joe's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The guesthouse had a very good vibe, was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local shops, cafes, and public transport. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make meals. Plenty of storage places to put your luggage. Joe was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, communication was effortless. We could tell he genuinely cares about the people staying at his place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Excellent place to stay. The interior was very luxurious, and spotlessly clean! Close to trams and trains, and overall rare find.

We had a great time staying at Rebecca's lovely home in Williamstown. It's in a great location and right by the seafront! Will definitely look to stay here again when we next return

Vincent is a low key person whose there for you when you need. Thank you for that. The place is amazing, has the vibes of quiet luxury while managed to make ones feel comfortable and cozy as a home, a wonderful way to see one's unique sense of aesthetics and artistic creativity are well articulated in every corner of the property. We had a very relaxing time there. An elegant serenity amidst the bustling city.
