We had an amazing stay in Shaun's cottage this weekend. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and had a wonderful time. The cottage was everything we hoped for and more. Lots of space inside, and so cosy. All the practical things that you need for a stay are provided . We visited Delamere forest and also Chester. Shaun was very helpful and so friendly. I highly recommend this property.

A beautiful place to stay inside and out. The house is finished to a very high standard, with a lovely kitchen with a big table, and comfy bedrooms. There's a nice outside space with a table and a friendly horse in the next field. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. Rhian was a responsive and friendly host. We will definitely come back again!

The place is very beautiful, clean and big with great surrounding that suits elderly and kids.. no stairs and easy access… everything was as described in the photos.. Jan was very responsive and friendly.. great place for family reunion..

The perfect, relaxing retreat! We had a lovely few days at The Ginger Nut. It was really easy to find following the instructions provided. The hut was clean and has everything you need for a few days away. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing house. We stayed with our 9 month old daughter, her grandparents and our 1 year old Labrador and still had plenty of room. Beach is 5-10 min walk away with a beach club pub to stop in on the way home for a beer! Beach is absolutely incredible. Overall perfect house for a family especially if you have a dog who loves a good run on the sand!

Wonderful stay, house was lovely and perfect for a large family with great communal spaces and lots of games. Kitchen is well equipped. Host provided clear instructions of entry and lots of information on local amenities, taxis etc. Beds really comfortable. Beautiful scenery.

The home was beautiful, very spacious and had great views of the sea from the garden and bedrooms. There were lots of things to do in the home with children, and the hot tub was a great place to relax in the evenings. Within walking distance, there were many small shops, pubs and the beach and lots of other places to have days out a short drive away. The hosts were very helpful with any enquires we had and came out the next day to help amend these. Would definitely recommend for families who are looking for a peaceful and fun get away.
