We had a fantastic stay in Viewfield Gardens. Colin’s house is extremely well equipped, 2 receptions rooms, plus conservatory and a spacious kitchen diner! The bathroom was fab with a great shower! The house was spotlessly clean. It was a relaxing and welcoming place to come home to having explored the delights of Aberdeen. There is also a very pretty park within a minute’s walk! Communication with Colin was great! Lots of info before arrival - Thank you!

An absolutely stunning house with a beautiful garden. We were very lucky with the weather and the garden was an absolute suntrap! The area was very family orientated and the people friendly. Highly recommend.

Colin was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. His clear check-in and check-out instructions made everything easy. We really enjoyed using the patio and eating in the nice weather! TESCO Express was 5 amazing min walk, and the playground is about 15 min walk. When our flight was canceled, he went above and beyond to accommodate us, easing our stress in a foreign country with two kids. We are so grateful for Colin's care and friendliness. We stayed here due to its proximity to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where my husband had major surgery. There's a shared garden which is secure, and a couple of parks just along the road for dog walking. The hospital is a 10 - 15 minute walk which saved the hassle of trying to park there. On street parking never seemed too busy and we were always able to park right outside the door of the flat, which helped tremendously when my husband wasn't too mobile. We could sometimes hear people moving about in the flat upstairs but there were no intrusive noises. It was quieter than we expected even though on a main road. It was just what we needed.

Lovely peaceful area, easy to get places nearby, very nicely decorated with everything you need to feel comfortable. Friendly and responsive host :)

This really felt like a wonderful home away from home! Lots of care and attention to detail was put in by our host, and we would happily book again! My 2 year old immediately loved it so much she started calling it 'home'!

Colin was a fantastic host very responsive and helpful we have booked the property long term for our contractors since the start of the year, the property was exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations every time, our needs where catered to on every visit the property is a good size and completely spotless we have since used Dwelcome homes to book other properties in the area and further afield and will be using in the future. Thank you for hosting us and we look forward to returning

Visiting with family this property fitted our needs. Tea, coffee, milk and the caramel wafers were a really nice touch.

Great Airbnb Great location easy to walk to centre of Aberdeen.Peaceful location parking permit nice touch although we did not have a car with us. Some basic supplies for Breakfast would have been great. Accommodation as it was in photos very luxurious. great stay. We will be back .

My parents were visiting from England with their labrador in tow. Fiona was wonderfully accommodating from start to finish, from a flexible check-in time to even creating a cute welcome sign that included the dog’s name! The flat is spacious and well appointed and my parents both found it very comfortable for their 2 weeks stay. My dad particularly appreciated the vinyl collection and listening to them on the provided record player. The location is perfect with the building being right on the main road into the city centre - perfect for catching a bus into town - but the flat itself is at the back of the building so is very quiet and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen helped make them feel at home for their two week stay and less like they were in a hotel. My parents would happily stay again!

Incredible place just a short walk from everything.

Beautiful setting in the hills of Aberdeenshire. This property is a great base to explore all the area has to offer, whilst giving you peace and serenity at the end of the day. The property makes the most of lovely views of the countryside. Host was very responsive and flexible to our requests which was greatly appreciated.

The house is perfect for those wanting a home away from home in a great location that has you in Aberdeen in minutes. The house is a nice size, has everything you need and the area is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for New Years and it was a great choice and we would definitely choose Andy’s house again. He was very helpful and kept in contact throughout the pre check in process and offered to be contacted anytime whilst we were there. I would definitely recommend Andy and his property. We will be back !

We stayed over Christmas using the house to get my extended family together under one roof for Christmas Day & to have a nice break with my grown up kids & 88 year old mother on the surrounding days. The house was ideal for us. Lovely & cosy, lots of space to spread out/not be on top of each other & the kitchen is well laid out & equipped with just about everything I needed to cook Christmas Dinner for 8. The bedrooms are lovely - the view from the main b/room (ensuite) upstairs is gorgeous - and the downstairs bedroom (ensuite) was great for my mum even though (as per the listing) there are a couple of stairs. Lots of hot water & the heating is set at a nice temperature for all. The games room & cinema were fab extras for those not up to their elbows in Turkey & roast tatties and we even managed a dip in the hot tub on Christmas Day which was cosy even when the outside temperature was chilly. Lorraine was extremely helpful, very friendly and helped make the trip a big success.

Beautiful venue with amazing views. Was lovely watching a herd of red deer pass by at sunrise from the comfort of the hot tub. A very peaceful few days were enjoyed by us as a family. Scott was super helpful throughout, can’t thank you enough. The residence is perfect, lots of space and well equipped for every need. The bonus of darts board and pool table, which kept our boys entertained of an evening, was great. Very large and secure garden for dogs to roam also which ours loved. Would definitely recommend to others and will be looking forward to returning in the future. P.S Would recommend driving into Stonehaven and walking up to Dunnottar Castle via coastal route. Great day out 👍

Great accommodation! Lovely location it is rural and quiet. We were lucky to see the northern lights during our stay. Accommodation is comfortable and has all the amenities to make the stay just like home. Dean had given us clear details on how to get into the home and how to get there in plenty of time before our arrival

The cabin was cosy and had everything we needed, quiet spot, friendly host. Great for dogs, roads nearby quiet for walking out directly

We had a great stay over Christmas and felt so chilled over a usually stressful period of hosting. Would definitely recommend this place all year but felt extra special at Christmas with the decorations and snacks waiting for us on arrival. Plenty to do in the surrounding areas but could happily stay at the lodge and stay entertained so it accommodates for everyone. Thanks for a great experience

Topservice, de locatie is heerlijk afgelegen en ruim. Het contact was snel en behulpzaam en aangezien het huis al leeg was, konden we eerder inchecken zodat we op tijd bij Rogue CrossFit Invitationals aanwezig konden zijn! Heel erg bedankt voor dit meedenken en het warme welkom!
