Colin the host has been great, we used the property for a long term stay of 4 weeks due to working on a site close by and communication has been good throughout the stay. Highly recommend.

Sheila was most welcoming on arrival. The heating was on which made it all the more welcoming. Sheila had printed out local walks which she explained to us when we expressed interest. We managed all but one of them on our 3 night stay. . The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa with a lovely table and chairs by the window. Smart tv and all the comforts of home. Perfect.

Flat was lovely and clean and location was great for access to the centre of Aberdeen. Everything was clean and tidy and the flat made for a very comfortable stay. Colin was amazing with his communication and the instructions were really clear. Arrival and departure was done with ease.

Place as described and extremely convenient for an event at Meldrum House Hotel.

Fantastic stay at Kathleen’s. The place was spotless and well presented. Nice touches leaving tea, coffee, milk, bread and cereals. Just a word of warning no reply to messages on here when not in working hours, would need to calm the apartment management number.

The guys were Working in the Harbour, the accommodation was perfect for them and they had a very comfortable stay, would definetely stay here again.

Perfect base for city centre of Aberdeen. Internet speed not the best, but host is aware and will be upgraded when open reach gets their act together.

This location is as central as you can get, 19 metres off the main street of Aberdeen. It was very warm, comfortable and extremely clean. I woukd stay here again without hesitation.
