I would recommend this flat for anyone visiting Aberdeen. I was never more than a 20 minute walk away from the places I visited and the friends I met. Rosella was there on my arrival to show me round the flat, and was friendly.

We had a brilliant stay for 4 nights. The place was clean and homely. Maureen and Graham were excellent hosts and communicated everything to us very well and there was no hassles with check-in time. Would definitely stay again!

We were looking for a three bedroom Place while working in the area We did not expect to get somewhere like this on our budget it is better than some hotels I have stayed in Every thing you need is in this apartment Two rooms en-suite and another er bathroom downstairs We were working late and Angela was kind enough to wait for us as it is a met and greet welcome I would definitely recommend here for anyone visiting the area Regards Kevin

L'appartamento di Gordon è in una ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. E' inoltre molto collegata con i mezzi, proprio sotto casa ci sono diversi bus che ti portano in diverse aree della città tra le quali l'aeroporto. L'appartamento è molto comodo e ha tutto quello che serve sia per un viaggio di lavoro che di piacere. Inoltre la vista è fantastica! Gordon è un ottimo proprietario di casa, molto disponibile, la comunicazione con lui è stata sempre rapida. Consigliatissimo!

Great location with easy access to restaurants museums, and the public transportation hub. Came with a parking spot which was very much appreciated. Craig was so responsive to all our questions.

Very lovely house with lots of mirrors what my daughter likes it a lot. More spacious than I think. Beautiful and great utensils. The conservatory is also beautiful with a nice view. Irene is a very friendly and responsive. It is really worth of money.

The home was in a great neighborhood. We could walk to restaurants and the grocery. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family. We had a wonderful relaxing time. Thank you.

We stayed here due to its proximity to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where my husband had major surgery. There's a shared garden which is secure, and a couple of parks just along the road for dog walking. The hospital is a 10 - 15 minute walk which saved the hassle of trying to park there. On street parking never seemed too busy and we were always able to park right outside the door of the flat, which helped tremendously when my husband wasn't too mobile. We could sometimes hear people moving about in the flat upstairs but there were no intrusive noises. It was quieter than we expected even though on a main road. It was just what we needed.

Lovely peaceful area, easy to get places nearby, very nicely decorated with everything you need to feel comfortable. Friendly and responsive host :)

Spent 2 nights here with 2 small children. House was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Satya was a great host, clear check in instructions and quick responses when communicating before our trip.

Deans place was very welcoming and cosy. The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed. First time travelling to Aberdeen and would definitely come back and stay here again! Lovely hosts would definitely recommend this place to couples or friends wanting a weekend or break away! Thanks again for having us :)

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our 2 day stay, well equipped. It is situated in a lovely respectable quiet area and we felt very secure and safe. Near to the city centre. We would most definitely book again. Map Short Stay kept us up to date with instructions etc and responded quickly to the questions we asked prior to booking at short notice. Great service.

The place is fantastic—peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchenware is sufficient, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy cooking. Steven is a great host—proactive, responsive, and very friendly. Highly recommended!

My parents were visiting from England with their labrador in tow. Fiona was wonderfully accommodating from start to finish, from a flexible check-in time to even creating a cute welcome sign that included the dog’s name! The flat is spacious and well appointed and my parents both found it very comfortable for their 2 weeks stay. My dad particularly appreciated the vinyl collection and listening to them on the provided record player. The location is perfect with the building being right on the main road into the city centre - perfect for catching a bus into town - but the flat itself is at the back of the building so is very quiet and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen helped make them feel at home for their two week stay and less like they were in a hotel. My parents would happily stay again!

Louise was a very helpful host and the little touches in the apartment were appreciated. It was a lot bigger than I expected and perfect for our family. There are a lot of stairs but that was expected. Thank you Louise I’ll hopefully use this place again in future x

What an experience! Well done, David and team. Absolutely nothing to take away from this accommodation. - all the parameters of measuring a good service scored the very top mark. And it was good value for money too. The team responded promptly when the toaster broke down and most courteously too. I recommend this accommodation fully and without any reservation at all.

Colin is an amazing host, very accommodating, gives clear instructions, respects your space and privacy and is always easily reachable via the phone. The accommodation was clean and had everything I needed. It is in a great location that feels safe; guiet neighbours, all amenities are withing walking distance. It is a good property for city break or someone working at local hospital.

Lovely little flat and perfectly clean. just exactly what we needed for a 5 week stay. Great shower and comfortable bed. It's worth noting that there's no microwave or toaster (as in the listing) but we didn't miss them as much as expected. Gillian offered a cleaning half way through which was nice.
