Heather was the perfect host and greeted me to let me in and show me around the apartment despite me checking in late on Saturday evening. I loved the apartment and was gutted to leave! It has everything you could possibly need and more! The whole place was spotless and very cosy. I am so pleased I found this air bnb and will be back when I come to visit Aberdeen again.

Loved our stay at the Holburn Street flat! It’s cozy, spotless, and just a short walk to a large retail park, Robert Gordon University, and near the city center. Highly recommend!

Well worth the price! Clean with all the comforts of home. A large, comfortable lounge area. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking necessities. Great WiFi and TV options. Plenty of parking space and close to 2 bus stops. Quiet block of flats the outside was well kept as well. Wonderful 9 day stay.

Great apartment near the sea and all other amenities. Pristine clean and tidy. Everything that helps you have a good stay has been thought about and provided by the host. Excellent !

Brenda Airbnb is exactly how it’s described. Everything was clean and tidy. This place was fantastic location for us. Lots of local shops and restaurants. Great for public transport. Will definitely stay here again.

Flat is in a great location and has its own parking space. Check in was easy and flat was perfect for the months stay I had there. Was clean and comfortable and ample amenities. No issues at all with the flat and would absolutely stay again. The only issue I had when I was there was someone else parking in the allocated parking space but this was promptly resolved by Sophia within 24 hours and a bollard was placed in the space so it could be used by the guest of the flat only. Very impressed by the speed this was done and Sophia very apologetic even though it was not Sophia's fault at all. Thank you for the stay!

Grant and Jody’s place is in a piece of paradise, near the River Spey. Hosts were communicative and reassuring. Honestly this is a place I’d love to live. If circumstance allows I’d love to stay here again while taking photos of minke whales. WiFi is fast, perfect for doing remote work and writing a novel. Bed is cosy and soft. Apartment is warm in the cold weather. Until we meet again beautiful apartment by the river and the sea.

My parents were visiting from England with their labrador in tow. Fiona was wonderfully accommodating from start to finish, from a flexible check-in time to even creating a cute welcome sign that included the dog’s name! The flat is spacious and well appointed and my parents both found it very comfortable for their 2 weeks stay. My dad particularly appreciated the vinyl collection and listening to them on the provided record player. The location is perfect with the building being right on the main road into the city centre - perfect for catching a bus into town - but the flat itself is at the back of the building so is very quiet and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen helped make them feel at home for their two week stay and less like they were in a hotel. My parents would happily stay again!

Absolutely fantastic apartment and a great host. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to work commitments as it was a nice place to stay, hopefully will be back up soon

What an experience! Well done, David and team. Absolutely nothing to take away from this accommodation. - all the parameters of measuring a good service scored the very top mark. And it was good value for money too. The team responded promptly when the toaster broke down and most courteously too. I recommend this accommodation fully and without any reservation at all.

Great stay,really well situated to centre of Elgin. Beside Cooper Park with great paths for walking, both for ourselves and the dogs. Lovely flat in all ways although 2nd bedroom is quite compact. Highly recommended.

Lovely little flat and perfectly clean. just exactly what we needed for a 5 week stay. Great shower and comfortable bed. It's worth noting that there's no microwave or toaster (as in the listing) but we didn't miss them as much as expected. Gillian offered a cleaning half way through which was nice.

We had a lovely stay, clean, bright and we'll equipped. Just 25 minutes walk or a ride on one of the regular busses to the city centre.

What a perfect location. Absolutely thankful for the hosts as they were always responsive, and helped with a bespoke tour booking/local taxi companies when I was struggling to find them. The house is spotless and welcoming. I will absolutely book this spot again when I return to Speyside. I recommend this place to everyone!

The place was my home away from home. I had absolutely everything I needed. Located in a quiet area but also close to center and shopping areas. Sophie was a great host, very helpful and communicative. Highly recommended!

Fantastic flat, location is quiet but still very central, parking on street very easy. Everything you need is in the flat, shops nearby and Stonehaven is lovely. Jackie helped with a couple of queries during the stay and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at Anne’s place, and it was just as lovely as the first time. My husband and I adore Anne’s place. It is a very convenient location, beautifully decorated, and Anne has many little treats, like chocolates and biscuits, waiting upon your arrival. We will definitely be staying here again!

Catherine was a wonderful host and very helpful. The flat was very clean and comfortable and was in a great location to enjoy walks around Ballater. Ballater has plenty to offer in terms of cafes and places to eat and is a good base for exploring the wonderful scenery of the Cairngorms including Balmoral castle and estate, Braemar and Loch Muirke. Stonehaven on the coast is also worth a visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful place so quiet for a city. Easy bus links into town. Very clean and tidy beautifully staged period property on a beautiful tree lined street.

Susan was very accommodating, she assisted when we needed to extend the stay. Quick responses. Worked really well as a base.
