Lovely peaceful location, cosy accommodation and idyllic hot tub experience. We would definitely return.

We had a beautiful stay, the views from the air bnb were very serene especially at sunset. The beds were extremely cozy; a homely little stay, with a big garden space & hot tub. Perfect for a weekend getaway or short stay Bath being only a 10 mins drive away was great for us to go & explore Poppys home is lovely & communication from Poppy was helpful & prompt We had a wonderful time, thank you

Our stay at The Good Life was lovely! The spotless converted barn felt instantly welcoming, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for comfort. Debbie was very welcoming and very helpful, offering great recommendations and thoughtful touches like heating the tub before we got there. The stunning countryside location provided the perfect escape. We were staying here to visit the Brecon Beacons, and the location was perfect, as it is only 20 minutes away. The highlight was the amazing hot tub—perfect for unwinding under the stars. A beautiful stay, thank you for having us. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We spent a lovely weekend at Dawn's place. Everything was absolutely perfect. Dawn is one of the best host I have ever met on airbnb. The house was well equiped and spotless clean. The hot tube was brilliant and already heated up by the time we arrived. The parking space was secure and big enough for a Defender. BBQ was clean and ready to go with the coal provided. The pub basically next door was great too. I really can't fault the place for anything. It felt like home from the first moment.

We had a fantastic stay at Susan’s beautiful cottage over the weekend. Check-in was super easy – Susan greeted us on arrival and gave us a quick tour, making sure we knew where everything was and how it all worked. The cottage itself definitely had the wow factor – absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and really well looked after. It had such a peaceful, relaxing vibe, which made it the perfect getaway. The hot tub was a real treat! It was already warmed up and ready to use when we arrived, and really easy to operate – a lovely touch that made our stay feel extra special. It’s just a 4-minute drive into the town centre, where we found some lovely cafes and great places to eat. We also spent a day in Ludlow, which was absolutely stunning – well worth the short drive. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing weekend and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with a great host.

Nuthatch is the perfect peaceful place to relax and unwind. The log fired hot tub is really relaxing, particularly after a long dog walk through the forest. We loved the children’s story books for our 2 year old daughter. The wood burning stove was beautiful in the evening and our dog parked himself by it at bedtime. The cottage is cosy, comfortable with a modern wet room shower bathroom downstairs and well equipped kitchen . We thoroughly enjoyed our time and we are hoping to go back again for another family trip away. We did a lovely walk round to Bailsdon and found the Red Hart inn to be an excellent village pub. Meng was a superb helpful and friendly host, super responsive and made our trip really pleasant and memorable. The entire holiday will go down as one of our favourites. We also enjoyed an entire day of just sitting in the garden and watching the world go by. Clear night skies sat in the hot tub spying Mars and Jupiter were an added bonus. Superb place!

Jamie and Dan were lovely hosts and very welcoming. The property is on a steep narrow hill, but there is parking and its not a super busy area, so getting up and down the hills wasn't too bad. The property is beautiful, there are a few stairs to get up to the property and the stairs inside taking you from the bedroom downstairs to the living/kitchen area upstairs are super twisty and a bit of a squeeze if you're not slim and over a certain height - that being said, it's a giggle getting up and down and there's always the option of going in from the top door. The hot tub was already heated ahead of our arrival and was absolutely delightful to sit and relax in everyday. The property comes with everything you need and there's some lovely little furry visitors that greet you now and then as well. Marley the cat is beautiful, very friendly & loves a cuddle and there's 2 lovely dogs belonging to the hosts, who are super friendly as well. The area is easy to navigate. Lovely hosts, great stay

Soldiers cottage is a cute, cozy little cottage suitable for a single person or couple. The hot tub outside is covered and private. We cooked in the kitchen and found everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Gina and her husband were both lovely and very welcoming. We had a great relaxing couples break here. Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful place to stay and although only 2 of us plenty of room for get togethers and families … It was very peaceful and private considering the farm … It’s perfect located for all walks in Wales; especially Henryd Waterfall 5 min drive The extra addition of a BBQ as well as the extra touches of a Prosecco and crisps to welcome us as well as providing anything we needed during our stay. Very helpful and lovely. Will defined be booking back in the next couple of months!!

Wonderful long weekend at Flagstone Cottage, the most peaceful place we’ve ever been, no car noises whatsoever and beautiful scenery. Cottage was exactly as described. We asked for the BBQ to come back out and Clare actually brought out all the outside furniture for us to use which was a nice surprise when we got back from our day trip. Our 5yo daughter loved the mezzanine bedroom and being able to have multiple baths a day (we only have a shower at home). The walk from Llanthony Priory up Hatterhall hill is amazing and the pint in the priory grounds at the end was very scenic and rewarding! Hay-On-Wye is well worth a visit, Abergavenny also.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Mill Cottage. The whole cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully presented/decorated. The facilities were all amazing. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating, helping with suggestions of activities in the local area and were on hand if we needed anything..This is a host who takes great care and pride in what they offer, please dont hesitate in booking here!

The cottage is very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable with high quality linen. The shower was powerful with lots of hot water available. We cooked in because the pub kitchen was closed after 5pm due to the six nations rugby. The oven and hob were great as was the dishwasher too. A very peaceful location, just a shame we couldn’t have stayed longer. There was a very generous welcome pack which saved us having to bring the essentials.

We have just got back from an amazing stay. The place was just as stated with the most amazing views. Everything we needed was included and couldn’t ask for any more. We will definitely recommend

An absolute gem of a place. A cosy cottage in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We came as a family of four in March with our two dogs to celebrate our daughters Birthday. We all loved our stay. The cottage has a real home from home feel. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely little cottage where I based myself for a week with my dog. There's a track that leads up into the woods to the left of the cottage and you can walk and walk. House was lovely and clean, everything you need for self catering. Quiet and peaceful and Lorraine was a lovely host.

What a great place to stay! Immaculate, beautifully decorated, great location and perfect for the kids.

Had a lovely few days here over Xmas, the cottage was really cosy. There was plenty of wood for the wood burner, so we were nice and warm. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked, although there was no salt or oil, so don't assume that it will have everything that you need, that said, I managed to cook a Xmas dinner for us all with no problems. The location is lovely, with some good walks from where the car was parked, but make no mistake, those steps are not for the faint hearted, so pack light (unlike us who brought an entire xmas down the steps-then back up!!!) All in all, a lovely stay and would return (although with less stuff!)

Lee was an excellent host: friendly, charming and helpful. The delightful cottage was a joy to stay in. We were a couple but there was plenty of space for four adults: two double bedrooms, generous lounge/diner, well equipped kitchen and more than adequate washing and toilet facilities. There is a utility room but we didn’t need to use it during our short stay.

lovely place. Nice and peaceful. Would love to stay their again. loved that their was tea, milk, bread and cereals on arrival which was needed after the drive.

Perfect place to stay for people wanting to visit the Bikeparks or go walking etc!

We had a cosy stay. We loved the light, airy, oak beamed sun room with underfloor heating. Lots of hot water for showers and baths. Enjoyed the Aga, (would like more time to get used to cooking on it..... but a managed a tarte Tintin.) Serena very helpful and friendly, will answer questions. When we arrived the fire was lit and bread, milk, eggs, crisps and biscuits had been kindly left. There were staples in the cupboard which was very handy.

Lovely cottage right in the heart of the beautiful Symonds Yat. Perfect for walking straight from the doorstep. The cottage is cosy and has everything needed to cater for the perfect stay. The only shame was we only got to use the balcony once but that's just down to the time of the year we stayed. A couple of pubs/restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Just to note that the chain ferry nearby over to the Saracens Head only operates April to November. All in all a highly enjoyable stay. Thanks Bridget.

We had a really great stay. The house was well equipped and super cosy. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the lovely big bath. The location is absolutely fab, being less than 5 mins walk to two lovely pubs. A highlight was the bbq hut which we had so much fun cooking in and also using the fire pit and spending the evening under the stars. I am sure we will be back.

Chris and Natalie’s place was perfect for our weekend stay, very clean and easy to find, Chris was very friendly and helpful to make sure we had a great weekend, would definitely stay again if I’m in the area ☺️
