The house was great for our purposes. Our 3 year old had a lovely time with all the toys. Everything was super clean and pretty and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely view from the front bedroom and friendly location. Marie was an excellent communicator at all times.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was great for us to drive to local hikes and we walked down the hill to the local pubs one evening. We loved the cinema screen in the living room and a large selection of DVDs. The living room was a great space, plenty of space for everyone and good sized dining room. Views from the balcony area were gorgeous. The en-suite rooms were great, only complaint would be the fourth room it was very small and contained two single beds with very limited space around the bed, no furniture for clothes or mirrors etc. Would be a good room for children, however the house was excellent value for money so wasn’t too bad having one smaller room. Great hosts and quick on communication, even helped us with sorting parking as we had 6 cars. We fit 3 on the designated area then the others nearby the house.

Jordan’s property was everything we expected, my partner was glued to the revolving chair by the big window. The views from every aspect were excellent. Everything was well provided for our stay. The rooms were large and airy and the situation was great, perfect for walking along the estuary to Conway or Llandudno. We look forward to staying again if in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Diane’s place. The views were stunning and it was very peaceful. We were lucky with the weather during our stay, so made the most of the balcony. The house was spotlessly clean, was furnished nicely and the bathroom was gorgeous. This house is a perfect location for seeing other places in North Wales! We hope to visit again one day!

Enjoyed a few lovely days in a super little spot just over the road from the sea. Couldn't fault the air b&b or hosts. Warm and well-equipped and absolutely pristine. Easy to park and very private. Rhos on sea a lovely resort to visit especially as it now has a sandy beach!!

We had a fantastic stay, great house, everything we needed and in an excellent, peaceful location. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Clare was a very friendly and responsive host. She was very detailed with instructions she gave which made it easy for us to find the property. The place had a very warm welcoming feel and extremely clean. The mountains and sea views were beautifull. The walk to the water front is only 2mins and we had a lovely run along the beach/ bicycle lane. There is a also a small kids playground right next to the house . The beds were really comfortable and bedrooms very cosy.

We had a fab week celebrating my 60th birthday - a beautiful house in a superb location for walking, cycling and kayaking. Superb facilities and a great host.

Best caravan in the park. Really modern, clean, just beautiful. Highly recommend stay there.

Everything was perfect, I think google maps coordinates should be put into the description as well as It took us sometime to find the entrance place where you could access caravan. This was my first experience and I am very happy with whole experience.

We booked Marks place last minute as we had booked a campsite in Barmouth, but the weather was horrendous and our tent was leaking before we had even managed to get it up. We raced to find accommodation, which was difficult during the start of the school holidays, but thankfully we found Marks place and although it was an hour and half away from Barmouth we didnt want to dissapoint the children. Mark was responsive to our urgent plee for help and let us stay. He visited the lodge and ensured it was pristine before our arrival and access was easy with a key box. Its a private section on the winkups site and was very clean with a lovely large deck around the lodge and a nice garden with ample seating. Inside the lodge was immaculate with high spec appliances and comfortable furnishings. Nothing like I had expected, this was 5* and huge. We used the onsite swimming pool and the children enjoyed the theme park, and arcade. The beach is a stones throw away. A great place to stay. Thankyou.

We stayed here over February half term as a family get away of 12 people. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. It was like being at home. The upstairs lounge with views over the sea was a real show stopper! 10-15 minute walk to the beach and stunning views all around. Hosts were great with sorting a heating issue before we even arrived, great communication. Would highly recommend, and will be revisiting in warmer months to enjoy the pool.

First time staying in a cottage always stayed in a caravan at the same location for 10 years. The cottage was lovely, clean and well equipped, the shower was amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed our week here and will definitely return.

Great location for accessing other local areas, lovely park and a great position of the caravan if you have kids as you can see the playground and the playing field is right out front. The caravan is exactly as described and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Gemma and her husband are lovely and friendly and helped with anything we needed. Great 4 night stay for us!

Great house in a good location, 5 minutes walk to the beech. 2 excellent restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

Great place to stay with the family. Close to the beach allowing nice walks regardless of the weather. The house had everything we needed with everything at a high standard.

This is a beautiful house in a stunning location. It is spacious and well-equipped for an extended family group with cleanliness and comfort on an exemplary scale. We really enjoyed our time there.

Fabulous bungalow in great location. Great value for money and everything you would expect from a holiday home. We have been coming to rhosneigr for several years and have stayed in dozens of cottages, this is one of the best. Extremely clean , very cosy and a lovely enclosed and safe garden for kids and dogs. Five minutes walk to beaches , shops, bars and shops. Will definitely use again.

The bungalow exceeded our expectations, they had though if everything and more. We would recommend this place to stay at for our friends and family. Very quiet and peaceful place with sea views in the distance. Only ten minute walk into the village where the beach is dotted with lovely cafes, deli, local shops and more places to eat.

Our family had an amazing time at this gorgeous home! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The space was warm, inviting, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we felt right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create special memories together. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful two-day stay at this cottage, and we absolutely loved it! The breathtaking sea views, peaceful surroundings, and relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect setting for our family celebration. The location was ideal for exploring the coastline, with fantastic beach and coastal walks right on our doorstep. Andrew and Sarah were excellent hosts, providing helpful communications, they also left some lovely local treats for us ! The cottage itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable—ideal for unwinding and enjoying a truly restful break.We’d love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway!

We were very impressed with the property. There was plenty of space for a large group and the facilities were fantastic - Pool Table, Darts Board, Hot Tub, well equipped Kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Great communication from the host and everything was really easy to organise. Thanks Nigel!
