Had an excellent 2 night stay in this beautiful place, Grady was a responsive host and had clear instructions. The area was beautiful and it’s in walking distance of all the amenities and everything Barmouth has to offer. We had a great stay. Roomy apartment with great views. Everything we needed was available. Easy walking distance to town. Woul definately stay again as we are regular visitors to the area and we couldnt fault the apartment

We so enjoyed the single level spaciousness at Linda's place. She was the ideal host - responsive and friendly when we had questions but we felt quite separate and private otherwise. The furnishings and fittings were beautiful. Locally there were things to do and we were located in good distance of the attractions further afield. We especially loved the close access to the railway and the spectacular experience along the coastline. If only we lived closer we'd come again, I'm sure!!

Fabulous location; the upside down apartment is just on the sea front as you enter Barmouth. Fabulous to look out the lounge window and see the sea and the train chugging past every so often. Fabulous local restaurants, virtually all stores and eateries are independents. We did the Park Run which was fab - thanks Wendy for volunteering there too. Wendy was great at answering my queries and was very helpful. Lots of walking guides in the apartment too.

Stayed for a couple of nights, the apartment was just as described with everything we needed, location was great - parking for 2 cars, just opposite a lovely beach, great for a breezy walk in March.Close enough to walk to local eateries and shops. Would highly recommend.

Margot was brilliant and very helpful. We all had the best time and I would love to come back again some day with my family. The property was beautiful and the best location. We enjoyed runs and walks to the beach and local bars and restaurants. Thank you again!

This is our 6th visit to Seaview Cottage and the second this year. It is warm, comfortable and well equipped, and suits us perfectly. The location is great for views and access to the Wales coastal path. The walk from New Quay to Aberaeron is one of our favourites. We look forward to another stay next year.

Parrog House is a beautifully situated, large house, virtually on the sea front in Newport. Despite being a large old building, the aga and log fire made it feel very cosy, even in the midst of winter storms. The kitchen and dining room were great for dinner with family and friends but there are also some great pubs close by (walking distance) if you want a night off cooking. With 4 showers and 5 toilets there were also ample facilities for everyone, which is great when your group includes teenagers as ours did. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house with everything we needed, everything was very clean and tidy and decorated to a high standard. We very much enjoyed playing the games provided. They were a big hit on a rainy evening. We ordered shopping from Asda to be delivered which went smoothly but any extras were easily accessible from cost cutter around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely accommodation, beautiful location, spotlessly clean, plenty of hot water and heating as we stayed in March. Cottage was well equiped and recently decorated . Thanks Janine , we will be back. Mark and Kate

Beautiful cottage with sea views, when we arrived at 6pm there was a beautiful sunset. Excellent location, no need to use the car during our stay. The cottage has everything you need and is excellent throughout. Lots to do nearby, we ate at the Last Inn, the food was excellent and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Our stay was delightful. The ambiance was excellent, everything was well-stocked, and we had a fantastic family experience-laundry,kitchen space and utensils,two living rooms so that kids were engaged . There was enough parking space.Linda was a wonderful host, responding quickly to any inquiries. I highly recommend this place for a large group of up to 15 people, including children.Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience..❤️

We booked a last minute holiday for the family. The house was perfect for what we needed. Tim was very responsive, he has really thought about what guests might need to make their stay hassle free. The location was perfect it is no more than a 5 minute walk to the beach and town centre. Would recommed and would use again.

The Old Sea Captain’s House is perfect for a large group to getaway and enjoy some peace and quiet. The house has a lived-in, ‘homely-feel’ which makes it so very easy to relax from the moment you arrive. All the rooms throughout the house are light, airy and spacious. It is well stocked for the most part...no need to take board games, they have thought of them too! Having a large downstairs bathroom with separate bath and freestanding shower, works brilliantly. The location is great and Aberporth is charming and unspoilt. Would happily revisit and recommend.

Marc’s property was an ideal holiday home for the week. We could walk from the front door and enjoy the scenery. The village has everything you need and it’s only a short drive to a variety of wonderful places to visit. This was perfect for us. We all loved our time here.

Great little gem of a place, right on the seafront at Barmouth. We were grateful that Geoff gave us advance notice that we could arrive a bit earlier for checking in, which helped us make the most of our stay. It was lovely to be greeted with a bottle of Prosecco too, a very generous welcome. The place is lovely, is exactly as described, it was quick to heat up after we arrived (we visited in February), the facilities seemed great, although we didn’t do any cooking during our stay. Bed was comfy, although at 6’4”, I found it a little small for me. Bathroom is lovely, plenty big, very clean and everything works well. The location is brilliant - you can see the sea and it’s a short walk to both the beach and the town, including Barmouth’s pubs and restaurants. Barmouth is a beautiful little seaside town, with its long beaches, mountainous backdrop, great places to eat and drink - it’s massively underrated. Geoff was very friendly and responsive, I would recommend and we will stop again

Lovely stay in a very quiet and peaceful location. The annexe was private in beautiful surroundings. Comfortable bed and sofa bed, good supply of everything needed to make our stay perfect. Complimentary milk, tea, coffee etc very welcome. Naomi was responsive and friendly.

We had a great stay (2 adults, 1 child and a baby). Lovely apartment with great amenities exactly like the photos and description. It is in a great location for Folly Farm, Tenby and Saundersfoot with convenience shops a few minutes drive away. Would definitely recommend! X

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was as described and as it looks in the pictures. Being so close to the beach made it easy to pop to the beach for shell collecting, sandcastle building and dog walking as often as we wanted to. Emails from the host throughout to check our stay was going well, which was reassuring. A detailed welcome manual is in the home with every answer to any questions you may have. Also provided is a first aid kit, milk, bread, eggs, butter, tea, coffee, sugar and cake! All very welcome as it saved us a shop visit and the first aid kit is great to have with little ones. Having an apartment directly above was no issue. The only time you hear anyone is when they are walking down the stairs outside of the apartment door and along the corridor to exit. But, we only heard this twice. Once in the evening (a reasonable time of 8/9pm) and again around 8am. I highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Heidi supplied great information on how to get to the property and all what the surrounding areas has to offer. She was super friendly and very helpful. The place itself absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway, home from home will be returning! The views are absolutely incredible. Thankyou for having us 😊
