Beautiful cottage and location. Great hosts. Clear instrucrions in the folder. They were able and willing to be flexible on check in and out on this occasion which was really helpful.

Wonderful time. The property was exactly as expected and Lisa couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Lisa, will definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was as described and as it looks in the pictures. Being so close to the beach made it easy to pop to the beach for shell collecting, sandcastle building and dog walking as often as we wanted to. Emails from the host throughout to check our stay was going well, which was reassuring. A detailed welcome manual is in the home with every answer to any questions you may have. Also provided is a first aid kit, milk, bread, eggs, butter, tea, coffee, sugar and cake! All very welcome as it saved us a shop visit and the first aid kit is great to have with little ones. Having an apartment directly above was no issue. The only time you hear anyone is when they are walking down the stairs outside of the apartment door and along the corridor to exit. But, we only heard this twice. Once in the evening (a reasonable time of 8/9pm) and again around 8am. I highly recommend!

The view from the deck alone is worth the 5 stars. Only had a night and our last minute booking wasn’t a problem for Anwen who was very responsive and helpful. Had a great meal and a warm welcome in the bar at 3 rivers hotel 5 minutes down the road. We walked the estuary at low tide - watch out for muddy sections. Also walked up the hill above the hotel for even more stunning views from the top.

Had a fabulous stay. Such a beautiful setting. Spacious, clean, bright accommodation. We totally loved it. There was everything we needed there. And Emma left us a very generous welcome pack with chocs, biscuits and all sorts! Highly recommend it. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home Emma! X

Beautiful cottage with sea views, when we arrived at 6pm there was a beautiful sunset. Excellent location, no need to use the car during our stay. The cottage has everything you need and is excellent throughout. Lots to do nearby, we ate at the Last Inn, the food was excellent and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Another wonderful break at The Lookout. We stayed in the Lower Deck apartment this time which was perfect for the two of us. Spotlessly clean, great shower and very comfy bed! Amazing views out to sea and everything you need just on your doorstep. The hosts provide you with a parking permit for your stay so that you can park literally opposite the apartment, so very convenient. Excellent communication from the hosts, Jules and Lisa, from the minute we booked until check out. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Lookout and can’t wait to return again. The location was absolutely fantastic. There was very strong wind and rain during our stay but we could enjoy watching the spectacular waves in the warm and dry with a nice hot drink sitting in the mid layer sitting room 🥰

Tracey the host was very responsive, friendly and helpful!! The accommodation was really clean, nice furniture and has a home from home feel! If visiting I highly recommend a trip to the Snowdonia national park and a trip up Snowdon, breathtaking.

Beautiful place to stay, with fantastic views of the bay. Easily walkable to the on site facilities, which were very good. Very well equipped property, with everything you need for a peaceful break away.

Great place to stay for Snowdonia national park, beaches and Portmeireon. Quiet time of year for our stay. Well stocked kitchen and great instructions for bathroom use.

Melissa responded SO quickly when I contacted her late on a Friday after we had been let down by other accomodation we had booked in the area. Her caravan was available and she sent through details super quickly. The caravan was spacious and clean and right next to the walk down to the beach where you could walk into New Quay easily (and dolphin spot). I highly recommend!

Lovely caravan with beautiful views. Caravan was decorated for Christmas which was a lovely surprise. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

A lovely spot. I love sea swimming, and as the flat was just metres from the sea, I was in paradise. Beautiful views of Cardigan Bay.

Fabulous location and especially for winter holiday so whatever the weather we could enjoy the view and the sound of the sea. We enjoyed visiting the north of the peninsular and the Ty Coch Inn and also walking along the coast path around the end of the peninsular. We did swim in the sea right outside the apartment. In the summer it would be amazing to be able to swim right from the door. Apartment was a cosy and relaxing place to stay and th kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Everyone loved staying here!

We spent a long weekend for a family birthday at Ellie's place. It had everything we needed. The location is fantastic with stunning views from the house which is right on the beach. You can walk right into Abersoch. Would recommend this fantastic home.

Wow what a great place, had the best time so relaxing and homely had everything we needed. Great views with a lovely walk through the private woods to the beach. Enjoyed the hot tub each day and had a couple of BBQs. Nice evening walks along the beach. See the dolphins while sat out enjoying breakfast that was great to see. Brian was lovely so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back again. Thank you

Excellent séjour : ce qui a retenu mon attention a été le bow window avec vue sur mer. Au delà, appartement très calme, très propre, à proximité de tous les services à pied. Mike a été très arrangeant sur l’arrivée et le départ. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir!

The cottage was right by the beach with lovely big views from the conservatory. It was fully equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the walk over the cliff to the funicular into Aberystwyth. The caravan site is quite close, but the house was quiet and had its own garden space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Debbie.

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay! We’ve had such a lovely relaxing break. The views from the house are amazing, even better than the photos, and only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Abersoch and to the beach. The house is spacious, well equipped and spotless- thank you so much Elizabeth!

The place was magical and knew I’d miss it before I even left. The location on the estuary is so dreamy. Walkable to Barmouth for supplies. The place felt incredibly private. Really enjoyed slowing down the pace of life and always pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from the living room. Lovely bunch of flowers on arrival and plenty of logs for the wood burning stove.

Sea Thrift beach house is such a fantastic place to stay, overlooking the beach at Tywyn, with wonderful views out over Cardigan Bay. An immaculately presented, very comfortable, warm and well appointed house with lots of local walks and interesting places to visit. Kate is a great host, very responsive and with a personal touch - highly recommended!
