Great little place, clean and nicely decorated. The outside patio was amazing and wished we would’ve had more time to enjoy it! We did get a visit from a very cute, very friendly cat. She was certainly a highlight and I would look for her in the morning to catch a quick cuddle with morning coffee. We also had a cute little cake waiting for us when we arrived! Very nice touch. The host also put together a very nice and informative guide book. We would certainly stay here again!

Great stay. Beds were super comfortable, the location was great and the living room and kitchen table were a great place to hang out. We enjoyed having meals on the back deck, under the massive umbrella. One note about the kitchen… we did have to run out and buy a pan that could be cooked in because the provided pans were deeply scratched teflon and very worn. We had to run out a second time to buy disposable aluminum pans to make a casserole, as there wasn’t anything at all that could go in the oven. Those are minor but want to warn others to bring a couple of supplies with them if they will be cooking. Also, the road noise is LOUD. It didn’t really bother us, as we are a used to it but just be prepared, if you don’t like noise. All in all, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

House was spacious and comfortable with nice outdoor/porch spaces. Beds were comfortable and firm. Property is well-located in Bloomingdale on the north side of Kingsport, just a couple miles from Hwy 93, the John B. Dennis bypass. Everything in Kingsport is 10 minutes away or less. Eileen was helpful and very accommodating. We would stay again.

Our stay was great, exactly what we needed for our short visit to Johnson City! Close to the NASCAR track and my picky son even thought the sofa bed was great. Would stay again if we're ever back in the area. Host was very responsive!

We loved the character of the home it was very comfortable for 2 couples. 20 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from the events we had scheduled.

We loved our stay at Molly’s very well decorated cute cabin! The location is very close to town (2min to the restaurants). We stayed in the cabin or backyard so the road noise was never a problem. Every bedroom had a TV with streaming, we all enjoyed the hot tub, my wife enjoyed the peaceful back porch to read, I fished and my kids played in the river. My 8 year old daughter cried when we pulled out of the driveway to go home. Highly recommended!

It is cozy, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Beds are firm and very comfortable. Nicely decorated and thoughtfully stocked for both people and pets. More amenities than is customary. We come to Abington yearly and will stay there again!

Very nice place to stay. Beautiful view. Deer right out the back door. Quick responses. The house was big enough for 9 of us to stay comfortably.

We absolutely LOVED staying in Tammy and Tim’s tiny home! They were so willing to show us around their farm and feed their animals. I recommend this stay to anyone looking for a private, peaceful home with the kindest hosts. Plus, it didn’t hurt that all the animals were so wonderful and sweet (shoutout Ferd, Walker, Chief, Annie, and Tucker the cat!) I can’t wait to return to Abingdon and hopefully stay in their tiny home again❤️

Great, clean place with lots of space and comfortable beds. I had a lot of fun making cappuccinos for my family in the mornings with the espresso machine. Definitely the best price in the area for my needs! My family had a lovely time exploring the nearby area and Johana’s instructions for getting in the home and using the espresso machine were really clear and helpful.

The best little get away! This cabin was perfect for our family and our golden doodle! There was so much room! We absolutely LOVED the hot tub, stream, and fit pit at the end of the day after near by Grandfather Mt & Tweetsie Railroad. The cabin was clean, well stocked, it felt like we were right at home. Jade was a GREAT host and we will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our quick overnight. Within 30 mins of getting there a family of 4 deer came to the front yard to greet us. Very quiet area and very relaxing.

Our favorite place to stay near Bristol. It’s very modern and clean. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. It feels like home. Can’t wait to go back!!

Listing was as described. Enjoyed that it was peaceful and tucked away, but close to everything!

Beautiful cabin in sight of the South Holston River. You can walk down the hill to fish in the river. Hosts recommended a float guide which resulted in lots of caught fish! I loved being near the South Holston Dam and Osceola Island for great trail walking and the short distance to Bristol and Elizabethton for antiquing and great food.

Such a lovely unique getaway place. Very comfortable and peaceful. I loved the decor, the sheets felt so nice and I love that oh so soft rug in front of the couch. Dannie reached out a couple times to see if I needed anything, I checked in later than expected so she went and turned the light on for me, which was extremely helpful. I really enjoyed the dogs (a lot) and playing ball with them, extremely friendly dogs. There is also a gate that you can lock if you don’t want the dogs to come onto the porch. The windows are fantastic and add so much character. Everything I needed was there. I wasn’t ready to leave yet when my days were up. There is a nice trail that next time I visit I will adventure down. Dannie’s husband was out doing some work and we had a very enjoyable conversation with him, very nice man. Fast responses, great family and adorable tiny home, will be back. Thank you for a wonderful getaway! 💛

Not our first time staying at one of Kim‘s properties, and it will definitely not be our last. The space provides a perfect respite and it is convenient to downtown West Jefferson.

The Oasis was a beautiful, serene place to spend a few days--meticulously clean, tastefully decorated, quiet, and well equipped. Janice provided excellent information and responded quickly to messages. The garden and fish pond created a lovely setting for outdoor relaxation. We're glad we stayed here during our visit to Abingdon.
