house was as pictured, parking was easy to find for our 2 cars. Kids liked it. close to Temple and U penn.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at; we actually wanted to spend more time in the unit than in the city. Location was perfect for getting to all the historical sites — literally right across the street! Restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. The jewelry district is behind the building. I’m not much into jewelry but shops abound for those who are. Unit is meticulous and we thought out. Could hear some noise from street level but not loud enough to bother us. Would not have minded more opaque/private shades in the two bedrooms facing the adjacent building. Otherwise everything we could have possibly needed was in the unit. For gals with keratin treatments, the shampoo and conditioner are sulfate free — always a plus in my book. Snacks, drinks, and some sundries are available in the Wawa convenience store downstairs in the building.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! If you are not super picky or boujee, this place is for you. Price was AMAZING for how close we were to everything. Grocery, wine, diner & target within walking distance. This was our first time in Philly & we were very pleased with the location. There were some minor things that we personally didn’t care about but others might. Peeling of paint in shower, missing knob on one bathroom sink, smell in the hall way, little bit of a trek to get from garage to room, on corner of a busy street, had an issue with the washer…like I said minor things we didn’t mind! Otherwise, the host was very responsive. We had 2 toddlers with us & the noise outside was not an issue for them in regards to sleep. Make sure you watch the instruction video on how to get from the garage to the room. We were very turned around in the building until we watched the video!! When we come back to Philly we hope this place is available to rent again!!

We had a fantastic time staying at Frank and Angel's beautiful penthouse! The location was close to almost everywhere you'd wanted to go. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with drinks and snacks or what you'd need after a long night crawling around philly (advil and coffee). Again thank you guys for your hospitality and the friendliness shown to my wife and I. We will be back.

The description for this Airbnb is very accurate. Please keep in mind that the description is very clear that this is a historic building...there is a degree of "city charm" that comes with that! The location is FANTASTIC, you can purchase groceries at Target, Sprouts or Giant so you have options for shopping...Dunkin and Starbucks are within just a minute of the front door if you don't care to do a pour over (provided) The host is also fantastic, we had a work emergency which required an extended stay and the host responded within just minutes I also had a question about what was required during departure and heard back within just minutes of my inquiry Enjoy feeling at home while taking in all the city has to offer --- will book again on next trip to Philly!!

Worked out great for family of 3 and a friend to enjoy sports at Wells Fargo, the subway is the next block and was easy on and off. Parking garage was nice to have so we didn't have to keep moving the vehicle or have it out in the open. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay and location is great! The only down fall was the neighbors with small children (Upstairs). In the bathroom downstairs you can hear their conversations very clear as well as the shows they are watching on the television. When we first arrived, it smelled like someone just finished cooking but it was the neighbors and the smell was coming from the vents. The smell didn't last long. Overall, great location and cute place. Would stay there again.

Elizabeth was very responsive, kind ,and helpful. She explained everything I would possibly need to know in very detailed terms. The space itself was very spacious and beautiful. The location was perfect, you can see city hall straight down the street, there’s a sprouts, target, giant, starbucks and many food places right outside of the building. Very convenient location and there’s free 24 hr parking. absolutely loved this property and can’t wait to come back here i definitely will be booking with Elizabeth in the future!!

Nikhil's place is great! Amazing location for anything going on in downtown Wilmington. Very comfortable and Nikhil was very communicative.

This large classic brick home was just what we needed. We would definitely book it again. And when we needed something the night we checked in, Val made a run to the grocery store and brought it to us, though it was almost midnight. Impressive!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

I cannot say enough beautiful things about this place and the hosts. Logan and Lou were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The property itself is serene and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway. We explored the beautiful perkiomen trails- with great bikes provided by Lou and Logan. The fitness centre was amazing, not to mention the spectacular views. The Mill itself is absolutely gorgeous! The air bnb was perfect, so cozy and clean. You have everything you could possibly need and want. We had a beautiful fire one night and enjoyed the stars in the sky. One of the best parts of this property is the constant sound of the river, I highly recommend leaving the windows open and enjoying the constant flow of the river. It was spectacular!! We will definitely be back, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Truly one of the best Air bnb’s I’ve stayed at, and Lou and Logan go above and beyond to ensure our stay was magical! Thank you so much
