We had a lovely, cosy holiday stay with beautiful decorations and extra goodies to make it even more festive. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. Kathleen responded rapidly and super kindly to all our questions. A great pick!

Quirky, historic house with lots of space for our big family!! Would definitely recommend if you need a big space with lots of comfortable “hanging out” rooms.

Scott’s place was very beautiful..My family really enjoyed our stay there..It felt like a home away from home..It was very spacious and very clean..We really enjoyed the inside pool..The location was perfect and were close to the supermarkets and Walmart. When I needed to ask Scott a question his response time was in minutes.. I would definitely book here again in the near future..If your are thinking about booking don’t hesitate you will not be disappointed.

In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

The home is beautiful and has tons of character. It's also in a beautiful setting and feels very homey. Would definitely stay there again.

Jeneene’s was a great place to stay for our family. Beautifully appointed and well set up for kids. An easy distance to the airport and Philly sports venues. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Easily accommodated 9 adults and 3 toddlers.

I came back to PA for my dad’s funeral and we chose to stay here because it seemed like a great location for the kids and it was perfect. We had a very nice stay. The yard is incredible and the location is absolutely perfect. Close to Tyler State park and central to everything. The kids spent so much time outside in the yard.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

Better than expected. Troy's place has everything you need. Although the place itself is not situated in a super private area as its right across the university and its right up against the road and sidewalks. So you'll see lots of folks walking to and from their destinations but all good. Everyone seems to mind their business and its very tranquilo. Definitely nice to sit out on the porch or get some sun in the backyard while you watch kiddos play around. Troy's communication is great and answer's any questions you have. Even though its stated in listing that there is someone there in a separate private living space on property, you would never know lol. We didnt find out til our last day if someone actually was there, they are so quiet. You have all the privacy you need. Beautiful home, lovely area and just overall it was a great deal and find as we visited during a sad time. Thank you Troy.

I love when the homes are fully furnished and comfortable. Pretty much everything was there. We didn't need much. Great location for sports. Parking can be tricky but never impossible. One other thing. Thu was extremely responsive start to finish! Thank you!!

Great stay! This cute and cozy house is perfect for exploring Philly. Walking distance to the Old Town, plus close to great restaurants. This historic house was a great backdrop to exploring all of the city’s history. Very peaceful neighborhood, all around wonderful stay!

We had two extended stays at Kelly’s guest house as it served as an outstanding retreat while our home was undergoing construction. The house is cozy, spacious, immaculate, and well appointed. It is highly recommended for a quiet getaway and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings as well watching the horses, pigs, and goats. Our last night there were treated to a wild lightning show from the Florida room as a line of wicked storms passed through after sunset. I sure I will have to find some excuse to stay here again soon.

Perfect location for our family. Right across the street from where I went to grade school many, many years ago, and close to my family that still lives in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely book again! House was exactly how it’s pictured, host was flexible, responsive and gave great instructions! The house is on a nice quiet street, but we easily walked to get to all sorts of fun and food! There was a ton of space! The view from the rooftop deck was breathtaking! 5 stars!

This large classic brick home was just what we needed. We would definitely book it again. And when we needed something the night we checked in, Val made a run to the grocery store and brought it to us, though it was almost midnight. Impressive!

This is my second stay at Williams place!! Everything yet again was perfect from start to finish! His home is spacious and beautiful!! It’s like being at home! Great restaurants close by! Neighbor hood is friendly and quiet!! Thanks William for another great stay!!

The place was clean and cozy and perfect for our trip. The subway is only a minute away, although be careful because it only runs roughly once an hour. We were two couples staying and there was more than enough space to be comfortable for the weekend. Thanks Tsahai!

My group and I had a wonderful time at this property!! Everything was as pictured and described, and the whole place was clean comfortable. Walkable to center city and Chinatown, 15-20 minute Uber to Fishtown. Rooftop was awesome, hot tub was great. Would definitely come back!

Great place! My wife and I stayed 6 nights with our 4 kids. One daughter did a week long summer ballet program nearby. The house was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone. We used delivery services for groceries. Location was ideal. Reanimator coffee shop (across the street) was our go to every morning. We walked to restaurants in the area. Having the SEPTA station nearby on Broad/Federal St was helpful but we also took an Uber to downtown for $7 to $20 depending on time of day. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night. Enjoyed having family time watching Olympics in the living room together or playing Scrabble at the dinner table. We used the washer and dryer since we had traveled over a week from home. Asli and Mike messaged/texted to make sure we had everything we needed and answered quickly when we had a question. They even dropped off some paper towels on day 2 after we had texted so we felt very cared for. Would definitely stay here again if in Philadelphia!
