Abruzzes : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

L'appartamento è situato nel centro della città, ma è comunque molto silenzioso. Al piano terra c'è un bar dove si può scendere la mattina per fare colazione e la sera per un aperitivo. Intorno ci sono moltissimi buoni ristoranti, negozi, bar, troverai tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Sia la stazione che la spiaggia si trovano a soli 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. L'appartamento stesso è molto spazioso, dotato di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. L'aria condizionata ben funzionante offriva sollievo dopo una giornata calda in spiaggia. Un ulteriore vantaggio è l'enorme terrazza sul tetto, arredata con mobili da giardino e un ombrellone. Trascorrevamo piacevolmente le serate lì. Torneremo sicuramente a Pescara e in questo appartamento. Grazia è un'ospite meravigliosa, ha risposto rapidamente alle nostre domande.

Sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla permanenza nell’appartamento di Manuela. L’appartamento si presenta esattamente come mostrato, spazioso, luminoso, pulito, ben fornito e ben posizionato. Manuela è amichevole e attenta, una persona veramente gentile e solare. L’ambiente intorno alla casa è molto carino, si arriva a piedi in spiaggia e nei migliori ristoranti, è tutto a portata di mano! Peccato essere rimasta solo pochi giorni, sarei rimasta volentieri qualche giorno in più, soprattutto perché nell’appartamento di Manuela ci si sente davvero a casa! Consiglio vivamente!

Die Unterkunft ist echt gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist perfekt! Man hat echt alles was man braucht. (Nachts der Boiler ist etwas laut, aber wenn einen das nicht stört ist das nicht schlimm.)

Wenn ihr Luxus und Ruhe für einen tollen Preis am Meer genießen wollt, dann seid ihr hier genau richtig. Das Apartment war das schönste, was wir während unserer Zeit in Italien je gesehen haben. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Balkon ist ein absolutes Highlight. Marcello ist der netteste und hilfsbereiteste Gastgeber gewesen. Er war stets erreichbar, hat uns sehr viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war im Allgemeinen sehr zuvorkommend. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch in Martinsicuro!

Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Simonetta zelf. We voelden ons direct thuis en ze gaf ons de nodige uitleg van de accommodatie. Mochten we nog iets nodig hebben, qua taxi, fietsen, … dat regelde ze dat voor ons. Ik zou er zo zelf kunnen wonen in het verblijf, heel gezellig en knus. Gelijk het op de foto’s te zien is. Strand is op wandel afstand. Ik kan geen min punten opnoemen eigenlijk die wij hebben ervaren tijdens het verblijf. Super verblijf en super host. Dank je wel Simonetta voor het warme onthaal.

Parfait! Petit appartement au rdv d’une maison calme . Bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Alessandro est réactif et très gentil. Je recommande ce logement.

The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa con mio marito, il nostro bimbo di 2 anni, cane e gatto e siamo stati tutti accolti e coccolati nel migliore dei modi. La casa é fornita di tutto il necessario sia per pulire (spugnette, detergenti, detersivo lavatrice, shampo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma, saponi, carta igienica e kit primo soccorso) sia per usare la cucina (forno, fornelli, frigo con congelatore, stoviglie di ogni tipo e persino piatti e bicchieri infrangibili adatti ai bimbi piccoli). La casa era estremamente pulita e calda, confortevole anche per i più freddolosi come me. Il posto auto proprio accanto al cancello d'ingresso ha reso lo scarico e carico bagagli molto facili e piacevoli. La famiglia di Sabrina e la stessa Sabrina ci hanno coccolato con regali meravigliosi come biscotti e frutta fresca del loro giardino. Per noi é stato un soggiorno perfetto, non posso che consigliarlo a chiunque, anche a chi come noi viaggia con bimbi piccoli e/o animali.Voto:10 e lode!!!

Unvergesslicher Urlaub mit traumhaftem Meerblick! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, 9 Tage in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft zu verbringen und sind begeistert! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst diskret und sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Sollte es einmal zu Problemen kommen, reagieren sie unglaublich schnell und finden umgehend Lösungen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Zudem befindet sich die Unterkunft nur etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von wunderschönen Stränden entfernt, die in der Umgebung zu finden sind. In nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das malerische Dorf Montepagano. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa in questo incantevole luogo, accolti da padroni di casa molto accoglienti e mai invadenti. Gli spazi esterni sono gradevolissimi e ben curati, con angoli freschi e ventilati che offrono una piacevole vista sul mare e sui trabocchi. Giulia, Mimmo e Francesca sono stati calorosi e premurosi, ci hanno consigliato un sacco di posti da vedere, ma purtroppo riuscire a fare tutto in così poco tempo non è stato possibile: quindi ci ritorneremo molto volentieri! Comodo parcheggio riservato e ombreggiato.

Guido was amazing, very flexible on our arrival time and his place had everything, super roomy and beautiful place. Couldn't ask for anything else, we were so humbled to stay in his once family home. The area and location super easy to walk to the amazing beach and the city center and all great restaurants. Guido was super helpful on tips and places to visit. Overall if your looking for a place to stay in Pescara his place is the place to stay. Beautiful fruit and vegetable store right outside the Airbnb and just a beautiful city to visit. Thank you Guido for all your support and please thank Christina as well she is a darling. Fabulous Airbnb guys we highly recommend it and super quiet for the rest at the evening. Apartment had a great view of the harbour and a lovely little balcony to enjoy the view with a glass of Prosecco. Fabio, the gentleman who checked us in, was extremely helpful and friendly. Vasylyna absolutely deserves her recognition as a super host! We couldn't be more pleased with her responsiveness, helpfulness and graciousness.

Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 ragazzi più una bambina piccola la notte di capodanno, siamo stati da Dio. Il signor Martino che ci ha accolto e’ stato molto gentile, ci ha lasciato stare anche qualche ora in più essendo arrivati la sera tardi post lavoro… davvero carina la casa e con tutti i confort! ❤️ grazie davvero.

Très bonnes prestations. L’appartement est parfait. La piscine dans un cadre très agréable. Les hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés . Nous recommandons cette location.

Abbiamo alloggiato una notte nella casa di Chiara, tutto è stato perfetto, pulizia e comunicazione. L alloggio nuovo è in posizione fantastica sul lungomare e pochi minuti da negozi e ristoranti. Chiara un host eccellente, spero di ritornare nuovamente in questa struttura.

Il miglior alloggio in cui sia mai stata, considerando il rapporto qualità prezzo, è stato proprio come sentirsi a casa e Carmelina è un Host molto disponibile e attenta ad ogni necessità e bisogno, predisponendo l'allggio fornito di ogni particolare che può servire. La tranquillità della zona e la possibilità di avere il posto auto proprio di fronte la porta e l'alloggio a piano terra permettono una comodità unica, anche per chi ha figli piccoli... Grazie carmelina per la tua ospitalità!!!

Amedeo and Simona were very responsive and a pleasure. The kitchen was well equiped for our long-term stay. The only comment would be, the train is close by and frequent with vehicle traffic on the other side, not an issue for us but is not very quiet. We loved the view from the balcony of Silvi Paese during the day and night. The bus stops are close by and the the train is less than 1 km.

Anna and her husband were very responsive and even picked us and our luggage up from the bus station and brought us to the apartment. They were very responsive when we had any questions or needed assistance. They even brought us to a pizza place to pick up a bite to eat after a long flight and bus ride to San salvo!!
