I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a wonderful experience! The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made me feel right at home. The comfort level was great; the amenities were perfect for a relaxing stay. The location couldn't be better—we were visiting friends and it was on the same property. Plus, the check-in process was seamless and hassle-free, allowing me to settle in quickly. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Shady is a very friendly host. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with a nice view of the canal. The photos nicely correspond to reality. The check-in/check-out process was very smooth: Shady provided all the instructions in advance. The building is relatively close to Yas Mall, Ferrari World, and SeaWorld, and there are two parks nearby. Overall, I highly recommend staying in Shady's place if you are visiting Abu Dhabi.

I really enjoyed my time. Great location. Close by the mall and Cleveland Clinic. Very clean place. Thankful for the universal adapter he had as I forgot mine. Mohammed was a great host always helpful and responsive.

Rumy was a great host! I loved this spot before and after a camping trip because it was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I was able to get organized and relax. She went above and beyond and held onto some of my belongings for a week until I returned, lent me a pencil sharpener, and an adapter cord so I could charge my devices. None of this was expected from her, but I appreciated it so much that she was able and willing to help with these little things. Would love to stay with Rumy again if I pass through Abu Dhabi again :)

We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The apartment was spacious, clean, modern, and well-equipped, with STUNNING views and a peaceful atmosphere. The place is without faults. Close to all Yas island activities. Very close to Abu Dhabi airport. 75 minutes to Dubai airport. Half an hour to Abu Dhabi down town and one hour to Dubai down town. The host is great and very responsive.

Mohamed was super friendly, helpful and fast responding. He provided fresh bed linen and all the basics to settle in comfortably. This property is a quick taxi ride from the Corniche and is very centrally located to get to anywhere in Abu Dhabi affordably. I had a great stay here.

Très bel appartement et conforme aux photos. J’ai apprécié Hibba car elle a été très réactive, disponible et remplie de petites attentions. Levée de soleil depuis l’appartement qui vaut le coup. L’appartement sent bon et super bien rangé. Un balcon filant très agréable. Endroit venteux qui fait trop de bien avec cette chaleur constante. Je recommande et remercie encore Hibba pour son accueil chaleureux

Room was excellent as seen in the pictures Check-in process was really easy. Pool was really nice too. Worth every penny. There is a supermarket, restaurant and even a big mall near to the apartment. Customer service of sameera was really outstanding. After check-in she made sure we were okay with room. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

The place was exactly like the pictures. Located in a very peaceful and safe yet convenient location. There was a mini market around the corner, dry cleaners if needed right next to the reception, very close to Reem Mall, plus it has amazing views. It was very clean and equipped with useful tools. The host was very responsive and kind. I felt very welcomed, so I would love to visit again. One of my best stays so far. It was really worth it! Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality! 🙏🏻☺️

The apartment is good enough for two people and also kitchen is nice for cooking. The host is busy and can’t response fast enough. You can call him anyway if no response. The location is good and there is a nice seaside park just downstairs, also a supermarket. Overall it’s good.

I liked the place really very much, but the highlight of the stay was the host, my brother, Hasan. He is the sweetest, most considerate, friendly and helpful host I’ve ever stayed with on Airbnb. He dropped us to the Yas Mall because he was also leaving for Dubai at that time. Thank you, man, Hasan. May you and your family have a healthy and happy life. (PS - For Ladies, Hasan is vv handsome).

This ABNB was fantastic. Place was super clean, spacious and had all the necessities. Location is even better, situated around shops, public transport, access to taxi. Amenities were also great. Host is very responsive and clear with communication. Very easy and smooth.

The place was accurately explained and as shown in the photos, there was hot water running with the room being as the pictures. Also, the host communicated very well!

نصيحة لوجه الله. أي أحد يسافر جزيرة ياس عشان الألعاب لايترك هالمكان. نظافة وهدوء وسهل الوصول ورايق وقريب ٥ دقايق وانت واصل لكل الجزر وفيه جزر أقرب بعد. غرفتين ودورتين مياه على أعلى مستوى وصالة فيها كنب يقلب سرير بالكامل ومطبخ مجهز. ان شاء الله اني اكون افدت احد بيجي بعدي

Am avut un sejur foarte frumos! Locuinta a fost foarte curata, dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie pentr a sta aici cat mai mult! Proprietarul este foarte amabil si prietenos si te ajuta cu tot ce ai nevoie! Recomand cu drag aceasta cazare!

All in all I'm very satisfied. Spotless clean apartment, with everything necessary incl. washing machine, iron etc. It's in the residential tower, feels like it's popular with families, very quiet, and there is a small but adequately equipped gym on premises. Location is great - plenty of restaurants and cafes at Mangrove residence and Sun and Sky towers in 5 minutes walk, grocery store in the same community. Fatma was very easy to reach and communicate with, check-in and check-out easy and well organized. Great place for a short term stay.

Хорошая квартира со всем необходимым и даже больше, чем дома. Кухня оборудована всем до мелочей, кофе, чай и питьевая вода, стиральная машина, сушильная машина, утюг и отпариватель, фен Dyson! и прочие удобства. Прекрасная частная территория с отличным бассейном, детскими площадками и кафе. Хозяин всегда на связи и очень отзывчив, дал подробную и удобную инструкцию по заселению. Из минусов - клининг следует улучшить, повсюду на полу были волосы. Здание не имеет возможности открыть окна, поэтому свежий воздух в квартире отсутствует. Лифт немного медленный. Можно рекомендовать хороший вариант проживания, подходит для семей с детьми.
