Shady is a very friendly host. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with a nice view of the canal. The photos nicely correspond to reality. The check-in/check-out process was very smooth: Shady provided all the instructions in advance. The building is relatively close to Yas Mall, Ferrari World, and SeaWorld, and there are two parks nearby. Overall, I highly recommend staying in Shady's place if you are visiting Abu Dhabi.

Just wonderful apartments, filled with love and care. Very clean, many details and items that make your stay comfortable. We felt at home at dear Nada’s premices. Excellent location, there are shops and cafes nearby, a large shopping center near the apartments. We also want to note the quick help of dear Nada in the preparation of apartments for us. Finding herself in a difficult situation, she came to our aid and accepted us with all the amenities. We strongly recommend it and will be happy to return again in the future.

位於阿布達比著名建築 Gate tower 的8樓。窗戶戶看下去即是5樓的公共區域，有網球場籃球場游泳池，還有漂漂河（不過我入住的時候沒有開啟） 非常有生活感，房間裡面東西一應俱全，廚房的設備非常完整，房東總是很快速的回覆，也很體貼！ 如果特別給要開車來的客人，建議你們先從大樓的西側（Rabat St.) 的停車場（第一個小時免費） 並把車停在tower 2 先放下行李，並上樓先取得停車卡以及房卡，接下來再把車子停到地下室，接著順著停車場出口出去，不要到馬路，一路沿著建築物順時鐘開，停車場入口在北側 bilshu ‘oum St. 接著下去地下3樓，然後再來找綠色的標示車位號碼。（相信我因為我繞了四圈後所總結的最快速方法！） 其餘一切都很棒，希望可以再多待一點時間好好享受這邊的公共設施設！

Could not recommend this apartment/ complex enough! The interior was homely and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was juice and snacks on arrival for us which was a lovely touch! Not to mention the apartment is spotless. The complex itself had its own community which we loved the feel of. Our first day we never even left we enjoyed so much. There’s a shop and restaurant on your door step which gave the perfect balance of self catering and treating ourselves. The location as a whole is perfect, you can see Ferrari world straight from your balcony. Taxis were easy to find in the complex and cheap considering most attractions are close by. The pool was definitely my favourite spot. So relaxing and quiet considering the size of the complex! I spent most mornings here enjoying the heat. We loved it so much we would honestly move and will definitely be back.

This place exceeds expectations and is simply wonderful. Well kitted for small children Well kitted for big children The balcony was wonderful for kids to play and adults to enjoy We fully used the facilities: playground, swimming pool, beach, hotel restaurant for breakfast, and the two restaurants in the square. The pharmacy came in very handy and, of course, the supermarket. The hosting team (Lola and Kenneth) were highly responsive and friendly. This has become our place in Abu Dhabi.

We had a great stay.. felt just like home! The house and the location is very pretty with a lot of activities to do around. I will surely come here again! Thank you.

I had a great stay, the apartment is modern and very spatious, perfect for a family. It is located in one of the best sports in Abu Dhabi with lots of attractions around. Thank you for the stay and I ll be back with the next occasion!

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly proactive and very helpful, always available to assist with any questions. The unit itself is in a great location, making it easy to explore the Yas Island. It was clean, neat, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place.
