The place is very conducive to relax after a long drive - hassle free check-in, all areas are air-conditioned and clean. Accesible to stores, gas station due to its location near the highway. What we like most is the serenity of the Altierra. We definitely enjoy morning walks around the area. Moreover, the host is very responsive and accomodating to our inquiries. Thanks George! Loved our stay! Whole house had airconditioning. All fixtures of the house was well thought of and was super clean. Would definitely book here again for my next subic stay 😊

Highly recommended!👍🏻👏🏻♥️😄 Sarah is very responsive, very friendly, thoughtful and kind!😍 She gave us Senior and PWD discount! 👍🏻She even helped us find a laundry shop even if it is past dinnertime. She provided us with everything that we need. The place is safe and is in the heart of the town proper which makes it accessible to anything. The place was spotless, smelled so good and there were split-type aircons everywhere! Sarah even made us try Bataan's specialty: dried and smoked fish! More importantly, she let me cuddle her Shihtzu pup which made our stay even more meaningful! 🤩😍 Will definitely stay here again if we visit Balanga again. We love you Sarah and Maui!♥️♥️♥️

5 stars :3 The place was really private and away from crowded places... there's also a beach access behind the house immediately. The interior of the house is super clean and modern :) Hehe the only problem is nauuntog kami lagi sa transparent sliding doors hahahah

We just had the most perfect family getaway! thanks to Jack's playground! we're so lucky were able to book it last minute. it even exceeded my expectations. huge thanks to Zarah and her husband, as well as the caretakers. they are very friendly and approachable! the location itself is secured and private. amenities are excellent! we will definitely be back!

Ms. Rowena’s place was very clean and comfortable. We booked this for two nights as we were attending a wedding in town and it got everything we need —basic kitchen utensils and tools, clean and good smelling sheets and towels, iron etc. The host has good experience in hosting because you’ll see signages and notes around the house about recommendations and helpful faqs. Ms Rowena was very responsive and we did not have any issue finding the place because they have a pin in googlemaps. Just one thing to note, we could smell strong cigarette fumes from the neighbors when we open the front door to get something. This is beyond the host’s control so we checked out early once our event is done. I think this is worth noting if you will be staying with an infant. But overall the place is nice and comfy and worth the money. Thanks Ms Rowena!

The property has a good vibe to begin with. Community is peaceful, property is clean. We were able to sleep well, beddings were fragrant 🫶🏼

Maris is a great host, prompt and helpful. The place is as advertised. I would recommend it to friends. I will try to book it again when I go back to Bataan to visit my Mom.

This is our second stay in Ian’s place so I have nothing further to add - it’s still amazing! We look forward to booking there again in the future.

The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!

호스트의 숙소는 매우 만족스러웠습니다 비치킁업도 사전에 안내받았기 때문에 이용에 불편함이 없었습니다 다만 골프클럽에서 식사할경우 입장료가 별도로 있다는 사실을 계산하는 시점에 알게 되서 추가비용 지출이 있었습니다 이부분은 호스트의 문제가 아미기 때문에 괜참ㅎ습니다. 참고만 하시기 바랍니다 숙소나 호스트의 응대는 매우 만족스러웠습니다 다시 방문할 의사가 있습니다

Overall, the room was great! Very spacious and clean. Great internet connection. TV has Netflix. The place was very near to the Triathlon Event which is very convenient especially to the family members who will support the athletes. We will definitely book this place again on my next Subic race.

같은 건물의 다른 숙소와 비교 해 봤을때 공간은 충분히 크고 좋았으나 제공하는 이불이 너무 얇고, 충분하지 않았고, 세탁기가 없어서 조금 불편하였습니다.
