Host Yuka was very friendly and was present to introduce the various amenities in the Airbnb when we checked in. She was always responsive to our queries and had also kindly assisted in setting up the BBQ equipment (at an additional charge) when we requested. Although there was an additional charge required for the BBQ equipment, they were fully equipped and provided all the necessary items (charcoal, utensils, thongs, glove, light etc.). Will definitely stay again when we are back in Hokkaido!

Our stay with Niseko Mountain Guides did not disappoint. The accomodation was as described (even better) and the location was incredible. The hosts were very friendly and helpful if you need. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with beautiful views. Not walkable in the winter so you need a car but it’s quite close to two great ski resorts. Very spacious, ideal for group trips! Hosts were very helpful.

This was a great stay. I would love to come back and stay here again. The host was super responsive and picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. They gave us great recommendations for food and onsen.

This is a great ski house if you are looking for an alternative to staying at Rusutsu Resort, the Westin or the Vale. You do have to walk a little bit, but it is quite manageable. We were offered a ride with our luggage to the resort, which was **extremely helpful**. I would highly recommend Leann's place as a base camp for skiing and riding at Rusutsu

Lovely stay at Fletcher & Yuko’s place. Yuko kindly met us at check in to show us around. Provided lots of recommendations for the area and was responsive with any questions we had. The house was very comfortable for the four of us - cozy couches which are rather hard to find in Japan! Easy to get to the slopes but definitely best to have a car to get around. Would love to stay again!

Nestled within a scenic camping ground with a captivating view of Mt. Yotei, this location offers breathtaking vistas right from the carpark. The house itself is a shining example of modernity, featuring new and tasteful furniture, along with a warmly inviting interior. The only minor hiccup we encountered was the somewhat perplexing rubbish segregation process, which might pose a small challenge for international guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The house is warm & cozy, complete with amenities like heater, kitchen, towels, bottled water, kettle, etc. The host is nice enough to provide complementary chocolates for us to enjoy upon arrival. The surrounding view is amazing, especially in winter. You can see thick snow all around, perfect if you want to play with snow. It’s also near to the ski resorts, which is convenient if you are going skiing. Would 100% stay here again if we ever visit Niseko in the future.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Hirafu. The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were terrific, the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. We sure appreciated the welcome gift of eggs, milk, bread etc. we loved the location as it was quiet but within close walking distance of restaurants and bars. The view of Mt Yotei from all the windows was spectacular. The staff was great and the rides in the am to the gondola were so helpful. Thank you Elite Havens!

I had a fantastic stay. Momo is kind, communicative, and responsive. I based at Momo’s to ski at Rusutsu and Niseko. Awesome local restaurants and onsens. I am coming back next year!

Andrew and his crew did a superb job at making us feel at home. We had a little bump with our car rental. Andrew picked us up at the train station, took us grocery shopping and helped us find a car. He helped us turn an uncomfortable situation into a magnificent vacation. He made magnificent recommendations. We visited some great onsens and had great skiing while at Niseko. We had a great dinner at Samoza. And also enjoyed some snacks and coffee at the clubhouse. Overall, an incredible host!

This was a clean and comfortable place to stay. Located above a yakiniku restaurant, it offered a convenient dining option though we did not dine there as it was pricey. The check-in instructions were a bit unclear as the promised PDF guide wasn't received. While the host was responsive and quickly clarified any questions, clearer initial instructions would have been helpful. The location is decent, but finding late-night dining options in the immediate vicinity might be challenging.

Clean, new, modern, and tucked away right by the action. Loved stopping by the food trucks on my short walk home. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this property for our first time in Niseko! The apartment looked just as beautiful as the photos with an awe-inspiring view of Mt. Yotei from the kitchen and living area. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable with heated towel rack, boot rack, and coat racks. It was very helpful to have access to the private shuttle service to get around town and to go to the ski resort. Service was wonderful and on one occasion our shuttle driver even took us to the police station when a member of our group lost his cellphone and needed to find it. There were also thoughtful touches such as plentiful coffee pods, a gifted sake, and a box of cookies that we enjoyed. We loved our stay and would love to come back again!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Grand Hirafu! The location is perfect—right in the middle of town with great restaurants just a short walk away. There’s also a supermarket just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, making it super convenient. For skiing, the big ski lift is only about 10-15 minutes away, and there are plenty of ski rental shops nearby. The property also offers a shuttle bus service from the welcome center, which made getting there seamless. They even provide a ski rack, which is really useful for storing gear. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortably fits up to 6 people, making it a great choice for groups or families. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. A great bonus is that they provide free water, coffee, and tea at the reception area, which you can grab every day—a really nice touch! Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Grand Hirafu 😊

Great place to stay with a perfect view of mount yotei

Awesome place to stay in Hirafu! Close to the mountain and runs a shuttle to the resort.

This was easily one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful 3 bed / 3 bath unit that perfectly matched the pictures from the listing. It snowed for the first few days of our stay (no complaints here as this was a ski trip), but on a clear day you are greeted with a beautiful view of Mt Yotei from the living room & back porch. We made great use of the kitchen making breakfast each morning before heading to the mountains, and then most nights we would walk to / around Hirafu village for great food, drinks, and entertainment. Highly recommend staying at Aspect, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again for playing a major part in what was the best ski vacation of our lives.
