Very beautiful house and the view surrounding the house is also very beautiful. Great kitchen with reasonable amount of utensils. The kids really enjoy the ping pong table in the basement! Overall the house is really good and I highly recommend.

Location is excellent for reaching hanazono ski resort. House is very well equipped and clearly labelled, extremely clean and well thought out. Host Tomoko san was truly brilliant with local recommendations and advice for driving and navigating the winter roads. We felt welcomed, well looked after and very happy. I travelled with my 2 young children and they loved exploring the property, playing with Tomoko san’s lovely sweet dogs.

This was a great stay. I would love to come back and stay here again. The host was super responsive and picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. They gave us great recommendations for food and onsen.

A spacious and comfortable home with beautiful original features and decorations. The views in all directions were magical, especially the changing light on the snow, Mount Yotei and the surrounding mountains. Our children loved having the space to play in powder snow. Julien and Yi Ching went above and beyond to help us make our stay wonderful.

Niseko Retreat! See Mt. Yotei from New Home

Wonderful quiet and private. Felt like a cabin house with amazing views of snow all around us. The place was cozy and homey and everything I wanted it to be! Would come back to stay here again for sure! The place was well stocked with everything you need for laundry, cooking and toiletries. Only good things to say and the host is super responsive, left lots of helpful guides and instructions in case we needed them. Overall a super wonderful find away from the busy Niseko area but near enough by car. Peaceful oasis!

とてもわかりやすくチェックインが出来ました！大人8名、１歳の子どもを連れて宿泊しましたがお風呂2つ、トイレ3つあり混む朝でもゆっくり準備できました！ベビー用品も用意してくださり助かりました。ありがとうございます！

Cloud 9 was a perfect Ski house for our group of eight. Plenty of room and well stocked amenities. An easy 5 min walk over Rusutsu resort for lift access and an amazing onsen. Young has to be one of the top hosts I’ve ever worked with. He is very responsive and provides information and access to local restaurants and activities. He offered to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, but we already had shuttle arrangements. Will definitely use him next time we stay at Cloud9.

Really enjoyed our stay at Inka’s place. It has a cosy, alpine feel and was so nice to come back to after a day on the slopes. Annapuri lifts are only a 10 minute drive away. The location is super peaceful and quiet, with stunning forest views on all sides. Inka was really nice and helpful - her recommendations for local restaurants and onsens were amazing.

非常溫馨，適合多人同住，廚房用品十分充足，離洞爺湖很近，風景優美，獨棟不用怕吵到其他人。房東十分友善。要留意浴室只有一間，可能會有小蟲子，但這樣寧靜的環境難免。

우리는 렌트카를 이용했습니다 진입도로 경사가 높습니다 일부 비포장도로를 지납니다 숙소는 프라이빗한 온천시설이 있으면 1층 2층이 분리되어 있습니다 차고도 있으나 이용하진 않았습니다 2층 난간에서의 뷰가 매우 좋습니다 온천욕과 경치가 좋고 야외 온천에서 별을 볼 수 있습니다 렌트카를 이용허신다면 좋은 숙소입니다

Had a great stay. Hosts were reallt responsive and flexible when we needed to change shuttle times etc. transport to snow fields was seamless and always in time. The place itself was beautiful, homely and well stocked. Would stay again

Nice cozy place near the center of hirafu. Probably not walking distance from the slopes but a quick drive, easily accessible and nice setting. Clean and as advertised. Facilities (showers/bathrooms/washing machines) were all really good. Beds were comfortable and also great views of the surroundings.

Toya Cliff House/Private Spectacular Ocean View

Beautiful place in a breathtaking location overlooking a bay. Our first experience in an authentic Japanese home. Plenty of instructions given with various notices around the house on how NOT to use the towels and so forth. I assume these stem from previous bad experiences which is unfortunate as it made it feel just a touch less homely. You must drive to get here, and to enjoy the surroundings. Lake Toya is a short 15 minute drive. You can cook but aside from oil and salt, no other condiments are provided. Do also bring your own detergent. That aside, we very much enjoyed our stay and would love to come back for a longer period. I imagine it is beautiful in the warmer seasons and you can barbecue on the deck. Thank you for hosting us!
