Acharnes : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Ηταν ενα ανετο σπιτακι με αυλή σαν μονοκατοικία αυτόνομο ολα μεσα ηταν καθαρα τακτοποιημενα και καποια βασικα οπως καφέ μαρμελάδα μακαρονια για ενα γρήγορο φαγητό! Επίσης ειναι φιλικό περιβάλλον για ζωακια ! Φροντιζουν μια γατουλα στην αυλη η όποια καλωσορίζει με γουργουριτα χαρας τον κοσμο ! Μπράβο που φροντίζετε τα αδέσποτα!!! Σιγουρα θα ξανα ερθουμε ! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα το καταλύμα ειναι πολυ ζεστος χώρος φιλόξενος σαν το σπιτι μας εχει τζακι και ωραια κερακια γύρω γύρω βιβλια να διαβασεις καποια είδη για μπανιο κρεμες πιστολακι μπατονετες κτλ...ιντερνέτ και τηλεόραση και κλιματιστικά 2! Ήσυχο μερος σαν γειτονιά. Πολύ κοντα στο αεροδρόμιο! 10 λεπτα !

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα πραγματικά, πολύ ικανοποιημένος σε όλους τους τομείς. Εννοείται θα επιλέξω και πάλι το ίδιο δωμάτιο με την πρώτη ευκαιρία. Dorian σε ευχαριστώ πολύ για την φιλοξενία σου.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. A super-kind host, who we found completely dedicated to us as her guests. Míle buíochas leat - efcharistó poly, Clara.

Очень милая и чистая квартира в пригороде Афин. Наша поездка в Афины в один из дней заняла всего 40-50 минут в одну сторону. Хозяева живут на верхнем этаже и все время готовы придти на помощь, это исключительно интеллигентные и деликатные люди. В 8 минутах езды находится магазин Lidl со всем необходимым, а кухня полностью оборудована. Мы отдохнули от шума города и насладились звуками деревни. Спасибо!!

Avelink house was such a welcome sight after a long day of travel. Even arriving in the middle of the night we easily got through the locked gate and were welcomed by the sweet aroma of flowers and lemon trees in the court yard. The comfortable bed and clean sheets were very inviting and we slept well. The house is very cute and well decorated and we had everything we needed for a night over. Thank you for hosting us.

Steven was wonderful and the cave was amazing, close to everything!

We just spent 2½ incredible weeks at this amazing property—honestly, it was so good we considered hiding the keys and never leaving. This place has everything you could possibly want: it’s sparkling clean, beautifully stylish, and features a wraparound balcony so enormous you could host a party for 100 of your closest friends. (But please don’t—it’s a quiet neighborhood, and the orange and lemon trees downstairs don’t appreciate loud music.) On top of that, there's an amazing sun deck upstairs perfect for tanning or pretending you're a Greek god. The management and staff are phenomenal—super responsive, helpful, and we even had housekeeping twice. Seriously, we felt like we were living at the Ritz Carlton, minus the tuxedoed bellhop. I can’t recommend it enough—but maybe don't book it when I'm heading back to Athens, because I fully plan on stealing this place for myself again. Highly recommended (except when I’m there!). Thanks again—we’ll be back soon!

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ωραίο, ότι πρέπει για δύο άτομα, τακτοποιημένο, πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο, είχε ότι χρειάζεται κανείς, "κουκλίστικο" θα έλεγα...!!! Σίγουρα όταν ξαναέρθουμε στην Αθήνα θα προσπαθήσουμε να κλείσουμε το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι...!! Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας...Η επικοινωνία με τον σπιτονοικοκύρη τον Κώστα ήταν άψογη...Ευχαριστούμε για όλα...!!!

Iason was a fantastic host!!!.. We adored our stay at his place… The beds were comfortable, we had more than enough room, and all other amenities were as expected!!.. Highly recommend Iason’s property for your Athens vacation!!

Barbara's appartement was amazing! Super close to all sights and beautiful neigbourhood with lots of cafe's. The appartement was also super clean and decorated with great taste. We had an amazing time there. Only thing to make note of is that the balcony is only accessible by step stairs. For us this was no trouble at all, but for others it may be!

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Stor og rummelig lejlighed med en enestående udsigt fra den private kæmpe store terrasse. God beliggenhed med kort gåafstand til alle Athens store attraktioner. Gode møbler, gode senge og lækkert sengetøj. Stort og veludstyret køkken med alle faciliteter. Alt i alt et fantastisk sted at bo, og vi ville vælge det samme sted igen. Ps Der er en del trafikstøj, men det var ikke et problem for os.

A few minutes walk from Elliniko Metro, this beautiful, compact residential apartment is a great base from which to explore the area. You’ll get a good night’s sleep! Easy parking too, and a super responsive host. An absolute bargain!

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

beau petit appartement dans un quartier qui n est pas touristique, donc pas trop de monde ce qui est agréable il y a des super marché pour faire les courses .dimitris a était réactif à chaque demande. l appartement était très propre. il ne manquait rien. le.metro est a 10 minutes à pieds à 2 station de l acropole. bref rapport qualité prix parfait.

It’s the second time that we are staying in the apartment. Excellent choice, close to metro station. We are very satisfied with all the amenities provided, the cleanliness and the convenience of the apartment. We totally recommend it.

Zhana was an amazing host. Contacted us weeks before to arrange a ride to and from the airport. Also checked in on us to make sure we had rides places. The place was extremely clean. It was a great location! We were made to feel right at home right way and made sure we were always comfortable! The hot tub was fabulous and worked great! Couldn’t recommend this place more!
