Acheron : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Cozy place right in the heart of Lefkada town. I was worried that it's not quiet enough, but it was perfect. My wife used the little yard to smoke. It barely gets any traffic even though supposedly it's shared with the bookstore. We were lucky to meet Andreas and he gave us lots of useful information about restaurants, tours, beaches, etc. (that he had in the guest book anyway). We will definitely return.

Incredible stay at Venetian House. Nestled at the top of the hill above Lakka, with beautiful views over Paxos towards the sea. You definitely need a car and the road is quite steep, but it’s a small price to pay for the solitude the villa offers. Surrounded by olive groves, pine trees, etc. this is about as peaceful as it gets. Andreas was incredibly helpful during our stay, helping us book a car and meeting us at the port when we arrived. Overall, one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in — would highly recommended.

In primul rand vreau să spun că pozele reflectă întocmai realitatea. Locuință și curtea sunt exagerat de ordonate și curate. Dacă ești un iubitor al apusurilor de soare în mare și liniștea, vei fi entuziastmat. Plaja din fața casei este cu nisip, iar apa e ideala pentru copii, foarte calda, liniștită și mică (la 100 m de mal nu depășește nivelul capului). Casa alăturată este la o distanță destul de mica, prin urmare pentru a respecta liniștea la pranz și după ora 23 vei fi nevoit să limitezi zgomotul. Mereu in concedii ne-a făcut placere să fim vizitați de prieteni la un grătar sau la un pahar de vin. Acest lucru NU ESTE PERMIS AICI și poate crea o neplăcere. În general am avut o comunicare foarte bună cu gazda. Cuptorul cu microunde nu funcț bine și a fost schimbat imediat Recomand uleiul produs de Georgios. Am primit o musaca gătită de Rania foarte gustoasa. Plimbarea gratuita cu barca oferita de G a fost plăcută. si plina de informații interesante. Atitudinea foarte prietenoasa

Appartement très agréable avec vue campagne et mer, propre, bien équipé, belle terrasse. Natalie est très réservée et fait son maximum pour répondre aux demandes des locataires, avec gentillesse. Le rapport qualité prix est bon, et je recommanderais cette location, sous réserve de bien régler à l'avance la question du trajet du port à la maison. Il faut écarter l'idée de le faire à pied (surtout avec des valises). Et pourtant au mois de septembre, nous n'avions au port ni taxi, ni loueur disponible. Heureusement , Nathalie pouvait nous amener , et a même in extrémis trouvé un loueur disposant d'un petit véhicule.

Had a wonderful stay. Petros was easy to connect with. His parents live on site and is dad, who greeted us and saw us off, is as charming and pleasant as can be. Place is great, very clean, close to downtown. I would come back without hesitation. Bathroom can get a bit cold, especially with tile floor. We were ok, however you may wanna ask them to activate the towel warmer that’s in it. Small(ish) water heater can be just enough for two showers back to back, so always heat it up 10 minutes prior and it’s fine. You park on the street, so adjacent side streets , which have less traffic, felt safer to me. Small details, not really criticisms, more like tips for future renters. Thumbs up.

Marias house was A M A Z I N G! Everything was perfect, the view, the location, the decoration, we felt like home at all moments. Even with 2 little kids the house was perfect to accommodate us all. Maria was one of the best hostess ever as well. Communication was clear and direct, very kind and friendly, she helped us a lot with our trip. Maria thanks a lot again for everything, we really enjoyed our time there. Hopefully we'll meet again in the future. Take care.

Villa Sandy has a very good location with a fantastic view. Kids loved the pool after coming back from the beach. Margarita was very flexible and kind. The apartment had all the necessary equipments and was comfortable for a family. We would choose again Sandy Villa :)

A great place to spend your vacation with plenty of calmeness and astonishing sunsets from the balcony. 10 min car driving from both romantic destinations Perdika and Syvota. The beach Agia Paraskevi is 5 min driving and it's a perfect spot for families as well. Giwrgos is very helpful and responsive with all concerns you might have.

Η φιλοξενία μας ήταν υπέροχη! Δεν έχω λόγια για τις παροχές και την καθαριότητα! Είχε όλες τις παροχές και ακόμη παραπάνω! Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και φιλόξενη! Η επικοινωνία μας ήταν άψογη! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, εκπληκτικά καθαρό θα έλεγα! Μας παρείχαν τα πάντα, από καφέ μέχρι μαντηλακια ντεμακιγιαζ! Έχω μείνει σε πολλά καταλύματα Airbnb εντός Ελλάδας και εκτός και πρώτη φορά έμεινα θετικά έκπληκτη! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, θα το επισκεπτόμουν σίγουρα ξανά!

Το σπίτι ήταν στον 2ο όροφο όπου ανεβαίνεις με σκάλες δεν υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας, εμάς αυτό δεν μας ενόχλησε όμως! Το σπίτι ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες ακριβώς! Τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες μύριζαν καθαριότητα και το αγαπημένο μου είχε καλοριφέρ για να ζεσταθείς το βράδυ! Έχει επίσης πολύ ωραίο μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με τραπέζι να καθίσεις έξω. Το μόνο που με ενόχλησε είναι ότι δεν υπήρχε καινούργιο σφουγγάρι κουζίνας. Παρόλα αυτά αν επισκεφτώ ξανά τα Ιωάννινα θα επιλέξω το ίδιο σπίτι το οποίο είναι μόλις 9 λεπτά με το αμάξι από το κέντρο!! Το συνιστώ!

We were here for the second time. Once again, everything was perfect. I fell in love with the cats from there. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The place is truly beautiful and it was clean ! We can’t wait to return.

This place is really good. Location is amazing close to both beach and restaurants. The terrace is very nice and spacious. Dimitri's uncle greated me and helped me to find a parking space. He explained what was needed to be known about the area and the flat. Kitchen has the basic needs for cooking. They also have an umbrella if needed for the beach. Very good value.

We enjoyed Efstathias very cute AirBnB at Lefkada a lot and missed nothing. Café and supermarkt some meters away and you can park direkt infront. Only the Street in front of the house is a bit noise in the morning. We can definitely recommend that flat and will come back! Thank you very much!

Everything was as described, and the photos reflect reality. Our apartment was very beautiful, well-equipped, and clean. All necessary items, such as a hairdryer, coffee maker, etc., were available. The city center was within walking distance, and many shops were also easily accessible on foot. Parking on the street was easy. We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to everyone.

Nos ha sorprendido el pueblo de Vonitsa. Excelente sitio para recorrer hacia el norte y el sur. El pueblo está muy bien para pasar días tranquilos entre gente local.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Ο χώρος και η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι ιδανικά. Η οικοδέσποινα είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμη για ότι χρειαστούμε. Πολύ φιλικό και ζεστό κλίμα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ev Mükemmel derecede temiz, bakımlı ve zevkli bir şekilde döşenmiş.. Yataklar çok rahattı ve daire sessiz bir mahallede bulunuyor. Huzur doluydu, bu yüzden gerçekten iyi uyuduk. Meyve ağaçlarıyla birlikte doğayla iç içeydik. Mükemmel bir deniz manzarası , limanda gemiler ve orman manzarası vardı. Son derece büyüleyiciydi. Ve akşamüstü muhteşem günbatımını seyrettik. Fiyat performans uyumu çok iyi. Ayrıca ev sahibi çok güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve misafirperverdi, bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi! Very nice place, clean and warm. Mr Vangelis was so polite and flexible. Really beautiful and warm welcome. Wi fi was perfect. It was such a good accommodation that we are looking forward for our next visit.

Ο χώρος είναι πολύ μικρός. Παρόλα αυτά για να δεις τα Γιάννενα αποτελεί μία καλή λύση αν σκοπεύεις να μείνεις για λίγες μέρες. Το δωμάτιο είναι εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειαστείς και η επικοινωνία με την Έλπη είναι πολύ καλή.
