This Airbnb has been absolutely perfect for my family holiday. Velipojë is a beautiful location with a great boulevard, lots of restaurants, and lovely beaches. The Airbnb was exactly as described with lots of useful utilities (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, WiFi, brilliant AC , etc.), making it homely for the whole family. The private parking and grounds are great. Nikolin is a great host, very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend this Airbnb for any vacation - as a couple, an individual, or as a family. We have had an amazing time! Thank you!

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

We had a lovely time, Fredricko and his wife (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch the name) we’re very very friendly! We had some trouble with the road because the municipality started working on it and it was blocked, so Fredricko came to pick us up from where we could get to with the car. While staying there the restaurants were closed due to bad weather so the hosts gave us ingredients (home grown) at let us cook in their kitchen, witch is bigger than the one in the room. In general we got so much from our hosts, fruits, raki, wine, soup and explanations about Albania. One thing you need to make sure is that you really love animals, because there many of them in the yard and around the village. The geese can be a bit scary and nasty, but they were harmless. Thanks for everything.

We have had their most relaxing and peaceful five day stay. The house is beautiful with stunning views. We will hopefully visit again. Thankyou

Staying at Bay Zoran and Mrs. Tatjana’s home was an amazing and unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality. They are such **genuine and kind people**, and meeting them was truly a highlight of our trip. We even had the chance to chat upon arrival, and we wished we’d had more time to get to know them better. Their kindness reflects the **warm hospitality of Montenegrin and Balkan culture**, which we deeply felt throughout our stay. Despite a small 15-minute delay during check-in, they more than made up for it by allowing us to check out whenever we wanted—a gesture we truly appreciated. Mrs. Tatjana’s grace and elegance are reflected in her spotless, well-organized home—the **cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in**. We loved the feather-down duvets and the delicious homemade cake she left for us, as well as the hazelnuts from Mr. Zoran. The house and its surroundings were so beatiful. Thank you for everything.

pobyt u Macy i Marko będziemy pamiętać na zawsze. byliśmy tam miesiąc mieliśmy do dyspozycji cały dom z 2 tarasami w tym jeden na dachu z widokiem na morze. Maca opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt, obdarowała mojego wnuka zabawkami i często bawiła się z nim. Przez cały okres mieliśmy dużo gości co wiązało się z częstą zmianą pościeli i ręczników, z czym nie było żadnego problemu. Pyszne figi z jej drzewa były do naszej dyspozycji, a winogrona, smaczny z nich sok czy arbuzy, to tylko niektóre podarunki, którymi nas rozpieszczała. Nawet ładowarkę, którą zostawiliśmy odesłała nam do Polski. Jej życzliwość będziemy pamiętać na zawsze. Pobyt przerósł nasze oczekiwania.

The perfect place to relax. We spent three wonderful days in this beautiful house, where everything is done with love and care for the guests. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, there is the possibility of barbecue on the terrace. And what luxurious windows with a tree and birds behind it, and you can watch them without getting out of bed. There is an Idea store within walking distance, this is also a big plus. We were at the end of March and it was very quiet and private, the terrace has very comfortable furniture and you can endlessly admire the hills, the sea and the sunset! It was fantastic!

Der Aufenthalt im Gladiola war wirklich perfekt! Der Strand war in der Nähe, es gab Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und die Wohnung war toll! Ich möchte 10 Sterne für die Kommunikation geben, da die Gastfamilie zu jeder Zeit sehr entgegenkommend und immer hilfsbereit war! Meine Familie und ich werden definitiv wiederkommen und können Airbnb sehr empfehlen!

L’alloggio di Marko e Daniela è meraviglioso. La vista dalla terrazza è impagabile. Interni ordinati e pulitissimi. Si può raggiungere il lungo mare a piedi e anche la città vecchia. Abbiamo intenzione di ritornarci a breve. 🥰

Moj boravak je bio vrlo kratak ali čak i za to kratko vreme pokazalo se koliko je Ljiljana odličan domaćin, stan je vrlo čist i zaista onakav kakav je na fotografijama, plus pogled sa terase vredi svaki euro! Za svaku pohvalu i preporuku!

nous avons passer une excellente semaine avec une vue très agréable dans une chambre impeccable avec piscine qui est dans le complexe au pied de l'appartement, je recommande vivement, l'hôte est super sympa et très communicatif ci jamais vous avez besoin d'aide il réponde présent et vous guide en cas de besoin. S ubytovaním sme boli nadmieru spokojní, všetko bolo čisté, zodpovedalo fotkám. Ocenili sme najmä druhú novú kúpeľňu, ktorá bola krásna a v prípade viacerých ľudí naozaj užitočná😁 Hostiteľ spolu s rodinou boli veľmi priateľskí a ochotní riešiť hocičo sme potrebovali. Odporúčame všetkými 10😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at the beach. Visiting during the transition of the tourist season to the beginning of the off-season gave us access to the beauty of the beach and surrounding area without the large crowds. We found a nice coffee shop where we could watch the sea each morning and a couple of mom-and-pop restaurants we enjoyed visiting several times each week. Our host, Gjergj, was accommodating and available whenever we had questions. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made some great suggestions to make our time here even nicer (restaurants, places to visit, etc.). We would stay here again if our travels bring us back this way.

İnanılmaz güzel ve temiz bir aile apartmanı. O kadar çok düşünülmüş detaylar var ki dairenin içinde birçok otel de bulamazsınız . Hele ki buralarda böylesi şansınız varsa bulunur ancak. Düşünsenize çok uzun yoldan gelmişsiniz daire den içeri giriyorsunuz ve Jakup sizin için klima'yı erkenden çalıştırmış rahat etmeniz için , üstelik hava da aşırı sıcak degilken. Park sorunu zaten yok. 2 oda var , ikisinde de klima var , 2 balkon var , 2 banyo var. Sineklik var. Herşey fazlası ile var . Jakup ve eşi pırlanta gibi insanlar. Eğer herşeyde kusur arayıp bulan huysuz biri iseniz lütfen buraya gidip o güzel insanların kalbini kırmayın. Gidin başka yerler bakın lütfen. Ben seyatim boyunca kalacağım yerlerin bütün yorumlarını en ince ayrıntısına kadar okudum hep. Önce ev sahibi , sonra temizlik vs ve sonra da fiyata baktım. Zaten baktığınız yerler arasinda uçurum fiyat farkı olmuyor. Ben şu ana kadar kaldığım 3 evde de doğru yerdeyim dedim. Tam isabet. Herşey için çok teşekkürler Jakup .

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

We enjoyed staying at Yasmin’s and Almir’s apartments. They are the nicest hosts I’ve ever stayed in: very kind, polite and helpful Location is good enough too, not far from city centre and from the Long beach Wish Yasmin and her family all the best and totally recommend her place!

Alex and Petar by far have been the kindest, most accommodating and gentle hosts I have ever met. Their house was exactly how a holiday home should be. I really would love to just take a month off and stay in that house and maybe work remotely. The theme, the decor, the cleanliness, everything was top notch. Highly highly recommend

Wir waren direkt Hin&Weg von der Unterkunft. Sie ist super schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und wenn etwas gefehlt hat, haben Cherie und Ian sich direkt darum gekümmert, damit es uns an nichts fehlt. Das Bett ist unglaublich bequem und man genießt von dort aus einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben die Kuscheleinheiten der vierbeinigen Bewohner sehr genossen.🐶🐱 Cherie und Ian sind sehr wundervolle, aufgeschlossene und unfassbar hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir sind dankbar, dass wir unseren Urlaub in ihrem Paradies verbringen durften. Wir werden wieder kommen! 😊

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

Fantastyczne miejsce!! Komfortowo, wręcz luksusowo, chyba nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Nie mamy żadnych negatywnych uwag. Byliśmy poza sezonem - mieliśmy wrażenie dużego spokoju i idealnej ciszy. Przyjemny, nowy (jeszcze nawet niedokończony) apartamentowiec, w spacerowej odległości od Centrum Ulcinja. Bardzo czysto i świeżo w mieszkaniu. Nowe, wysokiej jakości sprzęty, świetne wyposażenie. Nawet klimatyzatory działają cicho. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Wygodne łóżko, przyjemna pościel. Podróżowaliśmy z 3-letnią córeczką, która była również zachwycona (rozkładany fotel do spania przy dużym łóżku, 2 niskie stoliki, krzesełko, plastikowe kubeczki). Możliwość skorzystania z miejsca w zamykanym garażu. Telewizor ze wszelkimi netflixami ;-). Od początku do końca świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, który dawał jasne instrukcje i przydatne podpowiedzi. Z przyjemnością przyjechalibyśmy ponownie, polecamy każdemu!!
