I had a great stay overall with a friend exploring Boise. It was well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and as pictured. Very centrally located, and I felt really safe. Walkable to stores/bars/restaurants. My biggest issue was the check-in and check-out process, which added at least 45 minutes to your process on each of check-in and check-out. If you are driving and needing parking, it is indeed available, but the parking pass/garage opener is up in the apartment, so you end up having to park in a temporary spot, locate a bike with a lockbox, go up to the apartment to grab the pass/opener, move your car to the designated spot, and then you can finally settle into the apartment. My partner and I stayed in this studio for a long weekend during TreeFort. It was the perfect home base to walk downtown to all of the events, and then come back and get a cozy night sleep. We both work remotely and appreciated the 280mbps wifi we had in the room, the Sky Lounge, and the co-working space. The gym was a great amenity to have too.

Mark and Marianne were wonderful hosts. The unit we stayed in was clean and decor was on point. Mark was super on it when it came to communication. The check-in does have a lot of steps but Mark was very clear and concise and if you can follow directions, you’ll nail it haha! Our room was a perfect mini getaway and had a ton of great amenities. We only wished we were staying an extra night so we could’ve taken advantage of it! Thank you for having a cool place available. We hope to stay again soon!

The check in instructions seemed confusing but if you just follow exactly what is given to you it if fairly easy.

My time at the property was thoroughly enjoyable and appreciated. The property is ideally located with a serene atmosphere near the green belt. Just as described, simple space with good amenities. The host was welcoming, courteous and promptly addressed any inquiries we had during our visit.

This apartment was perfect - walkable to downtown restaurants, convenient groceries on two sides of the building, and a lovely park on another side. The building includes very convenient amenities as well - we loved having the coworking space and rooftop deck available. The unit itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Mark was very helpful throughout the stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is a picturesque, comfortable farmhouse in a convenient location between Kuna and Meridian- definitely one of the best airbnb's we have stayed in. Looks just like the photos- even better actually, there is a sweet little sitting room out front with loads of games, large kitchen, nice laundry room. The beds were comfy and the quality of everything was great, modern, clean- you can tell the owners really care for this property and aim to please their guests! Lots of coffee and drink choices, snacks, extra bedding, pillows, bathroom supplies. We stayed here to attend a graduation at Northwest Linemen College, which is just a few minutes away, so it was a perfect fit for our party of two adults and a teenager.

Hands down amazing! It was so quiet. The house beautiful and spotless. Couldnt have asked for anything better. We were there for moms weekend with our BSU students. Made it perfect!

We loved staying here! Our family had several meals, beds were comfy and enjoyed the very clean home and excellent location.

This Airbnb was perfect for our stay at Treefort. It was close enough to downtown, where everything was accessible and wasn't a hastle to get to, but also slightly removed for some peace and quiet after a long day. It had all the amenities you would need to make the stay easy and Jeremiah was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole trip! Would definitely recommend this place for any visit to Boise, you may have!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. All the amenities you can ask for, my favorite was the cast iron! Comfortable beds, plenty of garage space and street parking. Heater worked fantastic. Close to Bogus mountain for snowboarding, highly recommend this place.

Sam’s house was immaculate. There were so many little touches that made us feel right at home. We appreciated the spice rack and the well stocked kitchen gadgets so we could cook as if we were at home. Sam was very friendly and responsive. Had a great time in Boise. We will definitely be back again My only concern were the bright lights in the master from the store behind the house, but an eye mask easily fixed the issue!

Kathy’s home in Boise was exactly what we were looking for. Location was great, a few minute drive from everywhere in Boise, Meridian and Nampa, close to parks and places of interest. House was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Property is managed by Travis who was always attentive and replied to our messages within minutes. Highly recommended.

Great place. Cute Idaho decor. Kids loved the throw back arcade. Very comfortable.

Stayed here while visiting my daughter at Boise State. Super convenient location - about 10 minutes from campus. Was great to have such a cozy home to relax in and we had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. All instructions were super easy and I will definitely be staying here again.

Great place right in downtown that makes it very easy to walk everywhere you want in Boise
