What a great location and space! It is super close to lots of restaurants but the condo itself felt private and spacious. It’s a large complex but we didn’t feel crowded by neighbors or noise. The patio space was absolutely giant but screened in so you weren’t bombarded by bugs. Our favorite was the giant outdoor pool and indoor hot tub. We spent a whole day just lounging by the pool and it was so relaxing. The condo itself fit all six of us perfectly. Lots of room to spread out and we used the table to play games and have dinner. The host was so kind to let us check in a little early and we so appreciated that. The jet tub in the king bed room was so luxurious and so nice after a long day in the sun. We can’t wait to return!

This place was so perfect for a young family. From the space to the layout to the first floor deck, we didn’t have a single concern for our young children or their safety. The condo was super clean, and the amenities provided within were top notch (even included games for all of our children to play!). Thank you Justin! We will most definitely be back!

This was a great place to stay! Very clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. Cole was very friendly and helpful, and had very quick response times. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Comfortable beds and hot showers! Stairs required fyi but they’re not bad. We didn’t realize that the 3rd bedroom is oddly placed, but we made it work just fine (to get to the 3rd bedroom you have to either go through another bedroom or go outside onto the deck and then in through a sliding glass door to the bedroom). It wasn’t an issue for us, but could be for some. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. It was very quiet (in March). Actually almost too quiet because the restaurants and bar were all closed, so we didn’t get to use any of the resort amenities as we had hoped. But it was wonderful to have a peaceful place!

Susan was so helpful to work with and her place was top notch!! We felt right at home, the condo was so clean and peaceful, just like the pictures show. The pool is right next to her condo and the view from the deck is spectacular! Beds are comfy and bath was spotless. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. There were 4 of us and we could have had another couple and been comfortable. We will be back and we will recommend Susan's condo to our friends. The area is also filled with tons of fun things to do. We came for bike fest and the area surrounding the lakes is magnificent for riding!! Highly recommend the Rusty Rooster for breakfast but you need to make a reservation in advance.

Super comfy beds, very nice & clean space and we had an amazing time at the condo. The balcony and view is beautiful and very nice pool as well. Very close to a lot to do and appreciated the hosts recommendations.

Beautiful home, spacious, convenient! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The group couldn't wait to get back to the house to hang out and relax! Highly recommend!

Janet is a great host. She was very communicative and prompt. The location of Janet's house is fantastic as well. Its 5-7 minutes from everything. On the lake...with a dock! Really couldn't as for more. It was just some boys enjoying the lake and with floaties, dock, pool table, good wifi, we have everything we needed to enjoy the weekend.

We were in town visiting friends, the location was right on the water with great views, it was only minutes to the strip in downtown Osage Beach.

The views of the lake are incredible from the huge windows in the house. We visited in the winter, and the house is perfect for a serene getaway. The house was immaculately clean and comfortable.

Jolene (the owner) was fantastic in terms of communicating and trying to anticipate our needs. She provided a welcoming charcuterie platter and spirits which were greatly appreciated and enjoyed. The beauty of the house as shown in the listing speaks for itself. One thing that would improve upon this wonderful house would be the addition of blinds in bedroom windows facing the street and those in the kitchen facing the guest house. I understand that many people are not concerned with this but we are fairly security and privacy minded. The dock is not located directly behind the house but adjacent by a few lots. Jolene did anticipate our needs and sent a Google map pin when we were on our way with our waverunners and she also provided a golf cart to get us between the house and dock for a very small fee. Very nice experience overall!

The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. This home had so many extras that normal rentals do not provide. We had one issue which was resolved within the hour from the maintenance man, excellent services. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Great for the stay and play golf at Osage national. We took a guys trip here with 8 of us and it was perfect. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Everything we needed for our stay was there. It was very quiet and peaceful this time of year. It was our first time to the area and look forward to returning in the warmer months. Nancy responded quickly to messages and helped resolve any issues we had. We hope to stay again in the future.
