We really enjoyed our stay at this newer house in a fantastic location. The home is clean, spacious, and well-stocked with great amenities. With six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a private dock with two paddleboards, and a great game room, there was something for everyone to enjoy. We especially loved using the paddleboards during our stay! The driveway is very steep, so something to keep in mind if you’re bringing multiple vehicles. One of the downstairs bedrooms had a damp smell, so we didn’t use it. Other than that, the house was amazing, and the host was awesome!

This is our second time staying here and love it. My family can’t wait to go back.

Clean condo that is nicely updated. Traci checked in to make sure everything was good and responded very quickly with any questions. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

My husband and I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and this is by far our favorite place- we didn't want to leave!! I can be extremely picky, our kids laugh because I will sometime bring my own bedding and at this one- it all stayed in the car!! The cleanliness was spectacular! The house was well equipped that we ended up getting groceries so we didn't have to leave much! The master bedroom (all that we used since it was just the two of us) was spacious and mattress was better than the one we have at home! The views were breathtaking and we enjoyed the use of the hot tub as much as we could! The owner was excellent- so nice, accommodating, super fast on responding to questions and overall very welcoming. I would give this Airbnb 10 starts if I could! We had an AMAZING , relaxing weekend!

We had a great stay at this place overall. There was a problem with a wasp’s nest but the host promptly came over and was proactive about clearing it out. They were very friendly and responsive. The dock was fun and the amenities were great. Would stay here again.

Great spot for our small family, up the hill from the lake with a good view. Could see the stars at night. Only thing (this is common with Airbnb) is why do I pay a cleaning fee if I also have to strip the beds and wash the dishes? I just feel like that should be covered in the cleaning fee. Anyway, I recommend the place. Hot Tub was excellent and definitely would return to this house.

We just returned from a fantastic spring break at Kathleen's residence in Margaritaville! The space was perfect for our family of five and our beagle! The residence itself is beautifully appointed, offering plenty of space for our family. The open layout provided a perfect setting for family bonding, while the cozy bedrooms ensured everyone had a restful night’s sleep. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals a breeze. The location is ideal, offering beautiful views of the Lake of the Ozarks. We enjoyed lounging in the private hot tub and exploring nearby attractions. Kathleen was an outstanding host, always available to help and provide local tips. Overall, we had an amazing time and created unforgettable memories. We highly recommend Kathleen's residence and can't wait to return!

We stayed over spring break, the views from the large windows of the lake were amazing. Our family of four enjoyed the space, the hot tub, kayaking and fishing. Being on the end of the drive made it peaceful, since there was no traffic driving by on the road, just boats on the lake. It was a real comfortable space and we really enjoyed our stay, the snacks they welcomed us with were great to.

Lovely place to spend a quiet weekend away. Very cozy and we were able to use the fire place which made the whole trip that much more memorable. We were pleased to find clean linens and comfortable mattresses. Clean bathroom facilities and good hot water. Very pleased and would definitely stay again

The cabin was so cozy and peaceful. This was our first getaway from home together as a couple and we had an amazing time. We are already talking about coming back soon!

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and loved it. We wanted to have a quiet place to relax and unplug. This was the perfect place to do that. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. We used the hot tub and the grill, both were easy to use and worked great. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The area is beautiful which makes the drive very pretty. Climax Springs isn’t too far away where there is a gas station and Dollar General if you need to reload on snacks. The host greeted us when we arrived and showed us everything. They are very nice and respond to messages quickly. We plan on staying there again!

We had a great weekend. The house was spacious for each family. Beautiful mornings having coffee on the deck.

Place was a little confusing to navigate once you first come in but once you get to the office you realize that’s where you need to go and the whole area is a campground and a group of b&b’s all owned by the office. They all look the same so it’s easy to tell you’re In the right spot. Office lady was very nice and friendly I walked In took about 1 minute to get checked in and get my key. Then we walked about 100 feet to the house and got inside and it was exactly like the pictures very beautiful interior exterior was pretty decent as well but the living room kitchen are is one big open floor plan and then two rooms upstairs with a full shower bathroom and one room downstairs with a half bathroom the place was about 150 feet from the marina and beach area and the view of the lake was absolutely amazing very peaceful and the office also has a bar and grill attached that served great food and drinks with a communal pool right outside of it and a lot of things to do and see near the area

Wonderful stay, it was beautiful with the snow and the lake. We loved the hospitality and home vibe of the place. Absolutely great and we will be returning.

Come back to this place second time for friend strip and golf. Stunning view with spacious patio for hanging out. Joe is friendly, helpful and responsive. Recommend to rent cottage 21 instead of 22 if you are only looking for renting one unit. Cottage 21 living room is much bigger.

It was just a amazing place to get away for the weekend . Everyone was so nice znd helpful. The food at the bar was amazing.
