The apartment is in the heart of Kardikoy. There is plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is cozy and clean. Yasemin was incredible throughout and was very responsive to all my inquiries. One of my favorite stays in Istanbul so far! I look forward to returning.

Deniz is a great host, very responsive to any query. The apartment is ideally located, with the ferry terminal walking distance, and centrally located in Kadikoy. Enjoyed our stay at Deniz apartment and would not hesitate to book again when we come back to amazing Istanbul.

Rezervasyon sürecinden itibaren oldukça yardımcı ve hızlı yanıtlarla karşıladı. Ev anlatıldığı gibi huzurlu ve temizdi. Aile evinde gibi hissettik. Ev sahibimiz çok kibar ve yardımsever, evi de bir o kadar konforlu. Girdiğinizden itibaren kendi eviniz gibi iyi hissediyorsunuz🙏

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber in einer sehr guten Lage. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Das Einzige Problem, das ich mit dieser Unterkunft hatte, war der Parkplatz. Aber trotzdem das ist sehr empfindlich.

Kaldığımız yer marmaraya yürüme mesafesindeydi. Onun dışında ana caddede olduğu için bir şekilde park edecek yer bulduk. Ev de güzel ve temizdi. En küçük sorunumuz ile hemen ilgilenildi. Teşekkür ederiz

Mekan anlatıldığı gibiydi. Personeller güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklıydı. Kaldığımız odada televizyon kumandasında problem vardı hızlıca sorunu hallettiler. Saç kurutma makinesi yoktu bunun sebebi de sürekli çalınmasıymış. Anlaşılabilir bir eksiklik bu bence. Onun dışında her şey iyiydi. Salon konforunu ve tasarımını sevdim. Sıcak bir ortam yaratıyor. Kesinlikle memnun kaldım.

Everything about this place was amazing starting with Deniz, she was so helpful and caring even offered me food when I came in late at night from my flight. The location is very good just a 7-8 min walk from a metro station and is perfect if you land in SAW Airport. The place is big and spacious and everything went great. Will definitely be back and suggest this place to everyone!

Ben normalde başka bir yere rezervasyon yapmıştım. Ancak ev sahibi benimle temasa geçmediği için rezervasyonumu iptal edip son dakikada Barış beyin evini rezerve ettim. Kendisi benimle hemen temasa geçerek bir çok tavsiyede ve öneride bulundu. Çok samimi ve içten davrandı. Evinde kendi evimdeymişim gibi konakladım. Harika bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kendisine de teşekkür ederim.

Konaklamamiz gayet guzeldi ,hersey planliydi ,bir sorun yasamadik .

Konaklamamız boyunca her şey harikaydı. Oda son derece temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Dekorasyonu sıcak ve samimi bir atmosfer oluşturuyordu. Kız arkadaşımla birlikte çok rahat ettik ve evimizde gibi hissettik. Konum olarak da oldukça merkeziydi, çevrede ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şeye kolayca ulaşabildik. Ev sahibi de oldukça ilgili ve iletişimi güçlüydü, herhangi bir sorumuz olduğunda hızlıca yanıt verdi. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer, herkese tavsiye ederiz!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staying at Servet’s place truly felt like being at home. The apartment is not only spotless and beautifully decorated but also incredibly cozy and inviting. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged, making it a perfect space to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and the working room is a great bonus—quiet, comfortable, and ideal for getting things done. The home is also perfect for any season—warm and cozy in winter, with an air conditioner to keep it cool in summer. Located in Moda, my favorite neighborhood in Kadıköy, it’s close to everything yet on a peaceful, quiet street. Servet is a wonderful host—kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help. He was very accommodating when I requested a late checkout, which I truly appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place in Istanbul!

One of the best and coziest Airbnb house I’ve lived in ever. The host Pelin is super nice and responsive! It’s also a very good neighborhood where you can easily walk to supermarkets, restaurants and public transport.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Konumda mağazalar, restoranlar yakın. Ulaşım kolay. Anadolu yakasında kalmak isteyen herkesin bir şans vermesini tavsiye ederim.

Schöne Altbauwohnung mitten in Galatasaray, eine sehr belebte Umgebung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Platz. Am Wochenende hat der Dudelsackspieler des Irish Pub großes Durchhaltevermögen bewiesen!
