Have stayed at this place 4 times now and find it a great place to stay in a fantastic location.

We had a fantastic stay in Crackenback at the cottage - the kitchen had everything we needed and lots of space for the whole family. The outlook over the fields was amazing with horses, kangaroos and deer to keep us all entertained. The location was great to explore the surrounding area and we especially enjoyed the Wild Brumby distillery just a few minutes away. The only downside was the proximity of the separate studio which meant we could hear everything from the family of 3 staying there with two very large dogs.

We had a lovely time staying at Peters place. The house is the perfect location to explore the local area and an easy walk into town. The house was clean, inviting and the spa was relaxing after a day exploring.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ali Oop! The location is absolutely amazing—just a short walk to Lake Jindabyne, which made our trip even more special. The place had everything we could have asked for and was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the kitchen and bathroom. We also got to try out the hot tub, and it was incredibly relaxing after a day out.

Well appointed, toasty warm and beautifully styled. Great to be able to bring our dog but surrounds not fenced so not quite as relaxing as it could have been. Delish dinner and granola, thanks Warren. Snow on our last day was magical. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Doug’s was very helpful and friendly. He had the personal touches in the unit that made you feel welcomed, like breakfast, milk, juice and condiments. It made the late arrival with little kids so much easier. Beds were comfy and the unit had everything we need for our family. Was a great unit to stay at.

Amazing place! Harry was quick to reply and check in was as easy as the add suggests. The location is super close to Lonsdale street and allows for easy access to beautiful breakfast places in the morning. The bed was super comfy with the addition of electric blankets and a oil heater that just added a extra touch to the crisp Canberra weather of a morning and evening. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cutlery and utensils you could ever need. Absolutely loved the place.

Dianne was a great host, very easy to chat with and accommodating with out needs. Will stay again if ever in the area.

Scott's place was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Very cozy, quiet and peaceful, with a stunning night sky. The location was very good as it was a 15 minute drive to Merimbula and ideal for trips to Eden and Pambula. Scott was very helpful - for example, when we didn't have hot water, he worked for hours to get it fixed for us and we appreciated it a lot. We also loved playing with Francis the dog!! Would highly recommend this place.

Todd is a wonderful host. The property is comfortable and homely and has everything you could need. The food and drink were a lovely surprise.

We really loved this cottage – it gave us a sense of being close to nature, just like camping, but with the comfort of a warm and cozy home. There was plenty of space and privacy, and we saw so many animals during our stay: deer, kangaroos, rabbits, and lots of birds. Our favourite part was the fireplace – it kept us warm and made the whole experience even more special. Thank you Gary, will definitely come back again.

This is my 3rd visit to Cockatoo House. We keep coming back as it has all that we need to look after the show dogs, and attend the Royal Show. Great bathroom, all kitchen amenities Off street parking for several cars. Plenty of space outdoor, undercover. Several living areas inside too.

A beautifully appointed home. It is clear that Melissa puts a lot of love into this home and she is an incredibly thoughtful host. You will want for nothing here. Everything has been carefully considered and made available, from additional bathroom supplies to food and drinks. After a 3 day drive, it was lovely to arrive to a beautiful home with milk, bread, eggs and bacon available. It was very much appreciated. We have mid sized senior dog. The front and back yards were perfect for her. Lots for her to explore but very secure. We felt very comfortable here and Penny loved it. It was like staying at a friend's well appointed home. Thank you Melissa for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful weekend at Wallaroo, celebrating an 80th birthday with family. What a special location and a warm and inviting house. Carolyn was extremely helpful. Annie's cottage is a wonderful period cottage with old world charm. It's centrally located and Annie was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Louie’s apartment was spotless. Everything you would need was available. It is well located in Kingston area not far from Manuka oval and a very easy walk to all Kingston has to offer. Louie was a responsive host and quickly responded to any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

The place is absolutely wonderful! Our family had an incredibly pleasant stay here. Dave and Diane are both so kind and welcoming. My wife loved the bed, saying it was so comfortable that she fell asleep almost instantly. The kids were thrilled to be here, especially with the kangaroos 🦘 and alpacas 🦙. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend this place to our friends!

The space is well-designed, functional, and equipped with quality cooking utensils, and practical linen, making it easy to settle in. The building offers excellent facilities—I made full use of the steam room, sauna, spa, and pool, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The gym is also available for those looking to stay active. The location is fantastic, with a short walk to a major shopping complex and only 4-5 minutes to the lake, making it great for both convenience and leisure. What sets this stay apart are the thoughtful extras. The supplied laundry facilities were a welcome convenience, and small appliances like the toaster and coffee maker added a homely touch that isn’t always found in Airbnbs. The Retreat occupies part of a building which includes a few other accommodations, although it has its own access and garage, so feels relatively private. Good quality accommodation in a nice location.
