The stay was very nice overall!Was a little worried about the neighborhood when we arrived!But it was nothing like I imagined!Matthew was a great host very very beautiful place everything in the apartment was NEWLY renovated!His place is very beautiful and clean would book him again with no problem!

We enjoyed our stay at this Kasa. Check-in was easy and the location could not be beat. Walkable to some of the best areas of Denver and close to the train station to get you to the airport. We don’t have anything negative to say aside from it was probably a little overpriced given how “standard” it was.

Had a great stay! The place was so clean, huge, and had everything I needed. Having a parking spot on the driveway was great and the private outdoor patio was beautiful. Communication was top notch. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at this Kasa property. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and the property is in a safe and quiet part of the city. It’s no more than a 5-10 minute walk from coffee, CVS, restaurants etc. We’ll be back again next time we come back to Denver!

My extended family and I were in town for an avalanche game at the Ball arena, was about a 17 minute walk from the apartment. Location is downtown, if you are staying on a weekend, just be aware that there is for sure some noise from the local clubs about a block away. They tend to play loud music until about 2:30 a.m. Place was as advertised, the host was very responsive and offered quick resolution to just a couple of small issues we had during our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for access to a sporting event, we had an absolute blast! Additionally, the building has a fantastic heated pool and massive hot tub. Perfect for a soak when it's 22° outside!

Stayed for a week. Great amenities. Will book again on my next Denver trip.

Great place to stay in Denver. The host, Brett, was very responsive. He provided clear instructions and answered any questions we had right away. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. It is within walking distance of several great restaurants. There are lime scooters available in the area for getting around to the park/zoo/restaurants. Overall great place to stay with a great host.

The house is beautiful and also very functional. We stayed over Thanksgiving with our large family. The kitchen and great room were perfect for entertaining all of us plus everyone had their own rooms/spaces to retreat to. This house had everything we needed and is just as described. Scott was very responsive (we only had minor questions) Very convenient to downtown Denver, the airport and Boulder. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing backyard and the character is the house is so cute! Host was amazing to work with and very very accommodating.

Great house. In a convenient location if you are planning to visit the zoo or the Science and Nature museum. Very clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What wonderful hosts! Liz was always accommodating and responsive to our many hot tub requests and beyond. The place was so cozy, the hot tub was luxurious, and we found different spots to walk to breakfast every day. Thanks for a lovely stay

Amazing stay! Came in for a girls weekend in Denver and had a blast. Could not have asked for a better airbnb. Lots of towels and blankets, which always seem to be lacking from other airbnbs. Great area that is very walkable and felt very safe. Loved it!

Ideal spot in Downtown Denver! Just a quick and easy walk to Larimer Square, the 16th Street Mall, and Union Station. If you're flying into DIA, the train takes you straight to Union Station for just $10, and it's only a 3-4 block walk to the condo – super convenient! The condo itself was absolutely charming and had everything we needed for a perfect home away from home. Downtown Denver is fantastic! Our favorite neighborhood to walk to was LoDo, with its abundance of amazing restaurants. We’d love to return and stay at this wonderful location again!

This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had! Zach was very friendly and communicative. Also, the place feels very homey without feeling like I’m in someone else’s home. Quality kitchen for cooking at home!
