Absolutely loved my stay at Katie’s place! It’s even better than the photos and filled with small touches (a speaker, record player, extra toothbrushes, sparkling water, etc) that make it feel just like home. There are great coffee shops and restaurants within a ~ 10 min walk and plenty of e-scooters in the neighborhood for longer trips. The bed was comfy, plenty of kitchen supplies for those who prefer to cook and Katie was a kind and responsive host. Looking forward to staying here on my next trip to Denver!

Pete and Kate's guesthouse is nice. I stayed 5+ days at their guesthouse. The guesthouse is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The Wifi connection is Strong. Pete and Kate responded quickly to my questions, and they were helpful! I enjoyed my stay!

The little carriage house was quaint, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything worked, and the one maintenance issue that popped up JB fixed in a few hours. We stayed here for the location, just a block from our daughter’s new house that wasn’t ready for guests yet, but the neighborhood is very attractive and there are several good restaurants, coffee shops, etc. within easy walking distance. JB is a great host. Didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub, alas.

Interesting neighbourhoods, an easy walk downtown, an eclectic range of coffee shops and restaurants along the way - Moon's B&B provided a terrific alternative to a conference hotel. After a long transatlantic flight, I appreciated how easy it was to find - love the blue star on the gate! - and throw down my bags before going for a bit of a wander. Bumped into Moon only once, but every communication was warm and welcoming. My understanding of Denver is better for having made Moon's my home for 4 nights. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Beth’s! Friendly and responsive host with a clean and cozy space. Perfect spot to stay while exploring the Denver area. The provided amenities and extra perks like coffee and sunscreen are a thoughtful touch.

Great neighborhood. Lots of restaurants close by. Very walkable. The dedicated parking spot is a bonus.

Very comfortable - well furnished and flexible for work from home. Kitchen well equipped. Nice outdoor sitting space.

Nice layout. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Great to have laundry inside. Neutral decor. Responsive host. Plenty of storage space in closet and dresser.

Pristine condition. Well equipped including everything you might need in the kitchen, dishwasher, plus washer and dryer for your laundry. Dedicated parking spot in the alley next to the garage. This is a brand new unit built above the garage in 2024. Very private and quiet. There is an office desk set up in a large closet if you need a work space separate from living space. Location is across the street from Sloan's Lake park and walking paths.

Mike was an amazing host! Super responsive and helpful! The place was nice and quiet for sleeping. It was super clean and the perfectly located place to go to Estes park, red rocks amphitheater, and garden of the gods all roughly an hour from the place. Great time and great stay!

Our stay with Carrie was great. The house was clean and organized. Everything we needed was available to us. Carrie was responsive during our stay which was helpful because the upstairs got warm with no AC. Although the AC could not be turned on she provided some helpful suggestions to cool down the home. We would recommend this stay to others!

This little cottage was perfect for our short stay in Denver. Angie was wonderful and went above and beyond when our flight was delayed. Highly recommended.

Bonny’s spot is perfect for a quick weekend trip!! We were out and about most of the time exploring the surrounding areas but it was a perfect spot to come back to in the evening to visit and cozy up at night. Bonny was super friendly and helpful and the place was modern and clean! Thanks again!!!

We loved our stay! Even though we were in somebody’s back yard, we had lots of privacy. The Neighborhood is safe, with a small police station right behind it. It was quiet and peaceful, and the people we encountered out and about were very friendly. We were a short drive from downtown activities, an easy drive from the airport and centrally located for longer day trips to the mountains. The host was very responsive and clear with instructions. The tv had streaming services. The full kitchen was well stocked and easy for me to prepare meals for my family. The mud room was nice too. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

Another Great stay at Mike's guesthouse! The guesthouse is clean, comfortable, and well stocked (spices, linens, blankets, etc.). Mike's guesthouse offers a Great location, strong Wifi connection, and quiet workspace if needed. I enjoyed my stay!

A very comfortable and quiet location in a walkable neighborhood close to City Park

I really enjoyed my stay at Peter's little guesthouse in Denver. The house was very clean and super cozy. I was also surprised how many amenities in the bathroom and kitchen were free to use such as different kinds of shampoos in the bathroom, a hairdryer, etc.. They also provide a waterfilter so as a guest you don't need to worry about buying water from a grocery store which is very nice! Sometimes, the WIFI is a little slow, but this is complaining on a very high level and did not bother me really. Overall, it was the perfect accommodation for my stay in Denver!

Great deal + excellent location + super clean = a great place to stay. We so enjoyed staying here. It's north of the city so perfect location to visit Estes. The wedding venue The Brittney is just minutes away. Visiting the city is easy as well as it's just 15 minutes away. Many grocerie stores nearby with a well stocked kitchen you can definitely cook meals here.

Joshua responded to any questions quickly and completely. His pace was as described. Bed, linens, pillows and blankets were heavenly. Only caution is the outdoor stairs leading up to the place. They are steep. Walk with care.

Great location and privacy. A little tight for 3 adults and the master bed was a bit hard
