Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Just a few doors down from the gorgeous City Park and two blocks from Colfax with a number of nice cafes and restaurants. Billy was super accommodating for early check-in and responsive to my questions.

Loved that the hot tub was ready to go and clean!

Really enjoyed our stay

Isaac was a great host! He was very responsive, answered questions quickly and gave information easily. The house had exactly everything we needed and with 8 people it was a perfect fit. The location was good for us as it was close to the family we were visiting in Westminster. The outside was nothing special and it is a duplex, but it was quiet and had ample parking. The lock was great and easy to use, we felt safe. This home was well appointed and had many extras including a crib, baby bedding and baby gate. We really needed the two King beds and two queens. got it to work for us and it worked out perfectly! We highly recommend this home and Isaac as a host!!

Brittney’s home was absolutely perfect. Cute and quiet neighborhood in a perfect location that was close to great bars and restaurants in downtown Denver. The theme of the house was so cute, and the couch in the basement is the comfiest couch ever. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay with friends or family when visiting Denver.

Very responsive and helpful. Thank you for the beautiful and warm place away from home. We really enjoyed the style and decor. The board and card games for the kids were great. Enjoyed the hot tub a lot.

Julie's place was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had lots of space to spread out. It was walking distance from many restaurants and breweries. Julie herself was very responsive and helpful. we will definitely stay here next time we're in Denver!

Wow! I have never been in such a thoughtful Airbnb. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Every single thing you could possibly need they had and more. They even have their own coffee they make! (spoiler: it’s delicious and I will be ordering more from them!) The off-street parking, little outdoor area, and full kitchen were all wonderful perks as well. We had a little hiccup in our plans and needed to extend and Jessica made that so seamless for us. She’s so responsive and proactively communicated to make sure we were all good. We will be sending all our favorite people here :) thank you Jessica!

Great stay! Loved using the hot tub with my friends. Derrick was very communicative and helpful. We rented a car but could have walked to Lohi in addition to a few restaurants and coffee shops around the house.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment itself is comfortable, decor was really cool and interesting, comfy bed, convenient location. This place had everything I was looking for. Hanna is friendly and helpful. I got to meet her doggo in the hallway, what a sweetie! I would highly recommend this Airbnb, and would stay here again without hesitation.

I really love this apartment - there’s so much space! By far the biggest apartment I’ve rented in Airbnb. It’s right next to a football stadium and a theme park. Also, a lot of great restaurants nearby. The parking is a little tight in the garage, but it’s not as bad as the ones I’ve booked before on Airbnb (i.e, having to park 13 floors up a garage in Miami). Other than that, I highly recommend to book! It’s a great time to visit the Rocky Mountains.

We enjoyed our stay but especially loved the live plants and sound machines for sleeping. It was literally across the street from the best taco spot and chill wine and food spot ever! We walked to 16th street mall and all over the downtown area. We would definitely recommend this spot!

Perfect location for us to stay in downtown Denver: walked to restaurants, University of Denver, & REI. Drove to hike mountains near Golden (45 minutes) & drove to eat at restaurants in Capitol Hill area (20 minutes)

The property was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is very easy and fast to check in and out. Gina was great to work with. Three of us stayed there for a professional conference. Gina set us up with a caterer, so we could host clients for the Super Bowl. The experience exceeded our expectations.

The perfect two day stay! Not far drive or walk from fun areas of Denver like RiNo. Place was cozy and clean and the hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever needed! Definitely recommend!

A large group of us stayed here for a 50th birthday party. Common area is very large which meant we could all hang out together. Very large kitchen. Plenty of dishware and expected appliances. We found the pool table area to be a bit of wasted space for how large it was but other groups might enjoy that amenity. Rooms were as described. Most rooms had great skylights which helped for rooms without windows. Janelle was responsive and very accommodating with bags. Check in/out was very easy. The block does seem to attract homeless folks so our female guests felt more comfortable leaving/arriving in groups. We went to a Rockies game and you can’t beat the location for that.
