I had a wonderful stay at this homelike and cozy tiny house! It’s thoughtfully designed, super clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The house is tucked away in a peaceful residential area, conveniently located not far from Spice shopping mall, so everything you need is within easy reach. The host was kind and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great location, loads of rooms and bathrooms. Lovely area with good bars/cafes nearby. Leva was very easy to communicate with and we would stay again

Jauka un mājīga atmosfēra, arī īpašniece ļoti atsaucīga un pretimnākoša. Brīvdienas izdevušās labāk, kā plānots. Noteikti brauksim vel!☺️

Very convenient location ; plenty of space for us to relax in Secure parking

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und klein. Man läuft ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand. Es ist ein wundervoller, sehr sauberer Strand mit dem feinsten Sand, den ich je gesehen habe. Man läuft in 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, von dort fährt zwei mal pro Stunde ein Zug nach Riga (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit). Auf diese Weise kann man wunderbar die Vorteile einer Städtetour mit einem Strandurlaub verbinden. Und Riga ist eine der schönsten Städte, die ich je gesehen habe. Inese war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns perfekt unterstützt. Danke!

Great space for a lovely time

Mēs pavadījām brīnišķīgu laiku šajā viesu mājā! Gan pati māja, gan apkārtne mūs patīkami pārsteidza – ļoti mājīga, tīra un ērta vide, kur baudīt mieru un atpūtu. Apkārtnē ir daudz skaistu vietu pastaigām un dabas baudīšanai, kas padarīja mūsu uzturēšanos vēl īpašāku. Īpašs paldies viesu mājas saimniekiem par sirsnīgo uzņemšanu un lielisko komunikāciju – viss tika nodrošināts, lai mēs justos ērti un gaidīti. Mēs noteikti atgriezīsimies un iesakām šo vietu arī citiem, kas vēlas patīkamu un relaksējošu atpūtu!

der Aufenthalt war prima. Die Hütte ist super um für kurze oder lange Zeit komplett abzuschalten & dem stressigen Alltag zu entfliehen. Es gibt einige coole Wanderungen/Trails in der Nähe & der Strand ist direkt ums Eck. Die Unterkunft war blitzeblank sauber & lädt zum gemeinsamen kochen ein. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit.

This was a perfect location which was right at the heart of Riga but so private and quiet. We had a lovely time here in this cosy and historic building where everything was right on your doorstep. Victoria was incredibly helpful and organised late check out for us as we had a very late flight - highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back !

A wonderful apartment, very well kept with everything needed to make for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely recommend!!

Spacious, modern and clean apartment next to a park and a big supermarket. Quiet area but 15 mins walkto many pubs and restaurant. Everything inside was clean and modern. When we arrived, however, the apartment was a bit cold because the previous guests had turned off the heating. We notified Jelena, who immediately provided an electric heater. In the end, we never used it because the flat was very warm with the heating on. The only negative point was the time it took us to find the flat. With the address provided Waze and G Map took us to a primary school. We have to call Jelena to guide us in the right direction. A map with the exact location would be very useful in the chekin instruction. Other than that, all perfect.

It has everything you could possibly need, from a well-equipped kitchen to toiletries and other essentials that make your stay comfortable. The apartment exudes a unique bougie vibe, adding a touch of elegance to the experience. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Riga!

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The location is perfect—some of the favourite restaurants and cafés are just steps away, yet the apartment remains wonderfully quiet at night. Elīna was a wonderful host—friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great experience, and I’d highly recommend it!

Super Unterkunft in bester Lage

Had a great three night stay at this apartment and I can honestly say it’s one of the best Airbnb places I’ve stayed in (& I’ve stayed in a lot!). It’s a great location (everything is walkable), the building is very quiet and the apartment is much larger than it appears in the photographs. It’s spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. What makes it stand out though is the details; coffee pods for the machine, washing detergent for laundry, stationery, umbrellas, bathroom supplies; really thoughtful touches that make such a difference if you’re traveling light (as I was). I recommend Rita and this apartment without hesitation.

Very nice and modern apartment

[again] this was the second visit to Riga for my wife and I and our second stay with Martin. he's the best! great local knowledge and quick advice as we dug deeper into the Riga culture and way of life. it was nice to have a return trip to the flat and felt right at home again. yes, the 81 steps are still in place [4 sets of 20 + 1 for good luck]. the ascent goes by fast though as we tend to admire all of the beautiful apartment doors on the lower levels. the roof is quiet and private and close enough to watch the bells ringing at the Riga cathedral. a rather unique experience. first time visitors to Riga need to walk the city and ride the trams and spend time to eat their way through the central market. we already miss it... until next time!

We had a great stay in this apartment with two teenagers. It is a spacious, clean apartment with a separate kitchen and a central location. The host provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We really enjoyed everything!

Martin's apartment was perfect for my wife and I, and had everything you could need for a short or extended stay! Walkable to all of the main spots in the city, and necessities like grocery stores and train/bus station. Martin was kind and helpful throughout the entire stay. Great internet for remote work as well (~550+ mbps). Highly recommend staying here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Everything was well explained – from how to access the apartment to where to park the car – making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself had such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, beautifully designed and sparkling clean. Honestly, after staying here, I don’t understand why people even choose hotels anymore – this place felt like a 5-star experience, but with so much more character and comfort. It was the perfect spot for a short getaway, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you for making our stay so memorable – we would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

If in doubt book it you will have no regrets. The location is amazing the flat is huge and Martins is the most attentive and kind host we have ever had. Absolutely marvellous
