Matt was great, very responsive, more than happy to help and offer recommendations. The location is an easy walk to the tube and amazingly for London the street was quiet and had on street parking right outside the house. The house was perfect for 5 of us, the sofa in the lounge so comfortable, two ensuites and a downstairs loo, and the kitchen well equiped. Would definitely stay again.

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. We loved staying at the Turkey House this autumn. Straight out of the house you can walk through the beautiful woods up the Ashford Hangers and to the Poet’s stone. It is cosy with the Aga - never used one before but so easy and efficient to use. There is an electric stove but that wasn’t needed. The house has a ‘lived in’ feel. The well-stocked spice cupboard was very useful.

We stayed at Juniper House from the 4th-7th April 2025. Talk about a break not too far from home, but makes you feel like you are in a different world. Communication was great. We had a lovely welcome and were shown around the beautiful place and the grounds. We had the use of the pool, we hiked throughout the whole of the land daily including joining up with the trail, Nature reserve and finishing at Cobbets View which was just stunning. We used the BBQ area, the tree house and boxing area was also a favourite of the kids. We were looking forward every night to the feeding of the red kite birds 🪶 session and we joined later in the evening watching the Badgers 🦡 and fox 🦊 feedings. The hospitality, knowledge and sense of humour were very impressive. We were made to feel welcome by the owners and we cannot complain about anything apart from we all wished we could have stayed longer😀

fay was very nice and helpfull and also brought us coffee one morning which was extremely nice!

Our second stay at this beautiful flat and we loved it even more than the first time. Truly a little oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are so looking forward to going back!

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Overnight stay in beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. Lovely home to stay in, had all we needed. Very comfortable, felt like a home away from home 😊. Great communication from the hosts, clear instruction on location and easy access. Great stay 😊

Both Deborah and Pete are the ultimate hosts. They helped us settle in immediately, both friendly and very approachable. The attention to detail in this accommodation is excellent, from welcome gifts on arrival (including fresh eggs laid daily) and treats and extra blankets etc for our dog. There are lovely gardens and a beautiful pond area in this small holding, stunning for walks any season! It was a peaceful haven for us during a house renovation period where it was wonderful to return to each day. The wonderful sound of owls at nighttime and the magical woodland walks make this a beautiful and serene place to both relax and have as a base for exploring the Surrey hills and surrounds.

Beautiful house, everything you’d need to feel comfortable after a long day. Lovely touches of bread , butter and milk already in the kitchen ready for a cuppa on arrival.

The space was exactly as listed, with all amenities and more. The hosts were friendly and available if we needed. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and these dedicated hosts!

My partner and I stayed here 14th-17th April 2025. We wanted to get away for a few days, somewhere quiet and secluded where we could relax and recharge. And the place did just that. Beautiful surroundings. Frankie and Jonathan were very lovely, welcoming and friendly, always on hand should we have needed them. Even had to ask if they had paracetamol one evening, and they brought it over for us, thank you. The cabin itself was gorgeous, and the hot tub was divine, and they had it ready for us every evening. Everything was catered for, tea, coffee, cereals etc. We will definitely be coming back for if you’ll have us. 10/10.

Effie’s place is an amazing place to stay. It’s really sensitively and nicely furnished inside, with really comfy bedding and pillows and lovely linen sheets. Each room is charming and the house overall is beautiful. The view of the garden is also really peaceful and secluded. Fire wood is given, for cosy nights by the fire and the layout is conducive to quality time with a group.

This was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in the area. Spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed. Lovely little extras were much appreciated. Thanks

Anna and Phillip are amazing hosts( plus Cooper) super helpful and very responsive! The place is beautiful and made our stay really relaxing! Plus so welcoming to our two boys and our spaniel! Definitely recommend it!
