Tom and Petra’s home is absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. The space is incredibly generous, with massive rooms, super comfy beds, and a spacious living and dining area—perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends. We especially loved the interactive speaker system and, of course, the amazing pool! It’s an ideal stay for a large group, and having the option of a third bathroom in the Pilates studio was a fantastic bonus. Tom and Petra were wonderful hosts—communicative, helpful, and always responsive. The only thing to note for future guests is that while there isn’t a sofa lounge for a 7th guest, there is a spare mattress available. That said, this place is a solid 10/10, and we’d absolutely stay again!

WOW! What a place. It’s hard to put into words how beautiful this place is. The hosts were so kind, helpful and communicative. Gorgeous living space with incredible sea views. A mere 5 minute walk to a stunning beach and restaurant. We had the best time and cannot thank you enough. Highly recommend and would 100% return

Warren was excellent at communicating and helping us with any questions. The house and the beds were comforatble and clean. Ecxellent aminities and everything was thoughtfully provided. The coffee machine was a bonus.

We loved our stay at this little oasis in Kensington - so beautifully decorated that we didn't want to leave. Loved sitting in the courtyard with a cuppa each morning. Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable it provided. Many thanks

We used Kaths place as a base for our interstate friends who came over for our wedding at The Lane. The Groom and Groomsmen got ready there and the house was perfect for the pre wedding photos. The house is picture perfect and very clean. Thank you Kath, we had the most magical day!

Jessica was a great host. She answered every inquiry I had. We found her place to be so conveniently located to shops and the CBD. It allowed 8 people to live comfortably together. The pool was clean and offered great relief from the Adelaide summer. We loved being able to easily play family board games and share meals around both large tables inside and out. The carport adequately provided safe off street parking for 2 cars. Thank you Jess for allowing us to stay in your home. I would recommend this accommodation for any large group looking for a home away from home.

Very beautiful home with a lovely outdoor area. The entire home is spacious and well kept. Brett communicates well and left good instructions for things around the house. Great location, about 2 minute walk to a lovely cafe and very close drive to the beach. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again!

Lovely apartment in old character home in close proximity to Glenelg beach and main street. Very quiet.

Loved the flat and location, however there is scope for some minor improvements in the kitchen dept. It would be very useful to have two keys, as it means only one person can go out on their own which is restrictive. However overall I would stay again if these small improvements were made.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great and what a fabulous location. Close enough to Jetty Rd to feel like you are in the middle of it but far enough away to not have the hustle and bustle or noise at the apartment. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Adelaide.

Perfect Beachside Stay – 5 Stars! My partner Kaitlyn and I had an amazing two-week stay at 199 Swan Terrace, Semaphore, SA 5019. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach with fantastic running routes along the coast. The host was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. We had one minor issue, but it was fixed immediately, showing their great attention to detail. The home had everything we needed, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-maintained, and conveniently located Airbnb, this is it! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Semaphore. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A lovely, safe retreat just a short walk from Henley Square. We stayed in Beach House #3, which offered very comfortable beds, a large TV, and a spacious family-sized couch. The private yard was well-maintained, with an immaculate lawn. It truly had everything we needed! The undercover parking provided plenty of space for a large 4WD. Given its prime location, this property was also very affordably priced.

Second time staying - feels like home. Lovely and quiet, clean and close to the city without being too crowded. Great for a work trip if you don’t want to be in a cramped and loud city hotel :)

Super comfortable, clean place to stay in a lovely neighbourhood close to coffee shops and restaurants. We could walk to the city through the Botanic Gardens and numerous cafes close by. Georgie was a very friendly and responsive host who accomodated our check out needs for which we were very grateful. Really enjoyed our stay here.

We loved our stay at Deb's. This was our first Air BNB experience, and we can't imagine it could get better! The apartment was gorgeous, we were so comfortable and everything we needed was close by. A freshly baked loaf of grain bread awaited us on arrival, along with a full range of cereal, tea and coffee options. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Adelaide. Great place to stay in Glenelg! It was comfortable and very close to all of the local sights. Great for a small family. Building had a pool and sauna (although we didn’t use them) and quite a big deck. Very quiet building, we didn’t hear any other neighbours.

Natalie's stunning apartment is the best airbnb we way stayed in. Perfect location on the beach with fantastic sea and sunset views from lounge and balcony, with hills views from other windows. Just a very short walk from restaurants, cafes, shops and the tram. Great beach access for our beach walks. The quiet apartment was immaculate with beautiful furnishings, comfy beds, generous breakfast supplies and pantry items. We changed some of our plans of going out as we were enjoying the apartment and views so much. Natalie was a very friendly, very helpful and responsive host who provided for our every possible need. We look forward to our next stay at Natalie's amazing apartment. Very highly recommended.

LOCATION ++ If you want to be within a stone's throw from the main shopping and eating area, this is the place to be. Balcony overlooks the lovely garden on Hindmarsh Sq. Walking distance to North Terrace to visit the musuem, art gallery, botanic gardens + free tram to Victoria Sq to the Central Market. A bonus... the Adelaide Fringe was on (March) and we enjoyed walking the buzzing Rundle Street to the Garden of Unearthly Delights with music, buskers and food all along the strip.

Well structured apartment with bedrooms separated. Living area is excellent and kitchen very functional. Location is good with first class pub 50m away, their food is sensational. About 1.5km from the centre of Adelaide, an easy walk but 30mins, or do what we did and use the e-scooters. All up good location and convenient.

Loved Linda’s Air BNB. Great location in North Adelaide an easy, short bus ride from the city. Lots of lovely touches such as tea / coffee and essentials you may need for your trip. It was spotlessly clean and rooms well laid out with lots of charging ports ( helpful for us). We particularly enjoyed the location ( close to large park and university) and the cafes on Melbourne street. Linda was welcoming and very proactive & responsive by message . Thank you so much 😊

Staying in Ian’s apartment was an excellent experience, a real home away from home. It’s in a beautiful neighbourhood and we really enjoyed his restaurant recommendations. Will book again!
