We celebrated our Mum’s 60th Birthday at Nigel’s place and it was 10/10! The house was incredible and the scenery created a beautiful serenity. As a family who loves to cook, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We highly recommend this home for a family getaway.

If you are looking for peace and tranquility and a chance to gaze up at the stars and explore the beautiful region with family or friends, the 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage is the perfect spot. You can sit outside on the veranda and watch kangaroos and birds or sit under the gazebo and enjoy a picnic. Stephanie is the most lovely host you will ever meet!

We had a great stay at Jasmin’s place. The eggs, bread,butter and milk were much appreciated. The house was very clean and comfortable with top quality linen and plentiful crockery,cups and glasses with comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the back deck at sunset watching the moon wax and wane in the clear night sky. Overall a peaceful,comfortable experience. We hope to visit again later in the year. We enjoyed a great working stay at Robyn’s place. The home was very clean and tidy with great rooms for everyone, excellent heating and cooling, and it was close to the centre of Bendigo for all the beautiful parks and restaurants and other things to do. Thanks Robyn :) We would love to stay again when we head that way.

Our stay was great. Very clean and easy to get in. Had a washing machine and dryer which was extremely handy for our situation. Location wise was spot on and very useful for us as we played at QEO across the road the next day. The only thing I would say, and this isn’t a controllable factor, you can hear the night club when everything get quiet. Woke us up around 1pm when the cars were off the road, was hard to get back to sleep with the doof doof music, so if you’re light sleepers maybe stay away on a Saturday night. Was very enjoyable!

Spotlessly clean and beautifully curated, the cottage was everything we could have hoped for and more. Peaceful, comfortable and filled with thoughtful touches, it also felt private which we appreciated. The welcome bottle of fizz was very generous as were all the other amenities designed to create a feeling of home away from home. Only a five minute drive from Daylesford, the location was super convenient and easily accessible. Similarly, Heather was incredibly responsive and quick to help with local tips and suggestions. An all-round lovely stay! We hope to visit again one day soon.

Rhonda was a great host, quick to respond and her home was beautiful with lots of personal touches, loved the photo album showing the process of the home being built and the garden and outdoor area were beautiful to relax and enjoy the view. Inside was beautiful and welcoming, the coffee machine was a life saver with good quality coffee and welcoming chocolates next to a beautiful welcoming message, we will definitely return

The property was cosy, clean and well thought out. There were 5 of us (women) and we had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. We were within walking distance of stunning Lake Wendouree and about a 20 minute walk to where all the fabulous restaurants, bars and cafes are located. Lovely bed linen, nice big bathroom, 2 toilets. Bright and airy, comfortable couches and plenty of pillows. Clare was in contact with us to ensure a smooth entry to the property and there were clear instructions on how to operate the TV, air con and heater and also what needed to be done when leaving. A beautiful property that I highly recommend. We had a great relaxing time in a spacious, immaculate home.
