Good place for my quick visit. Heating isn't ideal but with a sweater and socks on, I was fine. Great stay.

I surprised my girlfriend with a last minute weekend getaway and Patrick’s ABB was exactly what we needed! Comfy and homey and close to all restaurants and stores!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

We were thoroughly pleased with Ms. Carol Ann's home! There was a small hiccup with the accommodations on our first night (at no fault to either the hosts nor the guests) and the response to rectify the situation from our hosts was both speedy and satisfying! We had a lovely time with our family and would definitely book with them again!

Large beautiful home. We were coming for my grandfathers celebration of life and Paul’s home was close to our venue and large enough to host family that was coming in from out of town. His house looks just like the photos and is on the water. I wish the weather was warmer so we could’ve taken advantage of enjoying the outdoor space. Great stay for a group of volunteers on a work trip! Allen had great communication and everything was exactly what was needed.

CHuck's place was exactly what we needed. Sad that it was too cool to hang out on the deck more. Loved the set up and spaciousness. Wished that the lighting in the kid's bedroom was better, but that was a minor issue for us.

This home was in a great location. Everything was accessible and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Per was so nice and if I had a question, he answered very quickly. I would highly recommend this home.

A few families have a tradition to take an annual trip to the mountains for President’s Day weekend, and we rented this house this year. It has a great okay room for kids, beautiful amenities, a fun backyard, and a well-appointed kitchen. The kids and grown ups all had a great time.

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

This place is very well kept, quiet and right on the lake. It's easy to find and access the parking. It's walking distance to restaurants and business areas. It was a relaxing winter escape for our party.

The location was clean, quiet and convenient to the Village and restaurants. The only suggestion I have is to leave the house number. It was a little confusing to get in because there are two lock boxes. I wasn't sure where the other one to get in was because you need to open the screen door to get to it. I wasn't sure if I was trying to get into a completely different place. Andrew was however very quick to reply to my questions and we got in without any more issues. The place is well furnished and really comfortable to be in. Dining and convenient stores are very close. Felt very cozy there. The place was clean and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you for hosting my group and I, Andrew.

Nice place to stay in Lake Arrowhead Village. Loved the fireplace and the ala membership card so you could get on the docks and walk the shoreline trail. We would stay there again!

I have to say, this AirBnb was the best I have ever stayed at. I travel a lot for work so I stay in a lot of AirBnb’s. This one was a mini vacation for myself and the family, but it was by far the cleanest and nicest one, and it’s next to everything literally walking distance. My family and I will be definitely booking this one every year when we go to Lake Arrowhead! Highly Highly recommend!
