Excellent séjour chez Manolis. L’appartement est très propre et nous pouvons tout visiter à pieds. Le toit terrasse est magnifique et la vue imprenable. Nous reviendrons.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb for an autumn vacation and, overall, it was a pleasant experience. The house is clean, well-maintained, and the location is convenient for exploring the area. The amenities provided were more than adequate, and everything functioned as expected. One thing to note is that the hosts live on-site, which isn’t necessarily a problem, but their presence was definitely felt compared to other Airbnbs we stayed in so far. Nevertheless, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a well-kept, dog friendly space with hosts who are nearby to assist.

Just left Chania yesterday 19/09/24 , we stayed one week on Aggeliki’s apartment, We are very lucky to choose this place as it was the best area in Chania , the apartment was very clean with everything you need, close to best sandy beach there , close to old town & harbour, super markets, restaurants ….Very good beds. Everything spotless, Aggeliki the best host , very kind & helpful. We had a great time, nice weather, hope to go there again.

This was our first time in with them know, and we were somewhat sold on Stratos offering because of it being a Seaview apartment. It was right across from the beach. It was well appointed clean modern two doors opening to the balcony that faced the ocean, a wonderful Nespresso machine with coffeejust great and Stratos met us when we checked in. We got to meet him in person. It was just a great overall experience.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen einwöchigen Aufenthalt Ende Oktober. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt. Eine Woche lang nur Sonnenschein und blauer Himmel. Das Appartement entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Tolle Lage, gute Einrichtung und sehr netter Empfang beim Check in. Außerdem bekamen wir gute Tips für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem eine klare Weiterempfehlung! Wir würden wiederkommen.

Nice apartment, well located close to the beach and within walking distance to the old town. Some noise from the street, but not disturbing. Nice view from balcony.

L’appartement est très bien placé, tout peut se faire à pied. Il est spacieux, lumineux et calme. Jenifer est une hôte très réactive avec plein d’attentions pour nous, café, gâteaux et fruits nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Elle est de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants alentours. Je conseille vivement.

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

What an amazing place! Ioannis has thought about everything you could ever need and it is there!! Every thing was immaculate, beautiful white linen, beach towels, the best kitchen ever. Ioannis very thoughtfully had provided large bottles of water and fresh fruit in the fridge which I thought was wonderful. We had a problem on arrival which was sorted so quickly, thank you Ioannis! We have been to many Airb&bs and this was the best. So near the sea and fantastic restaurants, i miss the wonderful food! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Katerina’s place! It was nice to be a little bit outside of Chania. She was very welcoming and had prepared a local vegetable dish for us along with some rusk. She made check-in and check-out easy and the place was exactly as pictured. Hot tub was excellent for the colder March nights. Would stay here again!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Georgios. L'appartement est à deux pas de la plage, vous trouvez des restaurants et commerces dans la rue ou à 300m dans le village. Les chambres sont très spacieuses (plus grandes qu'il n'y paraît dans l'annonce). La terrasse est très agréable et le parking gratuit est juste a côté. Les serviettes de bain et de plage sont fournies. Nous avons trouvé que Kalyvès est bien situé pour visiter l'ouest de la Crète. Nous reviendrons !

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. Un grand merci à Konstantinos pour notre séjour en Crète. Le logement est tout simplement génial, avec une piscine offrant une vue imprenable sur les montagnes, un véritable atout pour des moments de détente inoubliables. Le village où se trouve la maison est également très accueillant, nous recommandons vivement la taverne à l’entrée du village pour ses délicieuses spécialités. Nous avons également été ravis par l’attention de Konstantinos, qui nous a gâtés avec un frigo rempli de fruits frais, de pots de confiture maison délicieux et, bien entendu, du Raki. Tout cela a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour idyllique. Encore merci pour tout. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette expérience.

Evangelia is the perfect host. Daedalux House is just stunning. Tastefully and beautifully furnished. Our flight was delayed 24 hours and Evangelia was hugely accommodating. Highly, highly recommended!

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

Argyri and her husband were the best hosts I've ever stayed with, and the apartment was absolutely flawless: excellent location, close to the old city, restaurants and the beach The apartment had absolutely all the facilities: there was nothing we needed and not exist in the home. Furnished modernly and with great taste, the apartment is bright and welcoming, with a large terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts welcomed us with a cake, with fruits, wine and juices in the fridge, and upon departure they gave us local honey. Very friendly, they spent time with us and explained to us the best places to eat, what to visit around the city and in the city. it was everything I could have wished for and I can't wait to come back for a much longer period with my daughter. My boyfriend and I visited during Christmas time(2024). She had filled the apartment with Christmas lights and decorations, which after a long day of traveling, immediately put us in the holiday spirit. She was very easy to communicate with and after learning of my boyfriends love of pizza she provided us with a personalized list of the best pizzas around town. There was also a booklet in the apartment with a rundown of the city(history, restaurants, sightseeing, etc) which is helpful to anyone visiting from another country. Would definitely come back to Chania as well as this apartment! Thank you Katerina!

Chrisi ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin! Sie war jederzeit hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt und freundlich . Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Ausflüge , aber auch perfekt zum Strand um die Ecke. Dazu ist alles vorhanden , was man zum Leben braucht und es gibt sogar eine kleine Flasche Raki im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung. Wir werden wieder mal hierher kommen!! Brigitte und Peter

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren 12-tägigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist toll - nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt und trotzdem 15 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Einchecken mit schlüsselbox und Beschreibung war super einfach. Der Gastgeber hat immer extrem schnell geantwortet. Und ich meine wirklich schnell- ich habe nie länger als ein paar Minuten auf eine Reaktion gewartet. Er hat mir mit allen Fragen und Anliegen geholfen und mir sogar einem Regenschirm ausgeliehen und eine Yogamatte für meine Zeit besorgt. Wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und immer zur stelle! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem (das finde ich immer wichtig!). Das Sofa ist schon etwas durchgesessen - aber es hat mich nicht gestört. Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen richtigen Herd, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle (die ich aber nicht benutz habe). Der Balkon ist groß und man hat morgens bis zum frühen Nachmittag sonne. Auf dem 2. Balkon gibts auch noch eine Waschmaschine!

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

Wir haben sehr schöne vier Tage hier verbracht. Der Ausblick ist wirklich wunderschön und in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei einem Supermarkt. Vor dem Haus konnte man gut parken.

Das Apartment liegt in einer tollen Lage zwischen zwei sehr schönen Stränden und nicht allzu weit vom Flughafen entfernt oder für andere Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Man kann hier noch den typisch griechischen Charme erleben - in den Tavernen am Meer oder im nahe gelegenen Supermarkt. Das Apartment selbst ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht! Sogar 1 Flasche kalt gestelltes Wasser und die nötigsten Dinge zum Kochen (Öl, Salz, Zucker, Kaffee) sind vorhanden! Dimitris war darüber hinaus sehr freundlich und half bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen mit dem WLAN sofort weiter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und genossen sehr die Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut renoviert, praktisch eingerichtet, nur 3 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, 20 Minuten an der Promenade bis zur Altstadt und trotz der Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße recht ruhig. Auch das Parken des Mietwagen war recht unproblematisch. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung vorhanden. Der Balkon ist etwas schmal und nicht so gut zum draußen sitzen geeignet (zumal es draußen auch etwas laut ist). Alles in allem aber ein toller Aufenthalt.
