The apartment is clean and warm. There was everything we needed and location is good. Unfortunately we haven’t spent all booked days there due to snow and transport cancellations, but the host was responding fast and was very helpful. Thank you!

Havluların kokması dışında her şey çok güzeldi, kendi havlunuzu getirmeniz gerekiyor. Geriye kalan dizayn temizlik gayet güzeldi. Sıcak su bittiğinde sorun yaşayabiliyorsunuz, termosifonun dolmasını beklemeniz gerekiyor. Bu ikisi haricinde hiçbir kusuru yok.

Great place for both long and short term stays, lots of kitchen appliances, comfy beds, 24/7 convenience store right in the building, definitely recommend!

An excellent and stylish apartment with impeccable cleanliness! The host is very thoughtful and attentive, making the stay even more comfortable. Stunning views of the sea and park create an incredible atmosphere. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby, everything is within reach. Highly recommend!

L’appartement est neuf et hyper confortable, la vue sur la mer noire sublime. Seule ombre au tableau l’hôte, qui devrait vraiment faire quelques efforts. Déjà il ne parle pas un mot d’anglais et lors du check out il a recompté les peignoirs, les serviettes, les bols, les assiettes, les verres, les fourchettes et l’unique couteau sans décrocher le moindre sourire.

Дом - отличный, тепло, уютно, горячая вода, электричество работает без проблем. Всё необходимое есть, очень много посуды, полотенец, белья, что является огромным плюсом. Тихое место, красивые окрестности, рядом пляж. Очень довольны, что выбрали именно этот дом, обязательно вернёмся еще! Отдельная благодарность Марии за доброжелательность и отзывчивость!

Mr. Zurab and his family are extraordinary people. They welcomed us very warmly. Thank them for the gifts. The house fully corresponds to the description. We found the ideal cleanliness and environment: comfortable beds and good bed linen, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. I must mention the air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms. The terrace is very large, with furniture, hammocks and a swing. An ideal place to spend time. The yard is big, beautiful and tidy. Good parking place for cars. Great recommendation from all of us. We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. From the very beginning, Gela and his family made us feel at home with their incredible hospitality. They were so kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The cottage itself is a peaceful retreat—cozy, quiet, and surrounded by nature. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. On top of that, we were lucky enough to try the best khachapuri we’ve ever had in Georgia, homemade with love by our wonderful hosts. As if that wasn’t enough, they also treated us to fresh milk from their cows, along with homemade butter and cheese. Everything was absolutely delicious and added to the authentic experience. If you’re looking for an authentic place with amazing hosts, this is definitely the spot. We’d love to come back!

Great place to stay away from the city but very close to the highway to Batumi, Sarpi, Poti, etc. Chakvi also has many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments have a really cool outdoor area with activities. Ilia and his Family made us feel right at home.

В живую все гораздо прекраснее, чем на фото. Идеальная чистота, удобства как в отеле. До моря пешком 5 минут по прекрасной территории.

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Wir hatten ein Familien-treff organisiert, jeder hatte sich ein Plätzchen gefunden. Wir waren insgesamt zu fünf mit einem Kleinkind. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar zum Entspannen, man hat einen freien Blick aufs Meer und schaut direkt den Sonnenuntergang entgegen. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem notwendigen Inventar ausgestattet, man kann selbst was zubereiten oder auch einer der Restaurants besuchen, die es in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen gibt. Die Inhaberin war gut erreichbar und hat uns auch schnell ein babybett organisiert. Alles in allem waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden.

I visited the apartment for the second time. The apartment has an incredibly practical location. You can park your car in the courtyard, which is usually very difficult in this area. The apartment has a wonderful atmosphere – you walk in and immediately feel at home. The host, Marina, who welcomed us, is a wonderful lady. She gifted us homemade mandarin jam, immediately offered us coffee, and even provided an iron in the evening when we needed it. Marina is an intelligent, interesting woman and incredibly kind beyond words. Thank you for everything. I wish you lots of luck, and see you next time!

Квартира в двух минутах ходьбы от пляжа, рядом есть рестораны и магазины. Есть балкон с диваном, можно проводить там время и обедать. Для двоих отличная квартира, либо на пару с ребенком: есть двуспальная кровать и небольшой диван. В квартире есть все необходимое для отдыха, рекомендую!

Convenient location Great balcony and the view Freshly remodelled and very good looking Well equipped kitchen Big mirrors and huge wardrobe Nice bed and bathroom AC is quiet and reliable The only downside -- occasional water supply shortages :( Walls are thin so that I was able to hear neighbours next door celebrating, but they were quiet at night, so actually no issues here
