L’appartement de Svetlana est une perle. Espaces généreux, modernes, très joliment aménagés. Très bien situé au centre-ville, il est néanmoins très paisible et silencieux. Une terrasse donnant sur l’arrière est un atout indéniable. On peut s’y détendre ou manger en toute quiétude. Les équipements fournis dépassent toutes les attentes en termes de qualité et d’efficacité. Svetlana est très charmante et constamment au devant de vos besoins. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter.

Gazdele sunt foarte primitoare, blocul e superb. Foarte curat, ingrijit si sigur. Locurile de parcare sunt suficiente. Este a 4a oara cand ma cazez la ei, restul rezervarilor au fost facute de sotul meu. Am stat in 4 camere diferite de-a lungul timpului si in toate am gasit curatenie impecabila, asternuturi de calitate, prosoape curate, fier de calcat, uscator de par si multe altele. Paturile sunt comode si mari, camerele foarte spatioase. In plus, pizzeria de la parter are mancare foarte buna. Am calatorit singura de data aceasta si m-am simtit in deplina siguranta in acest loc. O sa revin de fiecare data cand ajung in Chisinau.

Андрей для меня это находка! Супер отзывчивый ,встретил нас в 6 утра,что очень важно и заселились. Квартира очень уютная,хороший район, все как описано,я была приятно удивлена!!! Я обязательно туда вернусь когда прийдет время!!! Очень рекомендую, если надо на Ботанике в 5 мин от Терамеда!!! Супермаркеты ,кафе,аптеки даже есть рядом спорт зал и бассейн!!! Спасибо большое 🙏

Отличная и компактная квартира в которой есть все необходимое. Квартира сделана с душой. Доброжелательный Рафаэль не в чем не отказывал. Место расположение - лучше не найдете. Цена отличная. Спасибо за гостеприимство

very cozy apartment, will be happy to come again

Все прошло отлично, все соответствовало описанию и фотографиям, квартира довольно большая, все есть на кухне, очень тихий двор, пятом есть маленький магазин в котором есть все первой необходимости для приготовления еды. Все понравилось, рекомендую! За данный прайс сложно найти хорошее жилье!

Mihai is a wonderful host, the Airbnb is clean and cozy. Gives the vibe of home. I recommend.

The place was clean. Had power the whole time. The city is small so the location is fine. And host is super nice and responsive. Will go back again!!

All our communication went through Ludmila’s daughter - Olga and she was always very responsive and accommodating. The apartment we booked got flooded a week before our check-in and Olga was able to check us into another apartment that was in a different part of town but it was equally new and beautiful like the one we booked. It was very clean with state of the art appliances - I personally fell in love with the amazing smart stove that boiled water in an instant! The apartment is tastefully decorated in a simplistic modern fashion. Internet was fast and we were able to connect our Netflix account on the smart TV. Whenever we needed anything Olga provided it within 24 hours. Our children loved the huge private playground out front! We were very pleased with our stay and are confidently recommending Ludmila’s properties. We will be back in the future! Thank you, Olga!

It's a great space to meet up with. Petey or old friends. Not for a raucous party, but for a cozy dinner with loved ones. All the details are well thought out, lame design and a great host. Recommended

Мы остались очень довольны выбором именно этих апартаментов. Очень удобное расположение, в центре района , всё рядом - супермаркеты , кафе , магазины. Хозяевам большое спасибо , очень приветливые люди , быстро отвечали на все наши вопросы. Сама квартира в отличном состоянии, полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Стабильный и быстрый wi fi . Тихие соседи . Если ещё раз приедем в Кишинев, остановимся снова здесь , нам очень понравилось.
