Très satisfaite de mon séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé, l'hôte fournit shampooing, gel douche, crème à main et pour le corps, gel de rasage pour homme, mousse coiffante, plein d'essentiel pour cuisiner, etc. Ne manque que l'air climatisé ou un ventilateur mais ça allait quand même. Conseil pour les futurs voyageurs: apporter des bouchons d'oreille pour dormir, il y a beaucoup d'ambulance jour et nuit dans le secteur

Sergiu war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft den Fotos entsprechend. Alles in allem ein sehr netter Aufenthalt. Wir haben ordentlich gefeiert. Anmerkung: Die Sauna kostet pro Stunde 10€. Dürften wir übersehen oder misskommuniziert haben.

Замечательный дом, со всеми удобствами. Очень тихо, уютно. Хозяин Андрей очень внимательный и отзывчивый. В следующий раз, обязательно приедем сюда же с удовольствием!

Consiglio davvero questo appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato situato in pieno centro e allo stesso tempo lontano dal traffico e da rumori. Ludmilla è stata sempre disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste e veloce nelle risposte.

Pomimo zawarcia w opisie pralki - nie była dostępna. Był za to stoł do pingponga oraz Sauna, ale przy duzo wcześniejszym umowieniu terminu użytkowania. Także dostępne byly warzywa z ogrodu i łowisko.

It was a cozy, nice place to stay at! The housekeeper, Natalia was very helpful. We hope to stay there again when we go back to Chisinau :))

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, very centrally located. Even if it was chilly outside, the heating worked nicely to keep the rooms warm. The wifi worked well, too. There's a grocery store in the same building, and stops for several useful bus lines within a few blocks' walk. The hosts were very fast to reply to our questions. Great value for money, and highly recommended.

Un apartament foarte confortabil și identic pozelor. Check-inul a funcționat foarte rapid și fără probleme.Corneliu răspunde foarte repede la mesaje și are grijă ca totul să fie cit mai comod pentru oaspeți. Recomand cu încredere!

Очень удобное расположение дома, хорошая транспортная развязка, тихие соседи, детские площадки поблизости дома в пешей доступности, что было очень удобно так как мы были со своей двух летней дочерью.

Asunto oli rauhallinen, tahraton ja turvallinen. Kaikki tärkeät palvelut samassa talossa. Lähellä järvi, jonka ympäri oli kiva kävellä.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It's very cozy, clean, in a perfect location close to major attractions! Tania was very responsive, helpful and answered any questions we had! It was our second time staying at Tania's and I'm sure we will be back next time we are in town!

Андрей для меня это находка! Супер отзывчивый ,встретил нас в 6 утра,что очень важно и заселились. Квартира очень уютная,хороший район, все как описано,я была приятно удивлена!!! Я обязательно туда вернусь когда прийдет время!!! Очень рекомендую, если надо на Ботанике в 5 мин от Терамеда!!! Супермаркеты ,кафе,аптеки даже есть рядом спорт зал и бассейн!!! Спасибо большое 🙏

Большое спасибо Ивану! Хозяин отзывчивый, отвечает моментально. Квартира отличная, находится прямо возле медицинского центра, как мы и искали. Также в пешей доступности от центра или рышкановки. В квартире есть все необходимое для жизни. Дом хороший, новый. Территория закрытая и охраняемая. Нам все очень понравилось!

Отличное место, тихий спокойный район. Большая квартира подходящая для семьи с 1 ребенком. Очень тихие соседи. Ванна и душ + респект.

Lia is a gracious host. She was very responsive to my requests for help regarding transportation. Apartment was modern, comfortable and spotless.

As a frequent traveller to Chisinau, I found finally a place to use for business and personal reasons, centrally located, modern and easy to be accessed. Thank you Lia for allowing me to check out 1h later as the flight has been moved 💪 Highly recommended

I adore this flat! The location is excellent, only 7 minutes walk from the main street. Our host Mr. Sergiu has been accommodating and quick to respond. All things considered, I heartily suggest this apartment to anyone searching for a convenient, modern and cozy place to live.
