ubytovanie zodpovedalo popisu, my sme mali však problém s parkovaním,nakoľko nebolo možné parkovať vo dvore ale parkovali sme na ulici .cez deň sa tam postavili autá a nebolo miesto, jeden deň sme mali konflikt so susedom lebo sme parkovali mimo čiar a nevedel vyjsť z dvora... v ubytovaní bolo dosť chladno počas celého pobytu. Horné poschodie úplne studené.. Toto bolo jedno mínus, inak ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné a blízko Benátok ale skôr na teplejšie mesiace...

Alina’s place fits perfectly for our family! The kitchen is small but enough to have a breakfast ate home. We had a great time in this place. I highly recommend!

Excelente estadía! nos atendió Marco que es un genio, nos fue a esperar a la llegada del ferry para que no nos perdamos a la llegada (Google maps no anda muy bien en venecia) así que nos ayudó a llegar la primera vez. También nos dio recomendaciones muy buenas de donde comer y que visitar en nuestra estadía. El alojamiento fue excelente, el ambiente muy grande y el baño impecable. Recomiendo este lugar y por sobretodo el personal que nos atendió. 100/10

Great spot to stay, clean, and quiet! So close to everything, whether you want to go to a local cafe/pizzeria up the street or go downtown to the restaurants, super convenient. Host was very nice and helpful with check-in/check-out.

Come l'anno scorso, abbiamo trascorso la settimana di Ferragosto in questo delizioso appartamento, perfetto per spazi e posizione, a pochi metri (ca. 150 m) dalla spiaggia. Silenzioso, dotato di un buon impianto di condizionamento (necessario per la stagione!) e di tutte le forniture per un breve soggiorno, lavatrice e wifi compresi. Caroline e Marco sono sempre stati pronti ad ogni richiesta di supporto e chiarimento.

Federico ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Auf Nachrichten wurde sehr schnell reagiert und auch eine spontane Änderung der Ankunftszeit war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Strand. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell in der Fußgängerzone. In der Wohnung findet man zudem alles was man zum kochen etc. benötigt. Es war ein sehr schöner und gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür 😊

La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva, appartamentino corrispondente alle foto, pulito e ordinato. Il signor Fabio è una persona squisita, che mette subito a proprio agio i suoi ospiti partendo già dalle conversazioni telefoniche. L'appartamento è vicinissimo alle fermate del bus urbano per cui facilmente in 20/25 minuti circa si può raggiungere l'isola di Venezia. Inoltre il quartiere è fornito di servizi. Lo consiglio.

A lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Nice location, with a busy shopping street around the corner, and views of the Grand Canal within minutes. The apartment is in a quiet back street, but the main street is pretty busy. It can be hard to find a reasonably -priced restaurant in Venice, but there are some good options nearby, and also within 20 minutes walk in Dorsoduro, our favourite place to explore along with the Ghetto.

Great location a short walk to restaurants and shops . Close to waterbus stop. Apartment is an exactly as described and is well equipped and very comfortable. Met by Rudi on arrival who was really friendly and informative nothing too much trouble as responds within minutes to text messages . Thank you for a great stay

Lisa’s place is wonderfully located - a few steps for the Grand Canal. Easy to get it all attractions from here and a supermarket around the corner. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lisa was very helpful, provided recommendations and is very responsive too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment in a handy spot, a short walk from the water bus stop so easy from the airport. Cannaregio has great restaurants away from the touristy central area. Bigger than expected, nice and quiet. Hosts were excellent. We’d stay again.

Great location with plenty of space for family of 4. Minutes to the heart of Bologna. Host helped us arrange parking as well since we were in a rental car.

We had originally planned to stay in Bologna to explore the region, but could not find anything as nice as this apartment, so we changed our base to Ferrara. We are so glad we did! The apartment is lovely, perhaps more spacious than the photos would suggest, with some amazing views across the rooftops of Ferrara and towards the castle. Despite being a short walk from central Ferrara, it is in a quiet and peaceful area, enhanced by the vicarious enjoyment of the greenery of neighbouring gardens! This comfortable and well equipped apartment made an ideal base for us to also easily travel by train to other places like Bologna and Ravenna. Ferrara itself is a delight, with plenty of great restaurants and things to do. While still having a vibrant atmosphere, Ferrara also has a slightly slower pace than Bologna, which suited us much better. Vincenzo is a wonderful and welcoming host, with lots of local recommendations and advice. Many thanks!

Un bellissimo appartamento in zona silenziosa e gradevole. Piacevole trovare caffè, thé e tisane e in generale tutto quello che serve per sentirsi accolti.

This apartment was so much better than we expected. The host went above and beyond doing some research into a venue for dinner on New Year’s Eve. The apartment is very large and easily fit the 3 couples we were travelling with. Without a doubt would stay here again

we verbleven 2 nachten in het verblijf. We hebben erg van ons verblijf genoten. Door vertraging op het vliegveld kwamen we later aan, maar dit was geen probleem en we kwamen zeer gemakkelijk binnen. De omgeving is erg mooi en er zijn een aantal leuke restaurantjes en barretjes te vinden.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio. Tutto come descritto e raccontato nelle altre recensioni: zona calma, appartamento ben attrezzato, comunicazione chiara seppur essenziale (non abbiamo incontrato l'host). Il bus 24 24H è vicino e comodo per andare a Venezia, ma i giorni festivi ce ne sono pochi. Guardate bene gli orari.

Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it

Appartement extrêmement bien placé, et pourtant au calme. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse, l’appartement est spacieux et fidèle aux photos et à la description.
