We had an absolutely amazing stay. The house was so peaceful and cozy — it felt like a true escape. Everything was perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Tanja is such a wonderful host, always attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. She made sure everything was just right and went out of her way to make us feel at home. The only downside? We couldn't stay longer! We’re already planning to come back. Highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a calm and memorable getaway. Thank you, Tanja, for everything. We can't wait to return 🌸

Vi blev desværre forsinket på vej til Almas bolig. Men det var intet problem, Alma var der til at tage imod os. Hun er meget sød og utrolig venlig. Lejligheden var perfekt. Vi kunne gå ned til byen og stranden. Lille supermarked lige overfor lejligheden. Poolen var dejlig, den var saltvands pool. Ikke noget problem med solsenge. Vi manglede dog en skarpkniv i køkkenet og en brødrister. Men ellers var alt bare perfekt. Vi vil gerne besøg stedet igen

Posto molto carino e ben curato, la casa in ottime condizioni con prodotti di prima necessità (shampoo, bagnoschiuma sale ecc.) che risultano molto utili. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Situato nel verde e con ampio giardino e 3 cani simpaticissimi. Ottima esperienza

Emplacement, à la fois à quelques pas de la mer et au milieu de la vieille ville, vraiment magnifique ! La chambre avec un petit balcon est très confortable. Très propre. Cuisine commune avec 2 autres chambres, même si nous l’avons pas utilisée est très appréciable pour le petit déjeuner et même pour y manger. Excellent Acceuil et communication sympathique avec Alberto. Stationnement dans la rue.

Just magical. A peaceful home tucked away in nature. Such a pleasant host, so accommodating to our needs with our little baby as well. Beautiful space with rustic and cozy vibe. So happy we stopped in for a night. Thank you so much!!!

Ho prenotato un soggiorno di due notti, arrivando venerdì sera tardi. Non abbiamo avuto problema né a trovare il luogo né ad effettuare il check in. Purtroppo però la mattina successiva siamo dovuti ripartire. Ma Roberta è Riccardo sono stati gentilissimi e capendo la situazione hanno modificato la nostra prenotazione per permetterci di avere un rimborso per la notte non usufruita. Abbiamo decisamente apprezzato il gesto. La location si trova in un luogo spettacolare, molto curato e vicino al mare. Peccato non aver potuto godere di più di questo posto bellissimo, ma sicuramente se saremo nuovamente di passaggio non esiteremo a ricontattarli.

The house we rented was exactly like the pictures. Clean, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, good WiFi, nice private terrace with lounges, outdoor table and barbecue. The pool was big, clean and with a breathtaking view of the lake Trasimeno. Michele the host was really nice, responsive and helpful. We were so happy with our accommodation that we extended it for a few more days! We will definitely recommend it to all our friends. Thank you Michele for making our stay so great!

This was such a gorgeous home and we sincerely enjoyed our week in Amelia! The beds were comfortable, the pool was the perfect spot to relax after sightseeing in the day and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment to cook an excellent meal. It's hot in August and we were thankful for the AC at night. The house was just 10 mins from an excellent grocery store and about 30-45 mins from some of the most gorgeous Italian villages. We would love to visit again!

It was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. The house is private, very cozy, and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring Umbria. Gabriele gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants around the place, and those we visited were amazing. We would love to come back one day!

Dieses alte Steinhaus ist ein wahres Juwel in den Hügeln Umbriens. Ca 15 Minuten von der nächsten Ortschaft Umbertide gelegen und in absoluter Alleinlage ist es der perfekte Ort um Ruhe und Stille zu genießen. Egal ob Montone, Spello oder Assisi...Umbrien hat unser Herz gewonnen. Frühstück direkt auf der sonnige Terrasse, Mittagsessen unter der schönen Pergola, umwerfende Sonnenuntergänge am wundervollen Pool ♡ Obwohl der Sommer in Umbrien sehr heiß ist bleibt das Haus selbst schön kühl und wir alle haben perfekt geschlafen. 4 Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage, 1 mit Doppelbett, 3 mit jeweil 2 Betten und super bequemen Matratzen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war für uns anfangs die Tatsache, daß kein Toilettenpapier runtergepült werfen darf, aber mit Hygienebeuteln kein Problem. Bei Problemen kann man sich einfach an Tony, den Ansprechpartner vor Ort, wenden und gemeinsam findet sich schnellstmöglich eine Lösung. Danke für eine tolle Woche!

Tomasso fue muy amable y atento, y la bienvenida a la casa fue estupenda. Nos recibió con un bizcocho y un pan buenísimo. La casa es muy acogedora y tiene de todo y el entorno es espectacular. Sin embargo, está relativamente alejado de otras zonas y las carreteras están poco cuidadas. En nuestro caso, como el tiempo no acompañó, no pudimos disfrutar mucho de las instalaciones, pero hubiera sido maravilloso poder pasear por allí.

Super nice hostess, always reachable, if you need something you can reach them straight away. I was asked before arrival if I needed anything, like a baby bed, in which room and it was set up and it was a real bed for babies, not a folding bed. I can only recommend it to anyone who needs peace and quiet... Cities can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car or by bike, if you are on a bike you should first look at the surroundings on the map as it is very hilly

Couldn’t recommend this place enough!! We had an incredible 4 night stay! The villa is also in walking distance to the local town which has lovely coffee. The views are amazing and house is a rustic, authentic Italian style house. A huge thank you to the host for being so responsive and so helpful!! We booked a private chef through Chiara for one of the nights which was SO nice, an absolute must if you’re staying! Thank you so much!

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso, a poca distanza da Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio e altri luoghi da visitare. Immerso nel verde, cura per i dettagli, host premurosa e gentile, ci siamo sentite come a casa! Grazie a Gaia che ci ha accolte con una torta calda appena fatta e che per tutto il tempo è stata a disposizione con discrezione! tutto perfetto, ci torneremo!!!

Lucia and her husband are such a friendly couple, we got so many amazing recommendations of what to do and where to eat in the area, they really put a lot of effort into the list. We had a problem with the water and they fixed it within the first day, had an alternative solution right away. Their English is great, we had a few good conversations. The house is surrounded by nature, there is an olive tree farm close by, we could see beautiful sunsets every night from the garden and so many stars because of the low light area. The pool is bigger than expected and very clean. All in all, the perfect location for a stay in peace and time out from the rest of the world, we loved it!! A car is recommended for the area, it was necessary for us in order to grocery shop and get around in general.

Very nice and quiet place. Lots of stuff to do in the neighbourhood. Davide is also a very nice guy. The mattress was a little hard but this is personal preference.

Logement fidèles aux photos. Très propre comme dans un hôtel avec les savons, les chaussons… Carlo a été un super hôte, présent pour nous et a su répondre à nos demandes. Belle maison et beau jardin, on se croirait à la campagne. Attention à ceux qui aiment dormir dans le noir complet, il y a un puit de lumière qui peut être gênant.

Abbiamo scelto questa location principalmente come base di partenza per la nostra escursione ai laghi di Plitvice (distanti circa un'ora) ma in realtà ha rappresentato molto di più per noi. La casa si trova immersa nella campagna, in un'area molto tranquilla, ed è davvero caratteristica. Ogni dettaglio è stato scelto con cura ed amore ed il soggiorno qui è risultato davvero piacevole. Il giardino e la vasca ad idromassaggio sono stati poi una vera fonte di relax. Infine i proprietari si sono dimostrati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, facendoci sentire come a casa. Consiglio vivamente.

We have been at Hugues and Andrew's place with a group of five friends. It was a wonderful time spent at the Casale, the space is fantastic, furnished with great taste and had everything inside just like home. It is the perfect getaway to relax and disconnect from the rush. Hugues was super kind even before checking in, recommending great places to shop food, wine and pasta fresca. In the Casale they also have a wonderful vegetables garden where you can pick fresh vegetables and herbs to cook. The swimming pool is also great. 10 out of 10.

This Villa is heavenly! The interior is gorgeous, comfortable and has everything you need - all the while retaining a sense of the history of the building. The gardens and the pool are lovely and inviting. The terrace is the perfect place for many long, leisurely dinners. The views are spectacular. We never wanted to leave the Villa, but when we did, we had easy access to many lovely Umbrian and Tuscan hill towns, wineries, ceramic factories, cooking classes, etc. We really enjoyed having a chef (through Daniela) prepare several meals. We dream of returning often! Communication with the host was easy, excellent and very helpful. Ten stars!

Casale 36 was a beautiful property! It was just as described but the pictures did not do it justice. The beds were so comfortable and waking up to the singing of the birds each morning was perfect! We arrived to a wonderful surprise - tasty treats including a home made mushroom lasagna! The property was very private. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Our stay was perfect!

Alles an unserem Aufenthalt war einfach nur perfekt. Gracijela ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, absolut unkompliziert, stets super erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Haus und die Gegend sind total zu empfehlen. Wir konnten die 2 Wochen hier in vollen Zügen genießen. Die Anbindung ist super, sowohl für Strand, wandern in den Bergen oder Städtetrips.
